How can we remove this error "There is a pending campaign. Please wait until the previous campaign completed before creating a new campaign", so we could start sending another campaign messages.

Please excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to send an SMS message from a third-party application using our RingCentral account?I would like our Synology NAS to be able to send SMS from our office to my personal cell phone when there is a problem with the network. In the NAS operating system (DSM 7.1), there is a feature that will push SMS messages to any phone using an SMS account. I don't think it is possible to send it through the RingCentral windows app.In order to do this, I need a URL for RingCentral's SMS service and I need to know whether it uses a GET or POST http protocol. I assume that the login and password would be the same as for my RingCentral account.Is this information I can get from RingCentral or is it not available?

First, chatting with a bot is not "Live Chat." Second, according to the website, "Live phone support for RingCentral MVP (2+ users) plans is available 24/7." I never got past the robot and then it said "live service is only available M-F." I am getting increasingly upset with this customer service, or lack of it. My question is this: If I have unlimited digital calling in the US and I don't use any international or toll-free calling, why am I automatically purchasing calling credits? Do calling credits cover faxes and SMS? And if they do cover SMS, why are SMS bundles sold separately? How much is faxing? And why did I autopurchase $20 worth of calling credits if I already had $18+ available:

I work off a Google Chrome Box and have the Ring Central App for Google. Too many times I am typing a text message and my text disappears, sometimes it's just partial, sometimes the whole thing disappears (multiple times on the same text). There are no incoming calls or texts when this happens. But it is very frustrating. Any information would be appreciated. TYIA

When registering for The Campaign Registry, it was clear that, even with conversational texting, we need to provide a way to opt out of texting. If someone opts out of conversational texting, there appears to be no way to block the texting feature on a number without blocking the calling as well. Does anyone have any insight here?

I'm not able to send SMS messages from our account. Please help

Texts are coming in broken and out of order. You literally have to "connect the dots" to figure out what is being said.Is this a way to charge us more with the new SMS charges? It's not very professional and if we have to submit this as a legal document, we have to "alter" it to make sense of what is being stated - which is not acceptable with legal discovery documents.

My TCR campaign has been approved, when I added two numbers, they have now been in provisioning for four days. The instructions say 10-15 minutes. I can not delete them or change them in any way. I have called SMS support and they have had a work order since yesterday morning with no follow-up. This process is pathetic and for new customers signing on, they need to be made aware their texting capabilities can be compromised for a month. Given that information before signing on, I doubt I would have chosen Office At Hand.

I'm using RingCentral Labs - Enhanced Business SMS. When I send a message with the word "test" it always sends, and when I tried multiple different versions of text w/ characters less than 160 and it will not send. Any idea why it sends for some messages but not others?

1) Will all my customer numbers in my Ring Central Contact that I communicate with already through SMS be already opted in for SMS .

Can we use MMS using SMS bundle?

LOGS Inside admin portal there are CALL LOGS, RECORDING LOGS AND FAX LOGS but somehow there are NO TEXT LOGS NO TEXT HISTORY NO TEXT INFO in TMOBILE PHONE CARRIER for example one can log in to one's account and see the TEXT LOG for every outgoing & incoming text plus time date duration & exact details of the text . With RC VOIP this should be an easy 123 basic option.

I saw this question was asked back in 2016 and someone said they would add it to future feature requests (or something like that) - Do we have an update and has this feature been added? It would be SUPER helpful for work, especially when we are out of office for the holidays (over half of our 20,000+ clients use text messaging instead of calls). Thanks so much!

We are TCR registered to be able to send text messages, when applying for our brand we submitted specific use cases to be able to send text messages containing a URL so our business partners can log their location with us. Recently RingCentral has blocked these from going out, originally stating URL shortner was not compliant but we are not using a shortner. It turns our RingCentral is marking these as SPAM and will not send out. Has anyone else experienced this issue where RC blocks outbound text? Does anyone have any experience with having ring central "whitelist" these text so they send? Its frustrating as we spend 6 months getting TCR approved only to have this happen.

outside users send text message to ringcentral softphone user line which is attached to personal cell phone. outside user gets message that "message could not be delivered to this non-wireless number". ringcentral user is set up similar to all other users. why is text not being forwarded to cell phone?

