The application for a municipality is this: Outside caller dials a 10-digit phone number. The call rings multiple phones. Someone answers the call. And immediately both sides of the conversation is heard overhead through paging. So far Algo and CyberData say it cannot be done.It would be great if I can use the existing overhead paging system that consists of amplifier and speakers/horns. But if I need to completely replace the overhead paging with IP units that is ok.

Hello,Ever since the most recent update, the chime is no longer playing when an attendee enters the waiting room (on both RingCentral Meetings AND RingCentral Video). Now, when someone enters the waiting room, I only get a text notification on the top of my screen (no sound). Once the attendee has been admitted into the meeting, however, I do hear the chime. I am running macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 on a 2018 MacBook Air with an Intel processor.

Please see email undeliverable message below. All users used to be able to send efax from their email but as of last Friday they can only send efax's thru the ring central web portal or app and their email gives them this bounce back to multiple different destination fax numbers. Any thoughts? Happy to provide any more info.

Is it possible to use C# to download fax confirmation in pdf or image after it is sent? I went through API references and it looks like I can only download the metadata. I am wondering whether the pdf or image of the confirmation is available or not.

11-01-2017  USA-based account 2287 users 3800 DID lines - after last week's update to our POD, a few of our Polycom VVX500 are displaying a weird behavior --- the phone does a brief warble and calls are not getting through on those lines. I  am logging the few reported instances  today to see if it goes away.  We have already unplugged these phones, leaving them off for a half hour and then restarting them. Only a few phones effected. If it continues, I will open a case. Anyone else see this on yours?

The "Start a Revision" option is missing from our published RingCentral App Profile and as such, unable to request an update to publish to Avaya App Gallery and other approved partners. The application was originally created for ALL RingCentral customers and promote options were previously available in the development console. Any suggestions?

We have some teams that include large numbers of team members and will never need a video call. Occasionally someone will accidentally start a video call in that team. We would like to turn off that option for certain Teams.

The red light on the soft key of my assistant's extension stays on. It is the soft key linked to my extension. The light goes green when a call connects. How can I get this reset?

We already have the High-volume SMS number from RingCentral, a paid subscription from HubSpot, we are using the Chrome Extension of RingCentral for HubSpot.We would like to send Bulk SMS to our HubSpot contacts, and keep the record on the CRM.I read this can be done through API , but how? We have staff reporting very poor voice quality for phone connections.Note that Staff are using the desktop app while they are remote during the quarantine. Some calls are so bad that they must be dropped entirely and moved to cellular networks.Are there tools available to inspect call logs or any other tools available to troubleshoot these quality issues? Is this a local internet connection problem or is this something on Ring Central's side?

When person calls my user from an iphone and then wants to Merge (conference) another call. As soon as they hit Merge, the call to the Ring Deskphone drops immediately. The "managed" package of Ringcentral for Salesforce comes with Standard navigation style where it shows so many tabs that our agents won't even use.Is there a way to change it to console navigation so the top bar doesn't look too cluttered?
