while using restapi/oauth/token api with refresh token flow, we aRe getting token revoked error.The problem I have faced is few of the api calls are errored {'error': 'invalid_grant', 'errors': [{'errorCode': 'OAU-211', 'message': 'Token revoked'}], 'error_description': 'Token revoked'} error.There is no description about this error and I couldn't find any solution from the dev forum. We are not using any revoke api's, I was trying to figure out why token is getting revoked when I use ouath token api.

Notifications for all missed calls and voice messages are being sent to my email. How can I receive notifications for incoming but answered calls to my email?Currently, I have the call forwarded to an external number (phone answering service) and there's no way for me to know that someone called (and answered, unless the message is relayed - if the answering service fails to let me know, I wouldn't know that the personal called...).

I just downloaded the new RingCentral for HubSpot extension for Chrome. Now I am getting 2 ringers, one from the RingCentral MVP desktop app, and another from the chrome extension. We used to be able to mute the HubSpot tab to get rid of the 2nd ringer, but that is no longer working. Chrome has a feature, "Control your music, videos, and more" where you can pause the audio ringer for the extension in the browser, but it returns with the next call. Is there a way to permanently disable the ringer in this extension?

Is it possible to add a 2 minute option here? 1 is not enough sometimes, and 3 minutes is just too long. Thank you

I created an app to send SMS, it's already in Production. I'm using the Operator extension, in my case it's 101, to login to API. Cannot connect or start meeting. It says connecting but eventually, it hangs. Using Windows 10 and RC - 22.2.22.62

To add some context. We have multiple users that all have their own phone numbers. We would like to be able to automate some SMS notifications from their specific numbers when certain events occur in our system. Per a discussion with RC "support" they said the only way to do this is by generating a token for the user and then sending the SMS with the token. This can be done in our system by storing RC credentials, however, this is not a scalable solution as we add users and they may change their credentials.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this?

In our lead creation process, we are creating leads where some of them have invalid phone numbers. Does anyone have direction as far as tools/API's/ways they've been able to leverage technology to ensure the numbers are valid so that, if not, they do not make their way to the dialer?

We have an application that sits on a Windows 2019 server. Each user access their version of the application via Windows RDP. However, instead of using the standard Windows Remote Desktop application, we have a very small, .Net application that we call the "Loader", installed on each PC. The Loader handles the RDP side of things and gives us additional functionality.For example, on the RDP application there is a button to open a website (or dial a number). Hi, we are looking for a solution to replace the call-out (via escalation list) feature from Avaya Voicemail Pro. Is anyone aware of a plug-in app or development for RC which provides this functionality?Example:1. Voicemail received2. Mailbox calls out to other numbers, via an escalation list, notifying them of a new message.3. They are low-volume texts that are highly appreciated (we get a 93% response rate). Are these texts subject to the new regulations around The Campaign Registry (TCR)?