Does anyone know of a plug-in that would allow for auto-replies to text/sms? It is a feature that RingCentral seems to not value very high on building in themselves.

I have a client that accidently opt'd out and texted STOP, how do i re-opt-in this clients mistake? Have them text "START" on the same sms they replied "STOP" too?

We've integrated RingCentral with Zoho. As a result, I can hover over the Phone icon in a CRM record, and the phone icon will change to the icon and the word, "Call" when I hover over the icon.However, when I hover over the phone icon for the mobile number field, it only provides the "Call" option, not a "Text" option. Accordingly, I have two questions.1. How can I initiate a text message from Zoho CRM and have it record the call record, just as it does if I were to initiate a phone call from within CRM?2. When using the Mac version of the RC desktop client, I can't search for the names of contacts in my CRM to initiate a text message, only an RC message. Is such integration possible?Texting from RC by transcribing the mobile number fro CRM to RC seems archaic and error-prone. If telephone calls are integrated, I expect text messaging to be, too.

Hi, I've noticed this twice now that I will be looking for an old text, and it will be gone, and so will every text from a certain date and back. Are they going into an archive somewhere? Is there a way to make this stop? Its vital to have records of conversations via text as most of our communication is done via text, and when they disappear without notice, its incredibly disruptive. Some of my users are experiencing SMS deliverability issues to some carriers (T-Mobile, for example). Other messages are going through (to ATT and Verizon, for example). The error message is: "Message not sent."We've completed and been approved for our 10DCL and Campaign registration. Anyone experiencing something similar? Trying to figure out if this is a RingCentral issue or something specific to our account - The issue started Monday afternoon & support still hasn't been able to give me any answers.

What is the difference between Enhanced Business SMS vs High Volume SMS Beta? I want to be able to send mass promotional text once/ month to my customers. What should I use?/ Do both require campaigns or messages to be approved by TCR? I did a test campaign a month ago and it still has not been approved. Seems like it defeats the purpose of sending a text if you have to wait over 1 month to see if you can send. Pls advise thank you!

How can I have my outgoing text messages come from the new number that I am using on RingCentral, vs the random one that was assigned to me?

I have been trying to get Ring Central to answer this question for TWO weeks. We don't use Ring Central for any mass texts, just individual 1:1 sender initiated communication with implied consent. First they tell me yes, just complete the campaign form, then my campaign is rejected because - wait for it - it is for individual 1:1 communication. I circle back to Ring Central to ask the simple questions: can or can't nonprofits continue to use text messaging for 1:1 communication after March 31? If so, is there something we're supposed to do? It has been over a week and Ring Central refuses to respond to my questions.Does anyone know the answers to these questions? Thank you in advance, hive mind.

When going through the TCR Registration process and creating a campaign, there is an option for Conversational Standard Volume vs. Low Volume. I am a bit confused. We will only use text messages for communication with customers regarding scheduling quotes and jobs. Normal, casual conversation. No "marketing campaigns." We will likely be sending less than 15,000 messages per month, but I feel like when we are having a normal conversation with a customer, we may send more than 6 messages per minute during a conversation? Curious on if I should choose the Low Volume option and just deal with the 6 message limit per minute, or if I need to get the Standard Volume option. Any guidance will be appreciated, thanks!

Hello - Help Please!I just completed the campaign section for our company and it immediately provided a "Registration unsuccessful' so when I click on the little (i) next to it the only explanation it provides is "Internal Server Error" What does this mean? I followed the steps accordingly and answered all the questions, but I'm not sure why we got this TCR status. Please advise.
