Hi there, I am quite new to web development. I'm learning how to get a token to talk to REST API but I can't figure out how. I read to the step that said: "To obtain a token, follow these steps:Login to your Engage portal and click on the "Admin" menu located in the top, horizontal menu." - Now when I log in https://engage.ringcentral.com/ I get an error "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request"I used the same login credential as the one I usually login with ring central.Please advise. Hi,I have an application that uses "Webhook Subscriptions" as the only permission. I've been able to create a webhook that subscribes to telephony events. I also confirmed that I am getting those events by placing calls. However, in the graduation requirements I am still getting a red cross icon on "Webhook Subscriptions", everything else is green.Thanks

While Creating a webhook subscription, I am getting an error of"errorCode": "SUB-520", "message": "Validation Token is not returned".

Is there any documentation that defines within Auto-Receptionist/General Setting/Location/Custom Answering Rules what Rule overrides what Rule? What I am struggling with is once a month our Sales Department is open on Sunday's while the rest of the departments are closed. Currently we are setup with afterhours custom rules and day custom rules. To accomplish the Sunday opening for sales I was instructed by our install team to update each custom rule each month for sales opening and then revert them back once that Sunday passes. After doing this for the past several months for multiple locations it is getting pretty time consuming. Is there a better way to accomplish this? I "assumed" there wasn't since the install team know way more about the programming than I do.Any help would be appreciated.

We built an application that syncs with clients' CRMs and sends automated text messages from their sales campaigns. New clients are asked to log in and obtain an OAuth Token via Authorization Code Flow. We have a scheduled task that sends an automated text message for any user whose refresh token will expire within two days in order to ensure that users don't have to log in once a week and obtain a new token. This works most of the time, but every so often one of the tokens that we have cached and encrypted fails to refresh when we send the automated text that is supposed to obtain a new token. The error we've been getting for these instances has been an 'OAU-213: Token Not Found'.Can you provide any insight as to why this might be happening? The most recent instance of this occurred this evening (Thursday) for a user whose refresh token isn't set to expire until Saturday.

We have a team of 5 employees and would like to be able to send and receive texts from a single number, but that everyone will have access to receive/respond to texts. Is there a way to do this? Possibly a messaging API?Currently, we text using our individual work numbers, but if someone gets a response while they're busy or have left for the day, no one else would see it, and often it's time sensitive. We know there's a way to set up every employee to receive an email for inbound texts, but that doesn't solve our issue. Anyone have some insight?

Our text messages all of a sudden stopped working and we received this error message. Nothing in our account has changed, the functions have not changed, we have not changed our phone numbers, and everything was working with no issues until we received this message. How can we fix this?

Emergency Address will not update. I'm being asked to update the emergency address when I make an outgoing call. I've confirmed all details including the zip code. In the past I've had no issues confirming the emergency address location setting. I've not been able to make outgoing calls all day as I keep getting the error message: Sorry, something went wrong on our end, we weren't able to save the update. Try again later. when I select Confirm.

Dear community,For my application that leverages webhook to get telephony session notifications I need a way to uniquely identify calling/answering agent. The typical notification that I receive looks like this one below:Currently for user identification I use name field. I marked the field that is currently used for identification. I need this information to uniquely map calling/answering agent with some entity in my system.So my questions here:1. Is it possible that two agents have same name in the system? In this case the field name cannot be used to uniquely identify agents.2. Can extensionId be used to uniquely identify agents? If yes, then where can I get the extensionId for a particular agent, as this information available in notification only and not in Admin Console (at least I wasn't able to find it there). Hello, hoping to get a little clarity on whether there is a Zoom login that we get with RingCentral? Specifically I am hoping to use Calendly or x.ai for scheduling meetings, and they have Zoom integrations I was wanting to leverage. I see that Zapier can do Calendly, although I'd prefer not to use a 3rd party service if not needed. Is there a way that the Zoom direct integration transfers to us using RingCentral?

We have a status hotline Announcement-Only Extension that we use to update the status of our network, to let people call in and listen to a messaging saying if we are up or down. Is there a function in the API that would allow me to upload a new announcement? Or is there another way this can be accomplished without have to call in and manually record a new message.

I am able to send a SMS from my individual user number, but I cannot figure out how to send a SMS from my main business number. I also sent a text to my business number and it did not show up anywhere.

Im tying to use the PHP-SDK to upload a greeting, I installed the SDK but Im getting error 500 every time I use any script. If I just have a basic PHP page, they load fine. Is there a way of testing the installation of the SDK?
