TCR registration stuck in "review in progess" since 3 weekHave raised numerous tickets, called, and got helped with guidelines, updated everything.But the status of the two numbers we submitted for registration stuck in “review in progress” please help me before next bill cuz i am paying for sms bundle pack also from 2 month with out any use of it this 27 march i have next bill,  please let me know what should i do cancel my account? Or should i just keep paying RC for nothing 

I see that the Cisco ATA 191 has 2 phone ports on it but only 1 seems to work.  Can they be configured to support 2 phones being plugged in.  They could share the same phone number.  This would be important if I had both fax and phone in the same location.

I have looked all over for the “Integrations” under settings and it is NO where under any settings I need this resolved asap!  THANK YOU  Can you please please help me this am. 

We are an existing user of RingCentral and seem to have outgrown the system in it’s current set up.  I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with technicians and am not making much headway.  I need  more advanced support that can explore options.  I believe what we are trying to accomplish is fairly straightforward and not uncommon but can’t seem to move the ball forward.  Any suggestions on contacts would be greatly appreciated. 

We’ve been using RingCentral for over 10 years, and while they haven’t been completely bug-free, we were generally satisfied with their service. However, the past year has been a nightmare as we’ve been trying to complete our TCR registration.We already have a successfully registered TCR brand through Twilio, where we send automated texts without any issues. However, with RingCentral, we’ve applied for TCR registration more than eight+ times and have been repeatedly denied. Each time we’re denied (for different reasons every time), we have to pay to resubmit and wait about 15 days for the outcome.Every time we reach out to RingCentral support, an agent advises us on what changes to make, assuring us that the revised application is compliant and will be approved. Yet, without fail, it gets denied again. I have added and am using the beta integration for RC and Redtail CRM for Chrome. Will this same file work on Edge? If not, is there a way to utilize this integration on Edge?

Can we see the data from RC in BH analytics, for example, calls and messages. 

On the Interaction Details report, I noticed we have thousands of segments where the “Term Party” is “SYSTEM” and the “Term Reason” is “END-CHAT”. For both our email and SMS queues, all digital interactions are transferred to one user with the termination reason “END-CHAT” like this example below. This only happens when he is logged in to CX, and he never sees the interactions in his inboxes: When Joe is not signed in to CX, digital interactions do not include this SYSTEM term party segment, just AGENT: What is triggering this “END-CHAT” segment and how is this one user tied to the SYSTEM party?

We are having a bizarre issue today with RingCentral.Under https://service.ringcentral.com/application/company/phoneNumbers/allNumbers, most of our users’ numbers have a grayed out checkbox.  When we move our mouse over a grayed out checkbox, we see This number is a Digital Line that is not eligible for bulk actions.  A RingCentral team member mentions that this is normal. Our team has previously not seen this issue, so that is new to us.Here’s the biggest issues:In the app, when users search by name, nothing shows up. In the app, when users search by extension, nothing shows up. In the app’s phone dialer, if a user enters an extension and hits Enter, the extension does ring (and that is good) While on a phone call, if we need to transfer it to John Smith, we cannot type John to show his extension. Hello everyone,Our users will be sending SMS either through our in-house app or the RingCentral app. We would like to implement an automated sanity check before the message is delivered. If users utilize our in-house app, we can have control over this process. However, for the RingCentral app, is there a way we can intercept outbound SMS at the account level before they are delivered?

Hi,My business name is only registered with Ontario so I don’t have a federal BN. I don’t have a need and don’t plan to register on the federal level. How can I register for TCR to continue to send SMS to my clients with a federal BN?

HUD we been using that for training and monitoring calls why is this option not in new app??

I am trying to set up the system so that when a call comes in it will forward to a different (outside) phone number and extension. (ir: incoming calls would be forwarded to our other location 555-1212 ext 37)if the call is not answered it will then roll over to a different phone number and extension.I can see how to set up an external number for call forwarding but cannot see where the extension option is. 

Hi does anyone know if you can run a report for a specific date range in Cx but exclude a certain day. For example I would like to run a interaction summary report from Jan 10th through today but exclude March 7th.Thanks 

We submitted all the docs/registration for TCR and now the entire system has crashed - no outbound texting, a broken API and Ring Central won't even acknowledge the mess they have caused. Customer Service Rep was RUDE!! Asked us to restart the campaign, pay $26 three different times, and told us a new 20 day wait. All while we see the API is broken! Time for a new VOIP provider...good by Ring Central!!!

Hi there, This is Eason from Yealink.My email address is eason@yealink.comRecently, we received requests from out customers that hope Yealink headsets can integrate with RingCX.After we searched the info Internet.We found RingCentral already posted a article that announced Yealink headsets can work with RingCX.However, they cannot work together after we test them. Yealink R&D found RingCX already added Yealink headset integration code in RingCX.It seems that RingCX is connected to Yealink code, but when requesting HID permissions from the web page, RingCX fails to recognize Yealink's HID device.Is there anyone who can help our mutual customers? 

The time on the phones is an hour ahead and it is not changing? 

i have a couple of questions about international calling, 1 how would i turn it on, and only enable it for certain people, and two we do not have international calling credits with our current plan, do we need to have the credit bundle purchased to make international calls?

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated rejections of my SMS TCR registration. Despite following the guidance provided by support team in detail during multiple calls, where I was assured that my submission met the required standards, my application continues to be rejected. This has become a very frustrating and time-consuming process, with each rejection presenting a new reason after a review period of approximately 20 days.The most recent rejection cited the following:"DCA2 declined sharing request for campaign . Explanation: Opt-in message/Confirmation MT must contain brand name, HELP, opt-out, message frequency, and associated fees disclosures. Opt-out message must contain brand name and indicate that no further messages will be sent. HELP message must contain brand name and contain support contact (email, phone number, or support website). (611)"Any advice how to resolve the problem with TCR Registration?  And any specific examples or templates of acceptable

I’m getting “None of this user's phone number(s) has the SMS capability!” error message. I could not find anything in my account to enable it. Please advice.
