Hi,I can't seem to find a API that works to park a inbound (or outbound) call to a private park location.Documentation says to use the transfer API with the parklocation orbit but i can't seem to find what needs to be in the Park orbit identifier field

MP3 does not play in my Gmail and voicemail messages, and I cannot access the voicemail messages in the web portal or app. I get notifications that I have a voicemail at my Gmail and the messages are transcribed but I cannot hear the audio and, on the web, and app I can't access listening to them. Extremely frustrating.

But within the app, the users have a toggle to ACCEPT QUEUE CALLS ... and if they toggle it off, they do not receive calls to the queue group (i.e. Test 2 is a member of only this 1 queue group).

I carry out outbound promotional campaigns, but some uncontacted clients call me back to the number that appears on their cell phone, which is the agent's direct extension, and they reply even if I have another call, I need to know how to route it to the tree to answer it or what I don't connect them, abandonment affects me.

Hi,I'm trying to create a webhook subscription to receive DND status change events of a bunch of extensions an app needs to monitor using the event filter "/restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/extension/{extensionId}/presence/dnd"The app is authenticated as the super user account that is trying to create the subscription but I am getting the error:{ "errorCode": "SUB-533", "message": "Not allowed subscribe for DnD status changes of another extension" ... }I'm hoping this isn't a hard set rule and there's a way to accomplish this because it would be really useful for us. I've successfully created a webhook, but I'm still not seeing events for the phone I'm testing with. I suspect the filter is not correct. I would like events for all phones in the account. Hi, i'm trying to bridge an inbound call to a outbound call i get a CMN-201 'Service Temporary Unavailable' response.(if i Bridge 2 outbound calls there's no problem)

When viewing live reports on a Q that is closed (after hours), I still see the inbound calls Q. If I run a performance report on the same Q, the report is including the after hours abandoned calls. I need the performance report to only include abandoned calls during business hours.

I want to display only 4 specific frequently used contacts on my HUD. Hello, Months ago our team disabled the Callback functionality within RingCentral. This removed fields like Callback Date from the widget. We still had the dispostition "Callback" available for the team to select but wanted to disable to the callback feature because the Callback prospects were popping up at incorrect times. The strange thing is that we are still seeing Callback dates populated eventhought it isnt available for the Call Center to populate. Can some please help me understand why?
