Anyone know the process to get the Mitel 485G telephones custom background to work with the Ring Central product? Previously on Mitel it would be located under the Inetpub folder and phones new when registering to the prem system to check for the image. Now going to Ring Central where/how do we get the phones to look for an image?

What does  Forward to : *85$Tinvite$ error mean?

In historical interaction reports there is an option under agent group named N/A. RC tells me that these are calls where a customer hung up before reaching an agent. Does anyone have a more detailed understanding of how calls end up in this bucket? Are they dropping while in the IVR or possibly while listening to announcements?  Thanks

A manager would like to see the calls made by his team. How can I limit the Performance Reports so he sees only his team's calls?

I have subcribed to  telephony events for an extension over a websocket. While checking the events received I am seeing events where the event field belongs to another extension for which the events are not subscribed. Which cases does the telephony events subscription return events for other extensions?

I am using a webhook through Zapier to create an event in RingCentral when an entry is  made on our website.I used this for formatting purposes.https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Tasks/createTaskNewIt will work perfectly about 10-15 times and then I get an invalid token error.  If I go back and re-copy the authorization, it work again for about 10 or so times and then fail.Is this generating a temporary token?   Do I need to do something different to create permanent authorization?

We are currently evaluating how to leverage the ConnectWise PSA with RingCentral for Voice. We want to be able to click-to-call out of ConnectWise and integrate our RingCentral DID’s, possibly automate some of the call-logging as well. Is this possible to do with ConnectWise open API? ConnectWise pointed me in the direction of RingCentral integrations directly.

Some of our staff are experiencing issues hearing callers. The audio is either too low or muffled until they adjust the system's volume. In RingCentral and Windows, the volume sliders are set to 100%. When we adjust the Windows slider, it temporarily resolves the issue for that call, but we have to repeat this adjustment for every call.

Does anyone knows how to get your Caller ID name displayed with Cricket phone provider ? 

Has anyone else migrated from MAX to CXOne Agent? It’s very buggy and is not user friendly. Are there talks of cleaning things up? For example, transferring a call takes 4 steps. And once the call is transferred you’re stuck in ACW until your timer runs out, you cant manually put yourself in another state.

I am at a loss.I’ve re-submitted 5-10 times. I’ve worked out all the details with RingCentral TCR Support.I updated things based on deep research online.I keep getting the same failed attempts.Can I just pay someone to update my site so that this goes through?I give up.

On the PHONE - KEYPAD screen where you select the phone number you are calling from it currently registers as the number. I suggest allowing it to be changed to a name so it is easier to recognize or verify which company is currently selected before making an outbound call.

We want to keep our business numbers with Ring Central for voice but we also text with customers from our business number. Because we have several different businesses and because there's no easy way to tell which number a customer has 'texted' within the glip/rc phone interface - it doesn't work well for us. We'd much rather have texts go into our team inbox platform (FrontApp). We can do this using twilio but they were unsure if, when going through the verification process, if Ring Central would allow Twilio to handle the SMS portion while keeping the number for voice.

The recent RingCentral App domain upgrade, has us in a situation where we're having to touch each machine that has the older version of RingCentral installed.The MSI doesn't have the "check for updates" option. The EXE isn't supported for scripted installs or GPO's or SCCM or Intune because those run exe file on behalf of system users w/ elevated permissions.Running the EXE on a machine will not uninstall the currently installed RC App from an MSI install.Is there a utility or a way for us to uninstall all RingCentral apps no matter the version before installing the newest EXE install ?

Our phone system is completely offline. No email from RingCentral, just the following message on service status. I am unable to contact customer support because their phones and chat are also down.  Has this ever happened to anyone before? If so, how long were they down? Ringcentral is not as redundant as they said they are.  There is no way to put a message on your main lines for an outage. There is no way to forward numbers to a cell phone or to another call que system outside of RingCentral.   When major downtime - calls to ringcentral support is down as well since they are on the same system. Major lack of communication other than will let you know something in an hour over and over.

This is very specific, but we are unable to make calls out to the 657 area code.  At our end calls ring once and seem to drop.  Customers are seeing the call.  We can receive calls.  We have checked other area codes and have no issues with calling out.  Is this a RingCentral issue?

the dial button is gray and the error is- Sorry, something is wrong on our end, so calling is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. been using wifi and lan connection but can't make outgoing calls. I can make calls using data connection on my mac and windows and can also make calls on mobile ios app using wifi. please help. Thanks!

I am trying to schedule a custom report template to send every day, but am not given the option of the custom report template.   (It is an SLA report showing enqueue times)     Since I cannot get the data same day which is absolutely moronic, I need it first thing the next day.   Am I missing something or are we not allowed to schedule custom reports?
