Not an API developerWe have a server based application , Fetchit from Schultz Technology, that integrates to Ring Central and provides screen pops with CID name and number.Since moving the site to a multi-site environment and adding a couple of new sites. The application pops call data from all sites, even thought the credentials used to authenticate are a super user limited to just to just the original site.Software provider says it is Ring Central’s responsibility to filter the traffic

I'm looking to use a PnP API connection tool such as Make/Zapier, etc to try and automate a daily call recording file transfer from our call logs, to a Sharepoint/Onedrive location in our O365 cloud.I can connect to my account, retrieve the call logs, but it seems there is a missing connector to "store" the file, as the token doesn't get shared from RingCentral, and I basically end up with a text file which contains: "errorCode" : "AGW-401", "message" : "Authorization header is not specified"Has anyone successfully created a process using a tool such as this, which would allow a scheduled dump of calls (based on the call log for the previous day - this part has been tested)I am using a re-branded version of RingCentral through Telus Business Connect and so far, the API calls don't seem to be any different, so I don't think that will have any effect on what I am trying to accomplish. Is there a preferred flow for a server to server application acting on behalf of multiple users or a way to grant a token as an admin on an account?I want to create a subscription for events on multiple extensions but seems like I would need to auth and maintain a token for each user or have each user manually login and create their own token that I need to manage and store? Is there a smooth and preferred way that I can allow a single auth flow to give me access to multiple extensions and be able to act on those extensions via subscriptions and call control?

Hello everyone, I am currently developing a ringcentral widget using webphone.user agent, when I get a call, I can see the session status information with webPhone.userAgent.on("invite").when I start the call I can see the status of the session with webPhone.userAgent.invite.The problem is that if I start the call and the sender answers me, I can't get the session status, what WebPhone.user agent method should I use for that case, since I need that session status to do something in my widget

How can I login to ringcentral embeddable widget using access token?

I am getting and invalid syncToken when performing and ISync on the message store after running the FSync to get a token. The FSync works fine but when I use the returned token to follow up with an ISync I get the error. I can also replicate the problem by just using the api interface at https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Message-Store/syncMessages. If I run an FSync and then copy the returned token into the form field and switch to ISync I get this error:

The phones are working from what I have tested but only a few agents are able to login and actually take calls. Everyone else continues to receive errors and our calls are backed up. Is there any update to this?? The status page is not helpful.

In sandbox, I am attempting to park a call to a public park location via the park API, then pick it up again via the pickup API. Parking the call works great and returns the extension to which the call was parked, a new party ID, etc. I am unable to pick the call back up, however. I am trying to pull the phone number of an Inbound active phone number routed through a call Queue for an user. I am currently using Get User Active Call to try and pull that number. It seems to work for direct calls to and from User to Client and in call Queues if the inbound phone call is ignored by users. the issue is that if a user is busy and the systems moves to the next person or if a user declines a call, the User Active Call record changes to an outbound phone call and does not have the needed phone number anymore. How can I get the external phone number that I need when the record changed from Inbound to Outbound.
