What to do with unassigned phone numbers

Hi, we have some unassigned phone numbers that ported over from our previous provider; we didn't know what to do with them at the time. The prefixes and line numbers do not coincide with our actual company number and so don't want to use them. Can we do anything with these numbers other than delete them? Can they be converted to match the desired prefix/line number sequences if the prefixes/line numbers are available externally? If so, what is the process?Thanks!

Calling credit report

Account type - CanadaDetailed description of problem:Is there a way to track the calling credit consumption ? I have around 800$ a month of calling credit packages and I'd like to know where this comes from and how can I lower my bills.The "usage info" section in my billing-ServicePlan page shows that I have 5,839 minutes of unlimited usage. On my bill I see the calling credit being automatically bought (which is fine).Number of Users affected. 126

Poorly trained staff or deception?

how Many people purchased X number of pages to fax only to find your not billed for pages but for minutes. As I found if a document takes 10 minutes to fax for whatever reason you are chargers 10 pages even though you only really sent one page. Also I was charged for faxes that went to a fax that did not answer this week I was billed for for over 1300 pages. The kicker is 80% of what I was billed was sent to a number that did not answer and I only attempted send a total of 64 pages. Also, when I talked to customer support I was told they were valid charges because they were sent. My question, (that no one has been able to answer) is how were they sent to a fax that did not answer! In addition, the mobile application allows you to attach more than whats able to be sent. Tech support and I found this is why there were no answers because the ring central app. Was too full. So it was not the fax that did not answer it was ring central not transmitting because the file attached was too larg

Bug: Desktop app: my status switches to "on call" and stays that way

I've experienced this several times in the past couple of weeks. I notice that my status is red and indicated "on call" after I've finished a phone call. It stays that way until I change it back to green.

When I click on Help (F1) in the ring central app it opens a web broswer to a salesforce link:Does this happen to anyone else?

Ring Central App is Super Buggy

Users are constantly complaining the Ring Central app goes nutso when calls come in. That is, caller and user both hear weird sounds, call quality instantly drops. Nothing can be put on hold or sent to VM.Basically if you're on a call and another comes in, the whole thing just stops working.Anyone aware of Ring Central caring to address any issues with the App? Custom ring tones, call-waiting improvements?Something?

"Presence" without the details

I would like to know my business partner's status without knowing the specific phone number he is talking to. Is there a way to set this in presence so I see he is on the phone but without seeing the specific phone number? I know the Presence feature was designed for master/surf situations but is there a way to limit what information is transmitted?

Unblock Phone Number

Saadet, It seems you answered Jon's question pretty well. Can you do the same for me?I want to unblock a number for our entire system using the desktop web page. I am signed in to the web page as Admin and usually keep the call log open. I call easily block a number from the system using the call log, but how to I get a list of system blocked numbers to unblock one? Why is the button for that not on the same page as the one I used to block the number in the first place, i.e. the call log page? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: How to Unblock from desktop - Help is not helpful.

Cannot login because "This password does not meet security requirements, please try again."

When I log in, I am told that "Your password is not compliant with our new security policy."  When I change it to a password that DOES meet the listed requirements, I am met with the subject error.

How do I turn on DND in RingCentral desktop for Windows?

I am trying the RingCentral Desktop app but I can't find one feature I use all the time on my phone - DND (Do Not Disturb), which automatically sends all calls to VM. Is this feature available in the Desktop app (Windows 10)? If so, how do I turn it on and off?Thanks!
