I have already implemented 3 legged authorization using c# in a startup.cs class which is working fine. Now I want I can send a login request when any user hits the APP controller then the request needs to be generated and the access token will return in the same controller after this I can show a view to the user where he can type Number and SMS then click on the send button.So if anyone has a solution kindly help me or guide me on how I can do this.Thanks

RingCentral Meetings scheduled with RingCentral for Outlook shows the wrong date and time in the meeting invite text. Example is below. My first thought was to just remove the Time from the invite text template, but I can't do that either.The meeting below is clearly scheduled for the 10th, but the text says the 1st. We have a multi-site account with RC. We have RC admins at sites under our main account that has Phone System access to just their sites. But it seems only those with Super Admin roles can modify IVR's so each Phone System admin is not able to modify IVR's specific to their site. Is there any workaround to give IVR editing permissions to non-Super Admins?

Hi!How are you guys? I am having the following issue when trying to install the Chrome Extension (RingCentral). After successfully signing in it directs me to the Emergency Calling - Registered Address window. When I click on "I Accept" it's showing me an error Internal error. Try again later or contact the support.Any ideas?Also other users have the same issue after signing out. I never had the extension installed on my machine and I am having the same problem.Thank you for the help.

Whenever I import my client contact list to the Ringcentral App for iPhone, it changes my client's dates of birth, or any other important dates I've saved for them. Like, if their date of birth is July 4, 1976, the Ringcentral App will change it to July 3, 1976. How do I fix this?

I currently do the following with success: Set up RC Meetings for two outside-of-my-org parties to connect using RC Meetings. Without waiting rooms, no host required, etc, This works fine. I never attend these meetings.I just noticed I scheduled two of these meetings at the same time (four oustide parties in 2 concurrent meetings) this week. I will attend neither meeting. Each meeting room is unique. What will happen?

We have noticed that it can be frustrating and cause less that ideal customer experiences when members of a call queue are on annual leave or off sick but have left their accept call queue status to on. This causes calls to our IT Helpdesk for admin accounts to manually override this status.Is it not possible for the RingCentral platform to know when a user is logged in or not. The behaviour would then be that if a user is not logged in on mobile or desktop that their call queues availability should be set to do not accept call queues. Once a user is logged in it should automatically set them to accept call queue calls.

I am trying to find out who owns a RingCentral number that is being used by one of our clients. The number was set up under the previous provider for this client, but that provider is no longer in business. I do not do anything with development. Who could I contact to start an investigation to track down who this belongs to? What information would I possibly need to provide, as I don't have much to go on except the number and who is currently using it.Ultimately I would like to move it to the customer's account.

I've searched and searched but don't see an option in settings for sent faxes to also be emailed to me. I get a text when fax is successfully sent so I don't understand why it couldn't also notify via email along with the actual fax sent. I see there is an extension to save sent faxes to my cloud storage, but that compromises privacy so would like a different option. This is a big problem especially for the price I pay.

Hi there, we have 5 retail stores across the country and are expanding quickly. I just signed up for a Ring Central 800 number and would love for it to forward the call to the closest location based on caller id. Or if a customer could enter their zip code, it could forward based on that. Is this an option with RC or through a 3rd party?

Hi, I have an app that I want to promote to production. Yesterday I have all the checks in green but the <5% errors was in read.
