Getting Invalid resource owner credentials error regularly after some time when using acesss tokens to authorize ringcentral user. We are getting the access tokens by authorizing using grant_type=password. And are reusing the same access tokens for the next 1 hr to make API calls and then re generate tokens.Using ringcentral java SDK version 1.4.0We are facing this with ringcentral production credentials@Phong Vu could you please help in finding the root cause?

Does SandBox Account Supports testing for High Volume SMS ? Also can we assign High Volume SMS Permissions on SandBox Account. I have 3 users (Members) who show up as Guests when they message each other. I haven't been able to get any info out of Support except that it has been escalated and that someone will get back to me. Does anyone have any insight here?Marvin

How to stop my contacts list from ringing my phone when they make or receive a call.

I successfully created and am using the High Volume App on number xxx-xxx-1306APP ID 0BeUP9IIQCSuO-LdU9dXQwI then created another app to use regular SMS, I was trying to attach that number xxx-xxx-7873 or better yet our main 800#APP ID 9TlxXxTiSf6n7qed0fX3uQWhen I try to login to the regular SMS production app with 7873, it does not work, but I can login to the online portal, so it is not a password problem. I cannot login with the 800# either, when I use the password reset for the 800#, it says it will send email to my email, but I never get an email. Also I dont see our 800# listed as a number in the users, and 7873 is the super user that I use to administer the account. I assume you cannot login as the 800#Does something have to be done to allow me to use 7873 in the regular SMS app?

I purchased a common phone for my front desk that I would like to set to ring when our business line is called. Ideally my ringcentral phone app rings on my cell phone WHILE the front desk phone also rings. I cannot seem to set this CISCO 6681 to a particular extension or unassign it from the common phone. We have not had issues sending text messages but our entire team has lost the ability to send outgoing messages as of about 30 min ago. One of the messages from Ring Central states:A valid Phone Number is required to send text message to recipients outside of your company, Please contact your Administrator to add a direct number to your account.Nothing has changed on our account, do you know what needs to be done or are there other companies having this issue too?

Hi, now that we have the RingCentral integration, we run into a problem, when customer calls and we want to transfer the calls internally, the only contacts we can see, are the salesforce contacts (party) but not the RingCetral contacts list, it anything that we can do to hide the salesforce contacts from the contact list.Thank you

How to change the time zone for the Call Log and Analytics Portal. It looks like it's defaulted to Mountain Time.

I have configured users to be able to pick up calls from other extensions using the Call Pickup list under Groups. The instructions say that you can pickup a call ringing at another extension by pressing *58 and then the ringing extension. This would be great if it actually worked. We have tried this with various extensions and cannot seem to get it to work properly. Does anyone have a success story that they can share to get this to work?

We run a retail business with a physical location. Typically we have one person at the desk to handle incoming calls. They typically use the ringcentral app on their phone but they cannot receive calls because they have an old cellphone sometimes and we are losing alot of calls. How can I add a single physical phone that will ring to our main number? Will the Desktop App have to be open for this phone to work?

Hello, We have an email address that is receiving notifications whenever a call/fax is received. However, this email address is not the one that is listed in the user settings for any of the users. Is there any other page within the Admin Panel where we might find and remove this email address? Thanks!
