My group of about 20 folks has started experiencing these 2 problems in the last week or two. Any guidance on a fix, or is this a bug?We're all running the latest version: 23.1.22.6903 Mac. We've been unable to intentionally replicate either issue thus far but every member of our team has had both issues. I know it's not an internet connectivity issue, as we work from different offices and at different times. 1. An external number calls in, we attempt to transfer the call to another internal number, and RC gives us a "Unable to load the page" message and the call box turns solid white - screenshots attached. The app locks up and we can still hear the connected call but can't transfer or end the call because the app is frozen. All we can do is quit the app, ending the call, and reopen. Sc

Our Fax Number does not appear correctly on the FAX COVER SHEET // It defaults to our Company Main Number. If you have been through this issue and found the resolution, please share it. Thank you!

Our phone/answering service isn't working correctly. My message picks up, but there's no sound or place for a caller to leave a message. How to fix this?

Regarding to this, it would save so much time, if a phone would be provisioned independently of the assigned number, so phone can moved between users or numbers without a compete onside reprovisioning.

to use auto provisioning with them.

Hi. I'm trying to verify my number for two-factor authentication but I can't receive an SMS and all the calls are just placed in missed calls. I don't see any incoming calls as well.

I have logitech usb wired headsets and multiple users with dell laptops that constantly have the microphone cut out randomly on them. I noticed that after this happens, that the system files are corrupted. I run a sfc/ scannow after this happens and each time the scan finds corrupted files and repairs them. After rebooting, the microphone works again. Is there a solution that would fix this permanently? I have started using other brands and types of headsets and they do not have this issue.

After migrating to RingCentral, we didn't initially bring all of our locations onto the platform until afterwards. Since then, we have had to migrate fax lines as well. In our original migration, we had our fax ATAs (Obi302) all set up as limited extensions to save money since their only purpose is to send a fax to a machine to print. The ones that were "out of the box" so to speak are all working as limited extensions, but the ones we have been configuring are not working. They are able to send out faxes, but not receive them. I have held up the configurations side by side to see the issue but they are mirrored. What do I need to do? Any help would be appreciated.

If we have multiple numbers, and each number is associated with a different department, the admin account is getting text messages from all numbers into one large thread. How can we separate the text messages based on number texted, such us a drop down or something?

Anyone else having this issue? I can not SMS a link or an email address. This is critical to my business....

Earlier this week, some SMS messages started bouncing with a "Message not sent" indicator. Only ones containing an email address or URL were bouncing. All others worked fine.RingCentral Support informs us this content is no longer allowed, per RC policy.Is anyone else affected by this?

I signed up for Ringcentral to utilize this as an all in one solution for a new business. Now I am being told I can't text customers as I would with a standard cell phone without obtaining consent.So the scenario that I am speaking with my customer and I decide to text them something afterwords is not acceptable according to the TCR.Ive wasted a few months waiting for SMS usage only to be met with this. Pretty frustrating that this money has been wasted.

We use our RingCentral number to communicate with our clients or other people involved in our transaction to send updates only. We also use it to contact other businesses if we need their service for our project. Unfortunately, the registration is unsuccessful due to the following:Campaign Attributes do not match website and/or sample message content.Inconsistency between website, brand name, and/or sample messages or inconsistent sample messagesWe are not using it for text marketing. How are we suppose to to register this as a campaign?

I had the app installed on my computer, but it was not working correctly, so support asked me to uninstall and reinstall... Now it will not install.

Hello! I submitted a manual PDF for approval 02/16. I called several times as the 30 day mark approached and they kept sending me to TCR. TCR reps kept telling me they were escalating it with no follow-up. I called in around 10 times and no one at RC could give me an answer on what was going on. Each phone call was between 45 minutes to an hour, who has time for that? I noticed after submitting the PDF there was the portal in the back-end so I submitted it through the portal and registered the brand. That took a few days for approval and then registered the campaign next. Campaign has been pending since 03/10 now with no approval. I called back in yesterday and got TCR and they said they were going to escalate the case (laughing emoji). I asked what that would do and she really didn't have an answer. I told her I had email verifications that my form was submitted 02/16 and then she stated oh, it's 30 business days from that day, you will need to call back in on 03/31 because

I don't want my personal number to be available as the caller id when I make a call from RingCentral, is there a way to mask it looks like it's coming from the main number?All calls coming in should go to the main number.but some are going to my personal number instead since it's being added to their list off phone calls.Thank you.

I want to be able to answer calls using the call control buttons directly on my headset.I've downloaded Plantronics Hub, which recognizes that my headset (Voyager Focus UC) is connected. But on my RingCentral app/settings, it just says "Headset ready to connect" and doesn't show the Voyager on here. Is it just supposed to look like the following image?Additionally, on Plantronics Hub, it doesn't show me RingCentral as an option for "Target Softphone". How do I get the Hub to recognise RingCentral? Please see image below.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.Owen.

Hi folks, we're new to RingCentral and need to go through the registration process for SMS. We'll be using SMS for conversational reasons only. How is everyone handling consent opt-in/out? Is there a service perhaps that can track the opt-in/out?

The new Shared Voicemail Inbox feature is included in the recent RingCentral iPhone app update (23.1.30).It's indicated in the "What's New" update notes that if a coworker "gives you access" to their voicemail, their voicemail messages will show up in the Shared Voicemail Inbox.However I see nothing in the settings for the desktop or smartphone app whereby I can give access to my voicemail (or Shared Voicemail Inbox) to a coworker.Please advise...

Is anyone else STILL having issues with outbound text messages? We have registered our campaign, registered all of our numbers and everything has been approved. Yet we are still unable to send outbound messages. Some with go through, after about 15 times of refreshing, some will go through on the first try and some just don't go through. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?? and has anyone else been dealing with this issue?

A fellow business user recommends Mighty Text SMS services to send & receive SMS and MMS from your computer or tablet using your current Android phone number. Messages stay in sync with your phone's SMS inbox. This app displays incoming messages on her computer monitor. I would like to use the RingCentral SMS is there a way to do what Mighty Text does?

I'm trying to create a key template for a VVX450 with sidecar for multiple users. All I can seee are Avaya phones on the drop-down menu. Is there an option for Poly phones?

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. Hi! We recently switched to Ring Central and we are working out all the details. Our old system would show you were on the phone with who and give you options while you were on the phone to transfer, put on hold, etc. If you were on a desk phone, or using your cell phone. Is that something that Ring Central can accommodate? We have several people that several remote users that can use the mobile app, but it would be easier to have the call on their desktop within their app to show the options.
