While using the RC small phone, before switching to the RC App on my Windows 10 Desktop, I was able to have my incoming calls notify me using the notification center in the lower right hand part of my screen. Now that I am using the RC App there is no setting for such. Is there anyway to do this so I don't have to continuously bring the RC app to foreground, I use glip for messaging my coworkers and I need the incoming calls to be as a separate notification. I miss important messages from my team when the whole app pops up since it considers the messages as "seen" even if I am just answering a call.

I need help setting up auto pay

We've been having an issue with Max users that keep having an issue with their internal microphone picking up the background noise. We restart the client etc and the only way to allow them to not pick up background noise is to disable the Microphone. However this isnt really a solution. What is odd is that people will be fine and then it occurs.

My bookkeeper asked if I can provide her with a RingCentral bill each month so that she can keep our accounts straight. Although our account is paid automatically each month, she still wants/needs an invoice for our records. Can I get an automatic email each month that shows the current charges and what was paid or what is due? How do I set that up? Thank you.

Can we set an alias in Ring Central Video?

If I click to view the Call Control Quick Start Tutorial I receive a 404 Not Found.

I have set up a recurring meeting and it shows up in Outlook but it does not show up in the Video > Meetings tab. Shouldn't it show up in both locations so I can manage the recurring meeting in the Ring Central App if I want to make changes or invite others?

Why is the text icon available on some voicemails and not others? And why is not always in the same spot? Sometimes it's between the phone and the trash icon.Sometimes you have to click the 3 dots to see it.Sometimes it's not there at all. I thought maybe somehow ring central knows if it's a textable number and takes it away if it is not, but that's not the case.

Does RingCentral integrate with Calendly? Or does RingCentral have its own calendar system where others can schedule meetings that is set up like Calendly? I know RingCentral has its own calendar system that can integrate with Office365 which would work for us but does it have the option to add a questionnaire for others to answer before scheduling the meeting? What about taking payments? I'm with a CPA firm where clients have to pay to set up meetings or put a deposit down before the meeting is set up is there an option for this with RingCentral meetings?

Is it possible yet for just the sender to receive the fax transmission results. I have faxing setup so all received faxes go to a group email address. I have up to 25 possible senders so I do not want everyone receiving transmission results from one sender. With the email distribution in the notification box, everyone gets it. If I add all of their names I would get the same result. Is there a way around this yet?

I understand that with the new App the HUD cannot be used if you are on a MAC?

Want to call back a number in call history visible on desktop app, but have it call using the desktop phone, not from the computer.,Currently when double-clicking a number from call history in the desktop app, it calls out via the desktop app and computer settings. Want it to call out using the hard desk phone when performing that function.

I'm using the RingCentral desktop app on Windows. I use it on multiple computers and left it open (Lets say on Computer A) for a few days and used it on another computer (we'll call computer B). When I went back to computer A today my voicemails were in almost a random order. They went from old, to today, to Tuesday of this week, then to older ones (then in backwards chronological). I keep voicemails until I've reached the person so i do have about 10 messages in there. I noticed some say "Tuesday" instead of the date but on computer B they are still correctly in backwards chronolgoical order. The "filter" is not really a sort but more of a search. I tried closing the app and reopening it and that did not resolve it. Any way to fix this??

Some of our offices get a lot of telemarketing calls that call over and over again. Can we block numbers to the call queue groups?

My app subscribes to message notifications and automatically imports faxes to our CRM. These are mission-critical to us, so to make sure we don't miss anything I also periodically request a message store report (say once every ten minutes, looking back 12 minutes). It seems that UDP ports is the only way to get SIP traffic in/out of the Desktop App and Web App. Unlike RingCentral's competitors like Webex/Zoom there is no TCP fallback option when UDP is not available. Some organizations block UDP by default and the security teams are unwillling to open these up to the internet.When can we get this on the RingCentral backlog?

RC desktop app for Windows has stopped launching correctly as of today. It worked fine a couple days ago, and this PC's Windows 10 was last updated in March. What occurs now when trying to either open or reinstall Ringcentral is four background processes will start, but nothing else. No application is visible or loads, even for a second. I have tried completely uninstalling all traces of the app from the workstation, including the registry entries. Downloading and then attempting to run the installer from the website ends in the same result - a few background processes visible in Task Manager, but no visible application.Running out of ideas since wiping it clean did not produce a different outcome.
