Can extension level telephony session events be subscribed through particular extensions login details( JWT?)?I am not sure how this works, can I subscribe to other extension telephony events using a Super Admin JWT token?

Today, incoming calls are automatically going to voice mail.My office hours are set as 24-7.DND setting is off.Using most recent version of desktop and phone app. 

In the initial set up stage and having an initial with call forwarding from Google Voice, When submitting the number to port, will there be any loss of using that number during that time period? Trying toa void any misses or lost calls!!

I'm in a branch office in Brazil and some operators haven't been able to complete the calls, RingCentral doesn't receive the notification and these numbers aren't displayed in the call logs.Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Does anyone else who has an integratio with HubSpot have issues with the speed in which the RingCentral XS configuration pulls the data from HubSpot into the generated Calling List?Currently our system is only pulling 11.6 records per minute from HubSpot into the RingCentral calling list.A list of 10,000 customers from HubSpot will take half a day to be generated. I was taking a look into the Studio scripts for the XS scripts specifically and I can see some code snippets that mention “Get Records” limit but not exactly sure if this is what we want to edit. Also, not sure if changing this will end up breaking anything. It seems as though since the initial implementation is over with, we have no one to consult with since RingCentral support didn’t configure anything, it was the 3rd party consulting agency who works with RingCentral.

How are agents supposed to work on digital items / SMS in MAX agent if they are a member of a skill that is an auto-dialer/outbound skill. The outbound dialer wants to keep dialing dialing but what if the agent has a bunch of SMS that they need to work on?They are unable to use the Give Me More button in ACW and in Unavailable status.

Hello, I’m new here, and we are still working on implementation for RingEx, RingCentral Contact Center (NICE's InContact), along with RingSense AI.  Anyone currently using RingSense with the same Contact Center?  Looking at the current training courses, they all seem to be towards using RingSense with RingCX. I’d love feedback on how your experience so far is with using these 2 products together.

Hello,   newbie here, working on implementation with a go live in about 6 weeks.   Still undecided whether to port our Toll Free numbers to RC along with a few hundred DIDs, or to forward the TFNs,  at least initially, as a safety net. Any feedback on your experience is welcome!    Specific question - has anyone experienced latency / other call quality issues with forwarded numbers? 

How do I create a Direct Ring Out using RingCentral Phone API?We have a .Net application that interacts with RC Phone via API. I am able to make a call (Ring Out), but then both caller and callee get a call. How do I make a direct call using an API where only the receiver gets a call and the caller gets a new open call on the softphone?

Hello.We are looking to integration calls into our desktop application.  We did some testing, and since most users are using soft phones and due to the lack of stable deviceIDs for those, we are opting for using Call out to call the employees phones directly.  Besides the above, during testing we ran into two issues. One being that an Admin cannot initiate a call out on behalf of another user/extension.  Unless there is another route we will implement an OAuth flow for the users to authorize the system on their behalf.The larger concern however, is during testing we were able to initiate the call without issue, but if the 1st leg, the one initiating the call receives the incoming ring central call, but declines for any reason, the second leg of the call is still initiated, leaving a potential customer/client with dead air.  This could eventually lead up to our number being flagged if it were to repeatedly.Is there any way to manage the call to prevent thi

Hello, we have implemented a simple auto-dialer which uses the CallOut api to initiate a call on a specific device. It works great for any hardware phones that we have, but we are wondering if there's a way for it to work with softphones too? I got it working with the RingCentral Phone desktop app, but it doesn't appear to work with either the regular RingCentral desktop or mobile apps, or the RC Phone android app.Basically, the issue is that they never appears in the list of devices (using RestClient.Restapi().Account().Extension().Device().Get() ), or it always shows as offline. Is there something simple i'm missing, or is what i'm trying to do not possible?Thanks in advance!Andy

How do you change a users name in video call. The information on the sight is from four years ago and is no longer relevant.

I looked for posts on this topic and only found some that are 2+ years old without resolution.  A Team’s Description can only be viewed by clicking on “More” then “View team profile.”  This makes it minimally useful.Apparently the Description formerly appeared on the right when a team was selected (along with members, pins, etc.) but a UI change did away with this.  It would be helpful to restore this.  Alternately, it would be useful to make Description appear when hovering over a Team (with the mouse pointer).

Is there a way to setup a webhook for faxes that do not get delivered? 

We would like all team members to see all call activity; we need to be able to easily see the guests who’ve contacted us today - regardless of who they talked to or what extension they used.

I currently receive a copy of an incoming text from my client to my email. However, I don’t get a copy of my reply or ongoing conversation sent to my email.  This would be a great feature to add to archive conversations for compliance purposes and record-keeping purposes. 

Total AV on my PC flagged RC with PUA/IStartSurf and suggested I quarantine. Any thoughts?

I am attempting to establish a connection to the API using JWT through a HTTP request within Power Automate. However, I am running into a consistent 502 Bad Gateway error. My colleague is able to reach the API and get a response by connecting through Python, but we cannot get a response when using the same connection parameters. Is there anyone that is familiar with getting the authentication process through Power Automate that can offer some guidance on what we are doing incorrectly here?  

We rely on Google local service ads and ever since RC turned on, every single one has not rung through, not shown as missed, not left a message, nothing./ Like it didn’t effing happen. The only reason we even know we missed a call is because Google sends an email telling us so. This is a HUGE deal breaker if LSA simply aren’t supported or something. And definitely something that should have been disclosed during the initial sales call since we told RC that’s exactly what we wanted the service for.Anyway, any one else deal with this?

Hi! We have just acquired RingCentral through the Vodafone UC subscription, and we would like to automatically create new users in RingCentral using Entra ID. The users currently do not exist in RingCentral. Additionally, we would like to pass attributes such as extension numbers, as well as the area code and the actual phone number, through Entra ID.We have already set up SCIM via the Enterprise App according to the documentation.I have seen that it's possible to create an extension with a softphone, which I have done, and provisioning via the Entra Enterprise App worked on-demand. However, my goal is to avoid manually creating extensions beforehand and then having to reassign phone numbers or extensions afterward.What is the best approach to fully automate this process?Thanks!

RingCentral has anything formal that shows or documents the failover process if one of the nodes goes down? 

I have continuously gotten denied, paid multiple fees due to the denials and now I’m being prompted that:Opt-Out language missing from sample messages Compliant privacy policy is required on website.What does this even mean? there is no guidance on this on RingCentral’s website. This is dumb - If you’re denied - you shouldn’t get charged time and time again to re-submit.
