Hi !Im the admin on my my Glip App website but Ive noticed that I can turn a guest into co worker anymore. When I click on the Gear icon to see the option over a specific user, it doesnt show that option "Change guest to co worker"What is going on ? I remember that option was available to me before. Can anybody help me ? I cant get help from Glip support.

I have a jabra vxi v300 and a Lenovo laptop. The laptop doesn't even recognize that the headset is plugged in, so when trying to use it with ringcentral, it simply plays through my laptop speakers. Anyone have any insight as to how to fix this? Thanks!

Whenever the desktop phone rings on my Mac (Version 10.14.5), a voicemail plays. The only way to stop this happening, is to delete the voicemails from the app. However, when a new voicemail is left, the same problem occurs. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the desktop app. If I answer the call, the voicemail plays while I try to speak to the caller (so can't hear the caller), and the caller can hear the other person (in the voicemail) speak. It is all very strange and very disruptive. I updated to the latest version of the app and still the problem persists. This has gone on for weeks and now happens on every call. Any ideas?

Glip is used by our whole business across several countries as a means to have quick collaborative conversations. Controlling when an update occurs in Glip would be of value. Updates to Glip pop up as a notification but there is no means to control when it happens. Work in progress is lost when the update runs. Ideally users should be able to delay the update until finishing a message or select to have it update at a later time.

It looks like RingCentral is forcing the new mobile app on us but we are having some trouble making the switch. Every time you open the app it defaults to the Glip screen which shows a sort of "news feed" of messages but does not include recent calls/missed calls. We don't use Glip at all in our company and just need the app to default to the Phone screen instead. Is there any way to make this happen?

Cant uninstall or update RingCentral on a PC that has need been used for a long time. The error says the PC is missing RingCentral for Windows Desktop Version 8.0.4. In order to uninstall or update the application the installer of 8.0.4 version is needed. I have called RC support and was told they dont have a copy that old. Any ideas??

Customers numbers are not showing anymore. Instead I see the name of the group for every entry. When I press 'i' only then do I see the actual number that called

Hi, is there a way for me to call multiple numbers (up to ten) by dialing one group number? I imagine i can add these ten numbers into a group. And then instead of dialing one after the other, i can somehow dial one "group number", and then RingCentral can dial those ten numbers for me. In my case, we don't have to conference/talk. I just want to wake them up for system testing around midnight. :-) Thanks, Lei

I cannot find set up instructions for this. Is there anything I'm missing to connect the phone through the computer - instead of directly into the wall?We have tried multiple times but either the phone or the computer loses connection. We are out of ports at the office so if we could get the phone and computer to share a port, that would free us up a lot!I've tried chatting but they weren't any help.

has anyone used RC with a satelite connection I have Huges net and was told that the two were compatible and my desk phones are not coming in clear the call is breaking up with static. help!

When a Ring Group user is on a call and another calls comes into the cue, or perhaps direct as well, the user AND caller both hear the ringtones in their ears very loudly. There does not seem to be anything the user can do about it until the call is answered or caller hangs up and ringing stops. It is annoying our users, and especially our customers, to no end. I seem to remember some posts about this a while ago regarding mobile doing something similar, but can't even find those now, and there doesn't seem to be any related to other apps being affected. Also, when a call comes in, whatever the user is doing on their computer (typing, etc.) is interrupted as RingCentral steals focus. I have a workaround that kind of works to prevent the user from being interrupted, but it seems to only work as long as the dialer doesn't pop up, which sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. The workaround is: In Call Setting/Call/Incoming... Switch OFF 'Display incoming call in St

We have had an issue going on for over a year where some users can't receive calls from Verizon users to our direct numbers. It seems no one can find a resolution to this. Has anyone else experienced this and have a resolution? It is getting to the point where we will need to find a different provider if this doesn't get resolved ASAP.

is there a way to get voicemails from my Yealink desk phone without entering my pin?

Is is possible to have multiple main company numbers? The company I work for is a parent company for 6 subsidiary companies. We are using the contact center and have build outbound skills that have the caller ID of some numbers we own in Ring Central. The problem is all of these numbers have our parent company name on the caller ID. Ideally, I want to have the numbers associated with different subsidiary companies to reflect that company's name on the caller ID. I have enabled the multi-site feature in Ring Central but all the numbers still show our parent company's name on the Caller ID. I believe I need to have multiple main company numbers and publish them in the national directory or publish the individual numbers for the subsidiary companies. How can I have different company names show up on the caller ID using one Ring Central account?

A few team members in our queue are reporting issues even after restarting/quitting the desktop app

After the update last week I have users who are not receiving incoming calls. They go straight to missed or do not show up at all until they log out and back in again. Ideas?

I would like more than 15 characters for the caller ID. 15 is not enough.

Is there a way to restore a previously de-activated free Glip user?

when forwarding GoogleVoice# to ringcentral#,call is still going to GV#voicemail. Can that be changed to go to ringcentral voicemail instead?

Is the RingCentral For Google extension a replacement for RingCentral for G Suite?I tried adding the RingCentral for G Suite from the G Suite Marketplace, but nothing happens. Has this been app been discontinued? Is the replacement RingCentral For Google? The G Suite App seems to have more features including Google Hangouts (Not Google Hangouts Chat).

We are a US based corporate housing company. A phone app to quickly access the Ring Central Portal and make changes and turn on advanced rules for call forwarding on the go would be super helpful.

We are just starting to get RingCentral setup for our organization and I want to do about 5 lines with a multi-level IVR. I have been having difficulty understanding exactly how to get it set up and have tried a few times without success. Is there anyone that can give me some pointers on how to set up an IVR with the structure seen in the attached image?

I received a call after hours, the caller did not want to leave a message however, I informed the intended recipient of the call the next day. I went to look up the number for them and unfortunately the times on the call log are not set to my time zone?

I spent 1.5 hours waiting on hold for customer support yesterday and 20 minutes my first time today and going on 10 for my second attempt. Have they stopped answering calls?
