Any chance of getting SMS enabled on my sandbox account. Trying to do a POC to see if RC suits our needs.Thanks!

I am trying to build an app, and I've created a sandbox login. I'm trying to test sending an SMS, but I can't figure out how to set up a phone number for SMS in `devtest`.When I get the features of the phone numbers on my account, the only value I get is `CallerId`

I am using softphone sdk for call supervision. I am using a REST API call to activate the call supervision. This API can be used for call supervision. https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Control/superviseCallSession. This require a `telephonySessionId` for call supervision. I am providing that from the sip message headers using: `p-rc-api-ids': 'party-id=p-a1c1444275c32z185df69b9c9z133db40000-2;session-id=s-a1c1444275c32z185df69b9c9z133db40000'But I am getting a 404 not found error.

We have registered out Existing Phone (SIP Phone) in service.devtest.ringcentral.com portal. After registration we got the device id that we are trying to use to supervise the call using that SIP Phone. But whenever we hit the https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/telephony/sessions/telephonySessionId/supervise api we are getting the error "Can't reach deviceId specified in request". Also, after registration we have checked the status of Existing Phone and it is showing as Online. I am trying to pull a call and see that the length shown is for 21 minutes but when I go to listen to the recording it only plays for a minute. The call went in between 2 different employees. How do I access the full 21 minutes?

The + option for new texts is not visible on the desktop app, neither is the option to send a new text available in the drop-down options menu on the top-right. I am trying to access the image that I have sent or received via SMS by appending the access token as a query parameter in the media.ringcentral.com content URL. All the images that I have sent are being accessible but it is showing unauthorized for the received images.

I have a recording message containing terms and conditions that I have added as an audio prompt within an IVR menu. I have mapped the resulting key presses to call queues that transfer the call back to the user. How can I initiate the playback of the recorded message from within a live call? I have tried transferring the call to the extension assigned to the IVR Menu, however, this does not work.

Hello , I'm using RingCentral Webphone. I tested it with my sandbox credentials so it is working fine means I'm able to call to a particular number ... but when I switch from sandbox to production credentials I'm getting the response where provider says that "the number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable , good bye" can anybody help me out what is wrong ..!

I cannot send sms by the sandbox account. The status of the message is "SendingFailed".I also try using the production account to send SMS. It successfully.Is there an issue with the sandbox account? Please advise. Thanks

I am developing an app and would like to use the Method Provisioning -> Edit Extension, but I cannot add the App Scope “EditAccounts”.Furthermore I would like to use the Method Voice -> List Call Queue Members but I am getting the error: “BIL-103","message":"Feature [CallQueuePresence] is not available for current account” while in the Sandbox. I guess, this will prevent me from graduating my App.
