I am trying to change a password and PIN for a call queue and I keep getting the message that the password does not meet the requirements - which it does (see below). I've even done a completely random generated password with all of the requirements. No luck. Any thoughts?

We set up the RingCentral for Lightning in Sandbox with the following criteria and everything worked as intended. However, when using the same configuration in production, the pop up feature does not seem to work at all. If a call comes in, The RingCentral window does not show up at all, and none of the actions below take place. We've gone through the entire guide and compared settings with Sandbox and everything checks out. Here is the configuration we are using:

I created an app to send SMS, it's already in Production. I'm using the Operator extension, in my case it's 101, to login to API. Cannot connect or start meeting. It says connecting but eventually, it hangs. Using Windows 10 and RC - 22.2.22.62

It has been impossible to sign on to RingCentral from a web browser all day today. The message is "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact RingCentral support." RingCentral support requests work only if you're signed in.

To add some context. We have multiple users that all have their own phone numbers. We would like to be able to automate some SMS notifications from their specific numbers when certain events occur in our system. Per a discussion with RC "support" they said the only way to do this is by generating a token for the user and then sending the SMS with the token. This can be done in our system by storing RC credentials, however, this is not a scalable solution as we add users and they may change their credentials.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this?

Hi there? I'm running into an issue where the login email is currently set to our billing department. I often have to call them to ask for an access code to setup new users with the RingCentral app. Is there a way to separate the login email to something IT controls and have the monthly billing go to the billing department?

In our lead creation process, we are creating leads where some of them have invalid phone numbers. Does anyone have direction as far as tools/API's/ways they've been able to leverage technology to ensure the numbers are valid so that, if not, they do not make their way to the dialer?

Is there an easy way to find out what Ring Group(s) a user belongs to? The only way I know of is to access each ring group. Below is my scenario.We have seven product specific ring groups that ring key users and seven "overflow" ring groups that calls will forward to if the call goes unanswered by the product specific ring group. The overflow ring group rings all department members. Overflow calls forward to product specific mailboxes which is why there is one for each. Most staff belong to multiple product specific ring groups.The problem that we are running into is with turnover. If we select the option to remove the user from ring groups then it removes them from all ring groups. We only want to remove them from the product specific ring group(s) since the overflow will always include all users.To me it would be more efficient to remove a user from two or three ring groups than having to add them back into seven.Any ideas/options would

We have an application that sits on a Windows 2019 server. Each user access their version of the application via Windows RDP. However, instead of using the standard Windows Remote Desktop application, we have a very small, .Net application that we call the "Loader", installed on each PC. The Loader handles the RDP side of things and gives us additional functionality.For example, on the RDP application there is a button to open a website (or dial a number). When transferring a call, the receiving party is not notified when the transfer is completed. It would be nice if there was an audible beep sound to indicate that the transfer has been completed so the receiving party knows when to start talking. Text messages are not working (inbound or outbound). For some of our numbers, when we send texts to phones within our system or to numbers outside of our organization, the texts either don't come in or we get an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be that certain numbers in our system don't have the proper settings/permissions to text?

Today my outgoing sms started failing. When I send a text it looks like it is resent 2 to 5 times over and over and over but does not actually reach its destination. Every once in a while I can get a text through. This is happening both on wifi and when using mobile data. Oh, and its on the verge of making me lose sales and customers. :(

I need to know where I can find the call recordings knowingly that I'm on the ultimate plan and I've enabled the Automatic call recordings, can you please help me with that?
