I am using Version: 19.10.2 (E. 5.0.10) Build: 144 (rev. 9ff98ad). Where the images used to show for other members in a Team conversation, they now show as broken image links. I have restarted both my workstation and the application. Is this a setting I need to change?

Hi. We use Glip Teams for our Tech Support team. However, we have different techs on rotation every day and techs leave the team at the end of the day and rejoin in the morning if they were scheduled. We noticed that the Teams name is not sticking on the left panel once you leave the team. You always have to search for the team and join in the morning.Is there a way to bookmark it or save it in the panel so you can easily join the team in the morning?Thanks!

US account; Latest software version; Same behavior on web app and Windows app; Super Admin loginIt seems like a while back any images, like JPGs, I attached to a message, task, reply, etc used to fully display along with the link. Now, that only seems to be the case in teams. What happened to that ability everywhere else? It is really counter-productive to have to click on a link one or twice to have it then load in a browser. Even then, it doesn't allow for the display of multiple images by arrowing through like is the norm in browsers or other image display apps. No, you have to exit back out and click the next link. Is there a problem? Was that functionality deleted in some update (haven't used RC Glip in a while, but getting back into it)? What am I missing?

I called in to get help from Ring Central on Saturday, 12/21 because our after hours message was mal functioning and our customers could not contact the veterinarian on call for emergencies. I am a NEW customer and do not comprehend the Ring Central admin portal processes, but I am learning as fast as I can. But I needed help. I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes and no one answered nor picked up. My sales rep (Ras Patel) is awesome - I emailed him and he took his personal time and fixed our problem for me on Sunday or early Monday. We had a lot of frustrated clients between Saturday and Monday morning and that really hurts our business. When we have an emergency, we need to know as a small business if our phones have a problem that Ring Central will be there to help promptly - even during difficult hours when we all would rather sleep. I use paid version of glip. I archived a team. I am unable to find archived team. How to restore it?

I was curious if Admins can disable regular users from deleting their own posts. So for example, say Sarah posts messages on Glip. Can I make it so that Sarah can't delete any of her own messages and only Admins can delete any messages? If so, how can that be done? Also, can I make it that Sarah can't even edit any of her own posts? If so, how can that be done? And is it possible to make it so that none of the non admin people can delete or edit any of their posts...not just poor Sarah?

We field tech support requests via telephone and email and was wondering if there was an extension or API we could use to create a Team that would allow allow emailed Support requests to populate in that team. Similar to a call que yet specifically dedicated to email support requests. Any suggestions of add ons or work arounds would be greatly appreciated. Cheers from Canada

I deleted a person recently and I would like to recover some information that was included in private chat. I know that it is possible to see all message from that person in regular Team thread but I did not find a way to recover private conversations.

I am exploring the option to use RingCentral tasks to centralize task management (instead of using Microsoft Planner).However, every time I create a Task or Update a Task, it creates a new post in the Team Chat.Is there a way to stop Tasks from posting to the Team Chat?

I am in the US. I am using Glip with my small business.I created a very detailed substantial note in Glip. I saved it as a rough draft. I reopened it a short time later and completed the document. I hit the post button and only the draft I had saved hours before was posted. I tried retracing my steps and reposted it. It was still the tiny draft. I deleted the second tiny draft copy and now both identical incorrect versions are gone from the conversation. What was bad is now even worse.

How do you delete a co-worker from Glip. This person has resigned, so just need to get rid of them. There isnt any option in the Company team to remove them.Under Manage Members, there is only one option, to enable/disable them as Admin

So glip released a new update and you are unable to add members to your company team. My questions, if you get a new employee, why can you no longer add him/her to the company team? Why can he/she not be able to be informed of the messages in the company team? The company team has a long history of messages in it that we may want a new employee to be able to see. Why can he/she not be privy to those messages? The answer I received..."we no longer provide the feature to add a team member to the company team. So if I want to get around it, create another company team manually."For me that's okay, I have a small company. However, for larger companies, are they suppose to manually add dozens or hundreds or even thousands of people to a new company team because glip randomly decided not to allow you to add anyone new to the company team anymore? Was getting into my @team groove, when I realized that I can no longer @metion my team on the browser/desktop app. I can only @mention my organization.The option to allow for @team messaging has also disappeared from 'Edit Team Details' menu.On mobile, it appears that I can @mention my team, but not the organization (which is fine, really).Anyone else experiencing this? Am I understanding things correctly?

Our employees, including myself are facing issues on the Glip app (phone and desktop). It's been two days since we are facing an issue. All of a sudden the app stops working. It shows online status but we are unable to send messages with only a loading icon on the right. There's no issue with our ISP providers. I would like to raise a bug report for the same.

I've only noticed this happening in the past couple days - possibly since I received the notification on Tuesday (?) about a new version being available. Every now and then, I'll be having a conversation with one of my colleagues, I'll have a partially-completed message in the bottom box and, when their message gets sent, my message disappears.Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi Concerning android app. Do I don't understand something, but why I click the + and choose new message, I can't choose team?? We can only choose contacts. Also why I can't reply to a message or at least quote it? It's complicated in web version but at least it's possible. Thanks Mlanie

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE STATUS How can I create my own status settings (i.e. on vacation, in a meeting,) and do I have to do this on the desktop AND phone app?

For some reason, when I try to add an embedded video inside a Note in Glip, after saving it simply disappears. As if I never put it in at all. I'm even using the video embed icon in the toolbar of the text editor of the Note. Once I insert it, I can see it show up. But once I save the note, close it, then re-open it, the video disappears and nobody else in the company can see it either.What am I doing wrong (which I know is nothing)? What is the problem?

I see an initial notification that someone sent a message, but if I miss that initial pop up I have no way of knowing that I received a chat message. Email notifications are not preferred or I would just use email for my communication. It would be nice if there was some kind of notification in the task bar indicating a message awaits.
