Hello Everyone,I am able to use RingCentral's GitHub examples in C# from ringcentral-csharp-client-master. But I am still struggling with it.But as of now I can get Inbound calls using:ExtensionCallLogResponse callLogsInBound = await mainAccount.CallLog().List(new { dateFrom = monday.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd"), dateTo = monday.AddDays(5), view = "Detailed", direction = "Inbound" }); How do I read the Legs of the call so I can track the call and who eventually answered the call?

One thing I like about google voice is you can set to forward any text messages that come into your google voice number to your native mobile number and on your mobile reply back to that and it somehow knows the number. This is super convenient with Siri because it works with the native Siri capabilities. Is there any way to do this with Ringcentral?

I am new to coding and need help in archiving call logs .Please guide me with c# code to automatically archive call logs older than 3 days .

I have our company hours set at 8:00am-5:00pm (weekdays). The IVR settings for both company hours greeting and after hours greeting is set to bypass greeting and and go to our receptionists extension. The call handling for this user (receptionist) is to ring their extension during User Hours and unconditional forwarding to an on call cell phone for After Hours. When I call our main line at 5:01pm, the call immediately forwards to the on call cell phone. When I call our main line at 7:30am, the call rings our office and NOT the on call cell phone. I have checked every single setting I find when searching for after hours call forwarding in the community posts and it appears I have everything set correctly. What am I missing? We are a 24/7 company and need all phone calls answered.

Can I port my mobile number to use as a RingCentral toll free number ? Can this be done online via our account ?

I would like to understand that if a user is put on hold & if it's more than 5 mins, the call must drop or the caller must be reminded via notification on his Deskphone about the call !

I have a routine that extracts data from the call log and injects it into an analytics engine. I came across a record yesterday that confuses me, because it showed up in the call log before the call was completed, and all the data was NOT there. So we have call forwarding setup during business hoursThe sequence is1. Landline Number (Cable service)2. Business A cellphone #3. Business B cellphone #4. Business C cellphone #Our problem is when the landline phone (1.) is in use, I'm assuming the next ring will go to Business A cell number, but it doesn't, we end up missing the call entirely. As a healthcare business, all calls are important to us. Please advise.

I am using SharePoint to set up a virtual school with individual SP sites each having a meeting room(s). I want to have the class rooms available whenever or at least on a schedule so that people can join website then join the class. Seems like this requires a third-party host with a link in the SP site and don't think RC can do that. Maybe the students can all join a MS Team group from within the SP site and then use the Teams integration with RC Meetings or RC Rooms to host. I would rather embed the RC Meetings/Rooms app right into my SP site. What are the technically possible options here?Thanks in advance.

For the past week or so I have been unable to log in to the phone system admin portal when using Firefox browser 66.0 (Windows 10 64-bit). It's my default browser and worked fine until one day I got the "we don't recognize this device" message. I entered the security code that was sent to me and got "Sorry, we can't recognize the device. Please use other device or browser and try again."I've tried clearing cache and passwords, tried safe mode, and even tried from a different computer. No luck.Chrome and Edge work fine but I prefer to use Firefox. Any ideas?Thanks.

We are looking to archive the call records, but may be approaching things the wrong way.Using the basic: /restapi/v1.0/account/~/call-log?view=Detailed&perPage=900(Yes we loop through the pages using nextPage)We receive the call logs for the past 24 hours. We record them in SQL and were under the impression that the id was a unique identifier to the call record. So we run this every 5 minutes as we use this data for integrating with our wallboards and CRM in addition to archiving.We do not want duplicates, so we filter for existing ids that exist in our SQL database.The issue is we end up missing calls. It appears that there are multiple records with the same id, same session id but in cases different timestamp and duration etc.. (Unless the RC system is updating and existing call record in their system.) Again we were under the impression that a call was only logged in RC when it is completed.)So in short is there an actual unique identifier or key-combination to use? Or is there

Hello,We noticed that we don't have video and voice calling icons on glip conversations as you can see from below link.http://glbl.me/is4Some of us who haven't logged out from older version still have the icon but can't make any call.When the call starts it can not be cancelled on the desktop app and when you logged out to drop the call, Glip updates itself and calling icon is no longer there.I have the video calling option on iPhone app but I can't place a call on there too. UK accountThe PRS/PPL have contacted us to pay for licensing for using the hold music within RingCentral and inContact.RingCentral and inContact have not been able to come back to us with ownership rights.We can change the provided music to out of copyright classical/ other non copyright music but we are surprised that the paperwork isn't available to prove that we don't require a licence/that the owners of the copyright have agreed our use.Has anyone else encountered this? I am getting both access_token and refresh_token for oauth call.Is there any documented life span for both the tokens generated?What is the longevity of access_token and refresh_token? Can this be configurable?Is there some way I configure the oauth call not to generate refresh_token? I have seen in other oauth servers that we can only get access_token and avoid refresh_token being generated.How can I do here?

I work for a restaurant company in San Francisco and we rely heavily n talking to customers to ensure their experience is the best possible. would like to be able to have my callers have the chance to be transferred back to the phone after hearing my voicemail prompt. So they have one more chance to catch me in person before leaving a message.Even if this means that the caller has to hit an extension number it would be handy t have that option at the end as well.
