Hello RC Community, Can anyone point me in the right direction, I am trying to Integrate a Medical Practices Inbound Phone System to HubSpot CRM and we would like to use RingCentral. I understand that there is no direct integration but I am still actively looking for ideas.... Does anyone have any experience with this? Ideal scenario would be a new customer calls our office line (a RingCentral phone number) and that call is logged into HubSpot CRM. Sounds relatively straightforward but i simply don't know how to get this outcome. Please advise. Thank you! Ben

US / no case #I want to be able to rewind, pause or fast-forward a voicemail when using the desk phone tolisten to voicemail messages. Currently you have to listen to the entire message again. I shouldn't have to listen to the entire voicemail multiple times in order to get the info I need because the person leaving the message spoke too fast, unclearly, etc. It's ridiculous that the phones don't have these options. This should be given HIGH Priority for implementation!

As the title suggests there is a recording entry attached to a call log record which is not returning the recording meta data.Any ideas?

I found a few things on Google about inserting the image, then attaching the link TO the image but those are older articles and Gmail must no longer allow that since it doesn't work for me. How do i modify a play announcement so when my call que rings for a phone number 1 i want to hear incomming call from company 1. and when phone number 2 rings it says incomming call from company 2 ( with the company number being the name of the business they are trying to reach due to the fact that i have 3 companies all working in the same building with 1 phone per receptionist instead of having separate phones for seperate companies

When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification? Does Ring Central not store in the cloud? I have used this product for several years and I could always review sent file documents and save them. All of my files are now gone.

Is there a way to report (via email/phone, etc) the fraudulent use of a phone line owned by RingCentral? One that is being used for fraud against RingCentral ToS?

We often need to record a presentation to share with others within our company however, with the webcam icon always present it tends to block parts of our screen that need to be visible in the recording. My suggestion for RingCentral is to make it an option when recording a meeting whether the webcam icon/box will be visible. I think if you are not sharing your video the webcam box should default to not show up in a meeting at all. This would truly be life changing if it were an added feature in RingCentral!

I deleted a sent FAX in error this past Friday, Is there a way to recover it?

i cant seem to join a meeting from my mac desktop. i have literally tried everything. uninstalled and reinstalled it and keep running into an error message saying check network connection and try again. my network is fine. it connects to everything else. so frustrating!

How do I find or reset the PIN on my desktop unit?

Looks like the RingCentral Phone app for Android has been removed from the PlayStore. RingCentral still has links to download on their website, but the URL isn't returning anything from Google. Is this planned or a hiccup? Yesterday I updated my iPhone to iOS 10 and now I am unable to make calls over my carrier (T-Mobile's) network. The error that shows on my ring central app states that VoIP calling is unavailable. This feature worked fine before the update to iOS 10. I am not interested in using my Wifi network as the call quality degrades significantly. At this point, it seems the only option is to use the ring out feature which is very buggy at best. Is anyone having this issue? Any advice to help sort this out would be greatly appreciated. My gut tells me this is an iOS issue that will need to be resolved with a ring central app update.

The Glip calendar URL changes unexpectedly and almost instantly. I subscribed to my Gli calendar per instructions using my Google calendar, and it worked - I saw my Glip calendar events in my Google calendar. About 30 seconds later, the Glip calendar URL changed. I added some more events to the Glip calendar, but Google calendar never got updated. This made me wonder if maybe the URL changed, and sure enough, the URL was different on the Glip side. I tested this several times and discovered that the URL changes almost instantly. For example, I added one event to the Glip calendar, resubscribed from Google calendar with the correct URL and verified that the event showed up there, went back to Glip within 30 seconds or less and added another event, went back to Google calendar and the second event fro Glip never showed up. I then went back into Glip, clicked on the integration link to check that the URL is still the same and WAS NOT. Obviously, this has to be a software bug.Has anyone el

Am I the only one who wants all my staff to be able to reply to texts from the main line (and check VMs to the main line via their own phone app)? How do y'all get by without this feature?

When I have Voip calling enablde and it is hooked to wifi I often lose the connection and the app starts making weird noises. This is five feet from my router with an excellent signal. Sometimes the app rings when I am out and about and sometimes it doesn't. It is looking like I am going to need to carry a second phone so I can put the same voicemail I have on Ring Central on the cell phone because I am missing calls. Texts come through fine. I really don't want two cell phones, but I also sell real estate and that is the voicemail on my personal cell phone which would confuse my boarding kennel clients. Ring Central does nto always go to voicemail before the cell phopne does and I have had this happen in the past. Also, Ring Central will put voicemails long ago deleted back on the app if you sign out and sign back in. Is there a way to stop that? I'd like to provide a link on my company intranet to open Meetings and Glip. Any thoughts on how to do that? I'm able to open the softphone easily with something like <a href="tel:">Phone</a>. But I can't find a similar protocol that would open glip or meetings.If would be great if there was a protocol that would let you do something like <a href="rcmeetings:111-222-3333"> to join a meeting, or just "rcmeetings:" to open the meetings app without joining anything. Similarly for Glip.Any ideas?
