I never set anything up for ring central Salesforce i tried my RC creds and even tried the forgot your password button but i never got and email. I am trying to open a support ticket.

I have created an application on sandbox with Subscription and Read Presence permissions. Created a subscription to listen for inbound calls and send a webhook request to our server. All worked fine in sandbox (i.e called the sandbox number and received the payload as expected). I have graduated the app to production and registered the same webhook, but it doesn't work. I am not getting any hits to the registered endpoint, even though calls are constantly being made to the company

We have several SoundStation IP 6000 phones.When we connect them to a 2960-X switch they do not fully work. The phone will power on, receive an IP via dhcp, but not much after that will happen.  Pinging the IP of the phone has almost 100% packet loss.  I've tried several different interfaces on the 2960-X and get the same result.  Verified that I can connect other devices to these ports and they work without issue.  Another strange thing is a few days ago the phones showed up in 'show cdp neighbor' from the switch.  Now, they do not.Now, if I take that phone to 2960 switch connect it, it will power on and work without issue.I've tried just about every setting I can think of on the 2960-X port to try and make this work but I can't get it to work.Has anyone seen a similar issue like this before?  Know of a solution/work around?Summary....Phones will not work when connected to

Hello,I am getting an error on my webhook subscription.,sub-521 WebHook is not reachable, even though I can see that the webhook is being invoked because it hits the breakpoint inside the if statement shown in attached; see error below that. I get a Status 200 Ok response when I invoke the webhook from PowerShell or Postman. I am using ASP.NET/C#. I've also included the subscription code. Thank you for your help.

Phone displays "Phone User - removed"

I am unable to send a fax. I get this error message: invalid phone number regardless of which fax number I choose. What might be causing the problem?

The analytics page is confusing. Company Numbers - only gives number of inbound calls to number of answered for inbound calls - this includes weekend and off hour.Performance Reports - gives extension only inbound and outbound call numbers, but does not gives the calls answered for inbound and outbound separately.Quality of Service - has filter to separate inbound and outbound calls and indicate which ones are answered or missed. But does not have an option to export the data.The report I'm looking for is...Inbound calls# with the number of inbound calls answered and missedOutbound calls# with the number of Outbound calls answered and missed And be able to select filter for company number, call group, or extension based.

I've installed the PLT Hub application and disabled auto answer. It is still happening ONLY in the RingCentral application. Regular cell phone calls do not auto answer. I even disabled all of the "sensors" on the 5200 and it sill answers calls. It will even answer a new call and disconnect a current call.Thank you!

Hi there,I've been looking thorugh this community and couldn't find a way to promote my guests to a member of company.When I go to a service.ringcentral.com and add user with new email it works fine.But whe I want to do the same with people that are already guests it says 'Unique email required'I even deleted guest account in RingCentral App, but still getting same message.Please advise how can I promote guests in my RingCentral to a members.Thanks in advance.

Noteworthy, I can successfully SMS using the Phone bar at the bottom of the page. Any suggestions?

When trying to make a call using the desktop app (windows), it only allow for ''Internal calls only'', but i can make calls just fine using my iphone ...been trying to fix this for days now and i have run over many related topics here but nothing seems to be working for me...So how to slove this?ps: i have the role permission to make calls

problem when contact name is not filled in when adding a contact to ringcentral unified. Sometimes the contact cannot be found and sometimes the contact be found only through scrolling and not through search.If the contact is found through search the contact profile initials is the area code instead of the company name.PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS IMMEDIATELY IT'S REALLY ANNOYING AND IT MESSES UP MY CONTACT LIST THX!

I have multiple users reporting that when they make changes or updates to their fax settings on the portal, receive a pop up error stating "JEDI error". I have opened a ticket with RC 8 months ago and have not had any movement on it. I brought it up again this week and was told it was a PKI (Product Known Issue) which has been their cover for not knowing how to fix something. I am about to migrate 700 users to RC Fax from eFax and this is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have you done to mitigate it?

I have previously created an internal app for automated sending of faxes from our back end system which I did in my previous sandbox environment where I had no issues sending faxes from sandbox to my production number during testing but recently I had to make a minor change to the app and wanted to test it in sandbox. My previous sandbox has been deactivated due to inactivate so I created a new one but noticed that any faxes sent from the new sandbox to either the sandbox number or my production extension fail every time. I'm not even talking about sending faxes from my custom app as sending a fax from sandbox extension admin web page fails as well.I hope dev team is looking at this forum as at this point my sandbox is unusable for testing anything with fax in/out and I did not receive any reply to my email I sent to dev team days ago about this issue :/

cx wants to purchase large meetings licenses but plan to give it to non ringcentral users who uses their native application

It is convenient to have some calls announced when answering them (e.g. queue calls, etc.), but then having to press "1" to answer can be inconvenient (such as when driving, when on a headset with no keypad, etc.). It would be nice to be able to speak "yes" or something similar to be able to confirm the call should be answered in addition to being able to press "1" to answer it.
