ATT Office@Hand requires that I manually provision our Yealink CP960. I have called support, and they just keep sending the same provisioning documents. The device is not registering.

I am wondering if I can connect the Ring Central Archiver to an Azure storage account using SFTP.

I have been unable to submit a support ticket. I attempted separate times over the course of two weeks with the same result of a prompt regarding an issue with the site and to try again later. This was also done on two different browsers. After the most recent time I cleared my cache and cookies on Chrome and logged back in and received the same error message and just a loading image after hitting next when it asks for an alternate email address.

We have a multi-site setup on our RingCentral account. I see that Shared Lines says the max number is 8. Is that 8 per site, or 8 per account? Thanks in advance

We are a small company with very low turnover; so, I haven't had to do this since we got on the RC platform. I need to use an existing phone/number from a terminated employee for a new hire. I need instructions - Google search and RC University aren't giving me answers I can use.

Trying to Authorize a device (busy light) on Ring Central but I keep getting re-directed - Let me know if you need the rest of the URL. This is something on MY pc - it's working for others. I have nothing in my local hosts file and I've tried it on every browser. Again - I'm the user. But the coder has tried a million things for me. Again - I feel it's something on my PC.. Hey CommunityI have recently migrated from Mitel Cloud to RC.I have an issue with provisioning the Polycom IP 6000 SoundStation. It's been rebooting every 30 seconds trying to connect to server. RC Support has not been helpful in the matter, and directed me in reaching out to Polycom regarding an XML file being incorrect? I have factory wiped the phone several times and did a firmware upgrade just to make sure those were out the way.Seems to be that this phone is not compatible for RC. Looking to see if anyone else ran into this problem.

In our Multi Site instance.... all phone numbers are assigned to Site = Company.I don't see any options to change the Site assignment for a phone number.

Hi there,I have exactly followed the guide and provisioned my existing Polycom IP335 desk phone (I bought this phone from Ringcentral a long time ago and deactivated for a while). I think I did everything correctly. However, after rebooting the desk phone, it says "network link is down". My admin portal still shows the phone is off line. Why? Does anyone experience this before?Pls help. Thanks

Why when pressing the DND on a RC system setup with all Cisco 508g's does it not show the other users that the person who set their DND as away?(No BLF light on or blinking).

This seems like a really dumb question, but I created a Private Park location (Ext 222), added everyone in the company as Location Members so that anyone could theorectically Park a call at 222 and anyone else could pick it up. However: how do I send a call to that Private Park location? When pressing the Park softkey on my Polycom phone, it sends the call to a virtual extension. If I try transferring the call to extension 222, it says that group doesn't accept calls?

I am looking for a way to integrate WhatsApp with Ringcentral and stumbled upon this article. However, I can't seem to find anywhere on the website on how to access Engage Digital.

We are having an issue with a couple users. Their desktop applications are working perfectly fine, they will get calls immediately, but the desk phone is the issue. Either the phone never shows an incoming call or it'll come in delayed halfway through the 25-30 seconds of ringing.If the incoming call does not show at all on the phone. It'll show up as a ghost call a minute later and actually ring the desk phone but will not have anyone on the other side as the call has long been completed.Any fix for delayed incoming calls to the desk phone or not ringing at all?We've already gone through some troubleshooting with RC support. See below.- Call Handling is on RING ALL AT ONCE- App/Phone have the same amount of rings (30 seconds)- Phones have been rebooted- Only two users so far are reporting this issue. It is not wide spread to our over 90+ other devices and users. No delays or missing incoming calls.

Hello. I have a Cisco desk phone, mobile app and desktop app with RingCentral. The mobile and desktop work perfectly. However, whenever I get a call my Cisco desk phone it does not ring or show that there is an incoming call. It is not an issue with the volume because it does not even register the call or show on the screen that I have an incoming call. I can make calls out from the Cisco phone, so I know that the phone connection works it just does not alert me for incoming calls. I pick it up to try to answer on my Cisco but it is silent. I have to answer only on app or desktop. Please advise. Thanks in advance

I purchased a Yealink W76 phone direct from Ringcentral and it works fine but I'd like to get into the web UI and change the region to Europe as I have moved. How do I log into the web UI? I've tried the default admin/admin but it was changed by Ringcentral. How do I get in?

Everytime i log onto the support portal to open a case the page just says "Something went wrong. Please reload the page or try again later"Ive cleared browser cache and tried different browsers, all with the same result. No matter what I fill in im unable to raise a case on the support site.

How do you lock rinerg volume on a Yealink T57U phone. The operators turn down the volume and dont answer the calls or pages.

Call recording is enabled for the entire organization but a select few have call recording turned off. We need a feature to turn off ALL call recordings for those few whether calls come from inside or outside our organization. If a call comes to that individual from another employee that has call recording enabled, the call should NOT be recorded. This is a feture request that is urgently needed.
