My company has a morning meeting everyday that is always recorded on Ring. I do not attend this meeting, but I do listen to the recording as soon as I can. I go into my RingAdmin site and search all meeting recordings but there is always a fairly substantial delay before the meeting recording shows up...like multiple hours. Any idea why there is such a huge delay? The meetings are only about 30 mins so I doubt it has anything to do with downloading size, etc.

I have been trying to get an access token so I can then make a callout via the API. Here is what I have done in Postman:Endpoint: https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/oauth/tokenI have entered my Username and Password both with these being base encoded 64 and not encoded. This time they are not encoded. Hey, everybody! Maybe someone's had a run-in? I read in the instructions how to open international calls.https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Enable-Disable-International-Calling-Feature.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_USI enabled the necessary settings according to the instructions, but had no success. What did I do wrong? While making a call, the system says: The destination is disabled for your account.   

Trying to login on a new computer but getting this message. “This redirect failed because URL blocked. Please contact our support.”

Our office closes from 12-1pm and we have a high volume of calls that come in during this time.  The problem with this hour not being identified by RC as afterhours is that it impacts the business analytics reports and individual staff performance reports.  What is a good practice or how to set up this one hour as afterhours, so all the missed inbound calls do not get counted as missed calls? Thanks!

we have several user whose voicemails do not show as “read” after they listen to the in the desktop APP, I am working with RingCentral support but have not been able to resolve yet.Their settings are identical to all users Has anyone experienced this issue?

We're receiving this message when trying to play shared voicemails through the RC App, "Sorry, we weren't able to play/load the voicemail due to a poor network connection. Try again."

The Chrome extension used to work wonderfully for creating new RingCentral Meetings from right within Google Calendar, but as of late last week, the option to create a new meeting has simply disappeared - I now only have the option to "Add Google Meet video conferencing".I opened a case with RingCentral support (10754179), and was told that this was a result of a recent update on their end, but was told to post something here as well.I'm running Chrome version 83.0.4103.61, RingCentral Meetings version 19.4.152079.0420, and the RingCentral Chrome extension version 4.2.10 (all the most up-to-date versions that are available to me).Software updates, removing and re-adding the extension, refreshing pages, etc. don't do the trick.

I called support and learned this is expected behavior. This is not how other call recording systems work. The call should stop recording for the hold and start back once resumed.

We have inbound call recording enabled. When an inbound call is placed on hold on a park location then gets picked up internally, the recording does not resume on the internally transferred call. Does anyone know how to get this to work correctly?

Hello team,I having issues try to create a case this past week. I keep getting this error message on multiple browsers.Your chat bot is not helping me with getting in contact with anyone. I’ve been on hold with support phone line for 30 minutes and have not been able to reach someone.

I signed up for a ringcentral video pro account today and the website shows the meeting as unlimited, but they actually disconnect automatically after 50 minutes or so. I'm wondering if there is no time limit on meetings initiated by accounts registered before 2022?

We have a dedicated safety/emergency announcement-only extension, so that employees can call in for directions during unusual events: weather, damage, etc. Is it possible to schedule and send this same recording out to a set list of phone numbers?

Missing options in softphone App.

Our system has not been right from Day 1. Looking for someone that knows what they are doing.

Will there be updates to the fax options? There are four notable issues currently:1. Currently, there is no way to customize a fax cover sheet to include a company logo.2. There is no way to enter the "To" or "Company Name" field unless they are in my contacts. Even when they are in the contacts, the Company Name field does not populate.3. The format of the fax number looks like this 11234567891. There is no way to change the formatting to (123) 456-7891. Even though it is formatted nicely in the settings the output looks sloppy.4. It doesn't matter what default fax cover is selected in the fax settings. You still have to manually pick the fax you want when you go to start a new fax.

The support I talked to told me there was no limit but they all stop at 3 minutes and I want them to record for an hour.,I phoned support to ask if there was a time limit on the message and he said no but they are cut off at 3 minutes I want it open up to an hour.

Hello everyone, I manage a Unify Office console whose support was initially provided by ATOS Unify. A few days ago, I was informed via email that the pending tickets on the ATOS support email have been closed, and those same tickets have been opened on the RingCentral ticket portal because from that moment on, support would be managed directly by them. However, when I access https://support.ringcentral.com/case.html, I cannot find any tickets except for old ones dated 2022/2023. If I try to create 'a new case' after confirming the contact information (already set) and filling in the required fields 'product', 'category', 'subject', and 'description', it is not possible to click Next; pressing it does nothing.I tried to contact the Italian support number (in English) but after 20 minutes of hold music, I hung up the call. I am not particularly satisfied with the support service.Has anyone had the same problem?

How fast does the operator add the ability to send sms to numbers? It's been more than 3 days now, but I still can't send sms. 

I work for corporate with 3 companies, they’re looking for a way to divide up the invoicing per company so that the invoicing is paid per company and not to one central corporate bank account. Is there any way to do this in RingCentral? Or does anyone have a better idea I could use to implement what is being asked? Much appreciated for help provided!
