Does the RingCentral dialer have the ability to create SMS templates? (i.e. "canned" response but in text message form)

My voicemails are going to another mailbox.,

I'm using the RingCentral desktop app on Windows. I use it on multiple computers and left it open (Lets say on Computer A) for a few days and used it on another computer (we'll call computer B). When I went back to computer A today my voicemails were in almost a random order. They went from old, to today, to Tuesday of this week, then to older ones (then in backwards chronological). I keep voicemails until I've reached the person so i do have about 10 messages in there. I noticed some say "Tuesday" instead of the date but on computer B they are still correctly in backwards chronolgoical order. The "filter" is not really a sort but more of a search. I tried closing the app and reopening it and that did not resolve it. Any way to fix this??

Some of our offices get a lot of telemarketing calls that call over and over again. Can we block numbers to the call queue groups?

My app subscribes to message notifications and automatically imports faxes to our CRM. These are mission-critical to us, so to make sure we don't miss anything I also periodically request a message store report (say once every ten minutes, looking back 12 minutes). It seems that UDP ports is the only way to get SIP traffic in/out of the Desktop App and Web App. Unlike RingCentral's competitors like Webex/Zoom there is no TCP fallback option when UDP is not available. Some organizations block UDP by default and the security teams are unwillling to open these up to the internet.When can we get this on the RingCentral backlog?

RC desktop app for Windows has stopped launching correctly as of today. It worked fine a couple days ago, and this PC's Windows 10 was last updated in March. What occurs now when trying to either open or reinstall Ringcentral is four background processes will start, but nothing else. No application is visible or loads, even for a second. I have tried completely uninstalling all traces of the app from the workstation, including the registry entries. Downloading and then attempting to run the installer from the website ends in the same result - a few background processes visible in Task Manager, but no visible application.Running out of ideas since wiping it clean did not produce a different outcome.

When my network fails over to our secondary provider the phones do not re-register. Is there a way to adjust the timer or have the phone try to re-register in the event of an Internet failover.

My status keeps changing from Available to Invisible even though I am active on the computer. I need it not to do that. This is the new app. Ver 20.3.31.2413 Windows.

Our company hours are 9 - 5. We have three call queues, two of them are also set to 9 - 5. We have one queue we would like to have set to 8 - 5. Only 1 person would be answering calls at this time. We have her hours set to 8 - 3, all other members of the queue have their individual hours set to 9 - 5. Can our 8 AM start person receive calls from the queue if the company hours are set at 9 - 5?

Does anyone know if videos can be recorded, stored and shared via ringcentral similar to loom? I want to avoid unnecessary fees and extra programs if possible!

Hi, I have in another account 4 subscriptions created and when I make a call to the GetListSubscriptions API endpoint I only get two. We know that the other two subscriptions are still working because we can get reports from today and on the events we get the subscriptions id that cant see on the list. Do you know why this could happend? If I use the GetSubscription with the id it neither finds it.Thanks

When I use the Ring Central App to schedule a future meeting, it generates a Google calendar entry with a Meeting ID: xxxxxxx, and it DOESN't send out an invitation to my listed participants and when I look at my "Your Personal Meeting ID (PMI)" it shows another number YYYYYYYY altogether.

We use the API to integrate RC features into our web-based SASS custom enterprise application. One use is for SMS: At the profile of any employee, customer, or vendor, we can send an SMS to the contact with a button click. Replies from the contact arrive quickly in the profile on a Messages tab, and we can view an extended conversation.We see the same conversation in the RC app on our mobile phones. I've set up the RingCentral app to call my phone, and it only seems to be calling the office phone. I put in the Call Forwarding settings for it to call my phone and the office phone number simultaneously, but it only calls the office phone.

Hi. First post for me for this community. It seems RC does not provide a method to block incoming calls at the top level. By that I mean as an admin I cannot block a number from calling. I see where I can block calls from hitting Queues and how users can block calls from getting to their extension. But wanted to make sure I am not missing an option that would allow us to block a number from calling all extensions or queues without need to do at the user/extension or queue level.

When we create a new user and send mail to the user's email to activate the account, the email and the link may expire soon if the user not activate within given time.What is the way we set the activation link expiration time so that it can be there and not expire quickly. Any settings to expiration time of link?
