My application with clientID: G8E9ItydR4aK2CA6SLlItw is showing that it is not able to be graduated but the graduation requirements aren't refreshing correctly. I have exercised all permissions as well as made 5+ calls to each endpoint and have less than 5% 4xx errors. If you view the page under 'analytics' for the last 24 hours you can see each of the tabs "API Calls", and "Endpoints" is correct but "Permissions" still doesn't correctly reflect the permissions I have used correctly. That includes the API call to renew/webhook and which would satisfy the "Webhook Subscriptions" permission and the API call to create the webhook subscription with create/subscription with an account level telephony webhook. (Which I can verify I am correctly receiving all webhooks) that would satisfy the "Call Control" permission. Thank you for your quick resolution in helping me graduate our application today.

I have multiple clients making requests with the same app. If I get too many 429 on one client will that in any way affect other clients by responding with a 429? Can my app get blacklisted or temporarily slowed for all clients if I make to many requests?

Hi there, We are encountering an issue with a mutual customer where the voicemail webhook is only being sent when the voicemail is read by the user, but not when the voicemail was received. Any ideas? We've also submitted a help support ticket but the turnaround time is extremely slow. We have mutual customers that are unhappy.

We are using iSync to update the latest messaging records in our CRM. We are noticing that the latest record is being included on the next iSync which is causing duplicated to be created in our CRM. How do we prevent this from happening?

This happens randomly, but I have one user that is having problems authenticating, they were on a call on their softphone (ringcentral phone app) hung up, next call said to switch to another device, she logged out of our application, cleared her token, and now when trying to authenticate through our app/api calls she gets the following. Any idea/direction/experience would be helpful as this is not the first time we have had issues with this. I've deployed my app dozens of times over the past several months however this week I'm seeing a problem with the app graduation process. I've re-run my web hooks about 30 times and still they are not registering. The permissions tab shows no Webhooks But on the response times tab... what is this n11s? If we remove them our app fails in production. To create the webhooks callbacks for letting us know when a call is completed so that we can pull the recording the permission is needed. Without it we get the following errors: - 403 status code and error message of "[SubscriptionWebhook] application permission is required for [WebHook] transport" - "message": "Required application permission [CallControl] is missing" This is linked to case 14820907 which I have not heard back on. Hi, We work remotely and use Teams all day on video to conference with each other. We are just signing up for RingCentral and aren't sure if we can also use the desktop app as phones, while we are using teams, or not? It seems to us, we will have to get actual phones and use them, since our microphones and speakers will already be in use. As we often collaborate with each other about the phone calls we are on. Is this correct?

Hey all -- I was wondering if there was a way to get the incoming phone # (copy it to the clipboard?) so the user can paste it into a search field in their database applicable? Right now they have to type it in so they can transfer the caller to the appropriate person... Also - is there a method to also permit the user to double-click or click a button to copy a phone # from within a database field and auto-dial out?

Is there a way to toggle the call queue availability of a user without having to log into the Ring Central app as an admin? Use case right now: RC is just a call handler and router for us. All inbound calls to line 1 hit a queue that rings each rep simultaneously. Goal: I would like for the sales manager to be able to turn off reps easily without having to log into the admin account to do so.

Each time i'm trying to do a call from browser (Node server) I receive this message: You cannot use this device to make PSTN calls includinc Emergency Calls since no Digital Line is associated. What is the curl command for requesting an access token using Password Flow?

I am developing an app using ringcentral-web-phone WebRTC SDK and I want to set my Caller ID to be Blocked/No Number. Per http://ringcentral-faq.readthedocs.io/en/latest/voice_webrtc/ I can specify a value for 'fromNumber' and that will set my Caller ID. I am able to specify my company number or my direct number as my Caller ID successfully. How can I set my Caller ID as Blocked/No Number?

My RingCentral phone account has both an extension and a direct phone number. I use the RingCentral app. I do not have a hard phone. I am using RingCentral SDK for PHP. Issue: When I set the "from" phoneNumber to my direct phone number, I get Status: {"callStatus":"Error","callerStatus":"GenericError","calleeStatus":"InProgress"} Done. If I install and have the RC Phone Desktop App open, it will succeed. Please forgive any ignorance on my end as I am very new to the RingCentral platform We have a need to pull all account data for our institution from RingCentral and I have found an API provided that pulls account data. However, this only pulls data for a specific given account and we need to do a "wide open" pull of all accounts. I have seen some evidence that this ability is in the works. Is that true? Is there a workaround, or another preferred method to pull all accounts?

Hi, We are facing an issue about Voicemails. There are total 10 numbers in our Ringcentral account. We are using Event filter "/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/voicemail" for notifications when new voicemail message is received. The problem is webhook sent only when some numbers. i.e 2 out of 10 numbers. am i missing any setting in Ringcentral admin section like 1)enable voice to text 2)enable voice recording or do i have to add any other event filter?

I'm using the integration between Hubspot and RC. The integration seems to work for the phone side of things, but the meetings/video isn't connecting properly. I have the configuration setup in the Hubspot meetings set to RingCentral. It does schedule the meeting in the calendar correctly, and it shows up in the RingCentral app. However, it isn't connecting the RingCentral Meetings functionality and is pulling up this error whenever you go to use the link in the email or meetings options in Hubspot, "An error occurred while trying to generate a video conference link. " Again, it does still show up in RingCentral meetings app but only just as a scheduled event. No video conference link or "meeting" code is generated for the event. Am I missing something here?

Several of my staff including myself are receiving the following error when attempting to log into RingCentral via the web. {"error":{"code":"invalid_token","invalid_token":true,"validation":true,"http_status_code":401}} Looking at the knowledge base I see similar results for Outlook links but this is any time that we attempt to log in. We are also having issues with not getting an email when requesting a 2fa access code. What can we do to troubleshoot this issue?
