several users in our organization have experienced an intermittent inability to join scheduled RingCentral meetings. They are presented with a message that says "The meeting is scheduled for (date/time)" and cannot proceed any further (screen shot attached). The date and time in the error message is random and does not match up with the date and time of the meeting the attendee is trying to join.

When starting a Meeting from the Ring Central Classic App within Windows,, how does the user your inviting join? There is no link. Meetings starts, am I supposed to get a link from there and paste it back into Ring Central Classic/Glip ?

Does RC accommodate a gif file as virtual background? If so, how do I enable? When I try to -Add Image-, the folder will not show the gif file that is in the folder, only jpeg, png, ...

I happily installed the new desktop app for Mac (uninstalling RC Meetings, Phone, etc), and it's working fine, except in one area. When I receive a link to an RC meeting and try to click on it, the system doesn't know what to do with it and I get an error saying there's no app to receive it.Did I break my installation, or do I still need the older RC Meeting desktop app to make that work?

My RingCentral Meetings profile is pulling a picture that I can't seem to change.It was originally pulling from RC (Glip), but now it's pulling a pre-cropped version. I tried changing my RC (Glip) photo to something else, but to no avail, RC Meeting remains unchanged.

Can we remove and/or replace the massive "Powered by Zoom" watermark? Thanks.

Trying to install the RingCentral Meetings MSI and I'm getting this error:Any ideas? The EXE installs fine but I need it in Program Files not in the profile as I'm building a VDI image.I have all the latest versions of VC redistributables installed from 2008 to 2019Cheers,Steve

It's obvious that Zoom is powering the white-labeled version called RingCentral Meetings.I'm cool with that as I currently use and love Zoom.MY QUESTIONS:When can we expect a true Office 365 Outlook plugin (as the current one is merely a Chrome plugin)?Am I able to give my attendees the option to be called rather than dial-in?

My user experiences the following error message:"An error occurred during the scheduling process. Please try again later."She is unable to schedule meetings ay all. Synced with Google Calendar. Any fix?

When I open the RingCentral app [Version: 20.2.12 (E. 7.1.8) Build: 33 (rev. 0edbb0d3)] on my laptop [MBP 15,3; macOS Catalina, 10.15.3 (19D76)] it normally shows meetings that I've scheduled and those to which I have been invited under the heading "Today's Upcoming Meetings." However, for the last 5 days or so, instead of showing me this, it shows me other meetings in my company to which I have not been invited and none of the meetings I created or to which I have been invited. This is the problem I would like to solve.Additional Information:At the bottom of the list is a link "See all your meetings in MyCalendar." When I click that, I'm taken to a view with two tabs where "My Calendar" is selected. I see around 45 meetings, many of them appearing 2 to 5 times in a row but all listed under "Today". I only scheduled two and am invited to one. Tomorrow there are around 40 of which I scheduled

Currently, RingCentral Video supports Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.Are there plans to include support for Firefox and Safari in the future?Since they are currently not supported, invitees who use Firefox or Safari are prompted to download the RingCentral App, which few people are willing to do. And it's an extra hassle even if they do.This means RingCentral Video is of little use for communication with outside business partners and we're having to opt for Zoom in these cases.

Just a little confused on the wording of the join from browser documentation. Is there no video when people use join from browser?

My personal link will not let anyone, including myself, into my meetings. It just gives this error:"This meeting has been ended by host", no one can join.

We have a user with Outlook for Mac who is having an odd issue.When he creates a RingCentral meeting using the Outlook for Mac plugin, he initially sees the standard meeting invitation template. He then edits the text to include information about his specific meeting -- he adds a greeting, a meeting agenda, a signature, etc.As soon as he hits "send," the meeting invite reverts back to the template and overwrites all the text he just entered.He is the only user out of 40 people having this issue. I am not sure if it is a problem with the Mac plugin or something with his user account. Any ideas?

i updated ring meetings and now ring isnt showing iglasses under cameras. it was working fine before how can i downgrade to previous update? im on a mac

Error code while launching ringcentral meeting 100000502

We have had ~80 users who updated MacOS Security update 2020-002. Now whenever they attend a meeting with RC Meetings app, the app crashes and the computer shuts down.It might just be a correlation but the evidence seems consistent with the update breaking RC Meetings.We've blocked the update for the rest of our users, but MacOS does not let you roll back. Is there an update for RC Meetings in the pipeline to address this? Has anybody else seen this? Ticket #10500087

Ever since the last update (or maybe the one before it) I have been having intermittent connection problems creating or joining a meeting. It will finally time out with Error Code 104113. My current RC Meetings version is 5.1.44325.0822. Today it has been a real PITA! Sometimes it takes 20 tries before I can start or join a meeting. I have no issues with any other software connecting to the internet. Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know what the error code means?

We have Saas, and are looking to upgrade our Citrix version. However, we need to check if Ringcentral meetings and the outlook plugin will continue to work once we upgrade.We currently run RingCentral with a couple of Client applications on our existing Citrix servers which run server 2008R2. We want to upgrade them to server 2016 (Citrix servers only). We have RingCentral Outlook plugin and RingCentral meetings. Do both of these run on server 2016 as the client? Is there anything we should know before commencing the upgrade?Thanks

Can a Recorded Meeting be edited? For example, the recording was not stopped during a break, can this 10 minute time block be removed from the recording?

I am using the RingCentral meeting and my camera will lose myself as the focus subject and then turns really blurry. I then have to stop my camera and start it over. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Webinar File Format

I can only see a black screen. Video settings look fine and I know my webcam works. This has only recently become an issue for me.

When selecting join via video in Ring Central, nothing happens. This feature worked last week. Any fix or update?

I want to do this: I want to record a video of myself and a presentation. Then save it and share it with a large amount of people. For example a link or a downloaded video or post it on LinkedIn. Can I do it and how do I do it?
