Workflow Builder

Why is my automation not working? I even use the template that they have, still not working.

Our automation was recently migrated to a Company Workflow but no longer works.  When I go in to edit it, it says the highlighted number can’t be used.  That highlighted number is our main number and that is what we need to be able to receive the text message and respond.  Oddly enough if I create My Workflow, the company number is available but the problem it sends all the notifications to my user, not to our main company user Front Right Desk. How can I create an autorespond worflow that responds to our main company number but sends the notifications to the Front Right Desk user?  This is how it use to work when it was set up as an Automation.

I am trying to create an automation in RingCentral Automator that when someone calls our main phone number they get a automatic text to schedule an apointment via our self book calender.

Hello, I can't delete the automatic reply I set up when I went on maternity leave. I'm back now and I can't delete it.All automatic reply settings are not turned on, so I don't understand why people who sent me a text message are receiving it. Thank you!

I created this RingCentral Automator and I am getting this error when I attempt to disable to edit. Disable is greyed out so unable to do so without this warning

is there a way for someone to call my business after hours and by pressing 1 get a text link to my appointment scheduler on my website

I am wanting to build a Workflow so that when a task is completed in one of my group chats in RingCentral, a new task is created in another chat for the team to complete.  Is this possible?

What is on-demand trigger in workflow builder?

Allowing inbound web hooks as a feature would significantly enhance the Workflow Builder's power and versatility for various use cases. For instance, when an event occurs in a CRM or other software, it could trigger an action within the Workflow Builder. This capability would address challenges that arise when apps supporting outbound web hooks lack direct integration with RingCentral.

I set up automated out of office SMS message for Christmas. It’s still running and I can’t turn it off. The message doesn’t appear in Automator or Workflow Builder. Please help!!

I want to learn more about the automation within RingCentral...is there a tutorial or some additional training I can view to help me out?

We keep getting the error when trying to run this automation. It occurs when a voicemail is left but there is not speech found. How can we get around this? We still want the data to get posted even if there isnt a transription.

I would like to set up an SMS auto-reply on our company’s main number, but currently I’m only able to configure automation on my direct line. Could you please help me enable this feature for the main company number?

Is it possible to limit which Templates appear in Workflow Builder to the agents.  For Instance, the “SMS keyword auto-reply” template is one I’d like to not have available for any agent to use.  Thanks.

Can I have AI answer my main line after the line rings so many times without anyone answering?

I’m receiving this ERROR MESSAGE:  You don't have access to a phone number with SMS services enabled. Learn how to enable SMS in our help documentation. But I absolutely have SMS services enabled.  Have been using Beetexting already.

I can’t find a way to setup voicemail to show on all extensions.

The phone is going directly to my cell phone without a ring tone, only as a missed call.

Is there a way to schedule an SMS at a scheduled date like a follow up? I would like to set up a follow up SMS for a week later after a trigger event. I am trying to build a workflow that will trigger after reaching a voicemail box of the recipient, if the recipient is not in my contacts list, like a new client. After being triggered it should send a follow up text then a week later send another text, for 3 weeks.

Hello, we have a general auto-reply workflow set up to trigger for every incoming SMS. While the history shows the messages as “successful,” the replies are not actually being delivered. It’s also difficult to pinpoint which numbers are affected, since the history log doesn’t display the recipient’s phone number—just a general success status. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I need assistance setting up SMS automation for our main line 515-650-2105. I have tried using the RC automated workflow builder beta site, but when I test the automation in the live environment, it does not function. However, when I “simulate” with the simulation icon in the builder site, the workflow seems to work properly.

I need to set up automatic SMS for missed calls and voicemails to a different phone number than the main phone number.  I have it set up for the main phone number, but I need it set it up for our second line 24/7 please.
