I am facing issue while calling the Ringout API. this is for developers - we need to get caller backup MP3 & text file, if that feather able to include it would be great support for us when it get backup we can see the call recoding by text as well . kindly update is it possible to do so ?

When you schedule a meeting in RC and chose US/Eastern, the time does not transfer over to outlook correctly in the body of the email. It's an hour late and confuses meeting participants if you ddon't change it. RC needs the time listed in the body of the email to match the time in the above boxes and calculate correctly durring daylight savings time.,When you schedule a meeting in RC and it populates into Outlook, RC is not accounting for Daylight Savings in US/Eastern time when transfering the infomation into the body of the email. It's transfering the time an hour late. This leads to confused meeting participants as to what time the meeting actually is. RC needs to fix the body of the message to calculate the same time as above meeting time durring daylight savings time.

I tried to send a test messages to a set of 6 phone numbers and they all failed with no reason. How do I troubleshoot the issue?

Hi fellow RC users/admins:Does anyone get any actual benefit in the Provisioning integration with Okta or any other directory integration? We're exploring this setup now, without the ability to designate an extension or Role, apply a Template or create a non-phone-numbered user, is it even worth the effort? We're still going to have to manually configure every user.Am I missing the silver lining somewhere? Does it bring anything useful to the table?

I followed the example given for read calllog on developer guide(https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/voice/call-log/reading-call-log#c#) in dotnet environment. I downloaded the RingCentral package from nuget. But, I am getting below errors and can't proceed. I am trying to create an internal app for our company where we can retrived all faxes received and then archived them or search for them. I am however, running into problems with the permissions. When calling "GetMessageList" from the Message Store, I get this error.In order to call this API endpoint for another extension, one of the following permissions [ReadMessages] have to be granted with extended scope to the authorized user.i dont see a way to add this scope, what do I need to do?

Hello,I am a web developer experiencing bizarre behavior with the ring central phone app. I utilize the Ring Central Ring Out API's to make outbound calls in such a way that I receive a call on my phone app and then the outbound call is placed. However once the call is initiated and I receive a call on my ring central phone app and then am prompted to click 1. Within less than a second afterward the call just disconnects. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior. Any help is appreciated.Thanks!

Hello,I am trying to integrate OSCAR EMR (electronic medical records software) with RingCentral Fax API, so that prescriptions/etc can be faxed. The system currently has an existing integration for sending faxes with SRFax (a Canadian eFax provider), but I want to integrate it with RingCentral to send faxes with RingCentral.Here is the current script that is setup to send faxes with SRFax integration, what would I change for it to work with RingCentral fax?I would be super grateful if someone could help me with this. Hello guys, I'm trying to trigger a call viarcmobile://But I think there is an issue with the URI on last version of Ring Central.When you tap on the phone, nothing happen.But with rcphone app (deprecated) the URI works fine, of course that the call is not completed because we got an alert that rcphone app is deprecated and it ask you to switch to Ring Central - Glip and Office.Do we have an estimated time for this to be solved/added to Ring Central - Glip and Office latest version?We need this so much.Specs:IOS: 14.4 Iphone 8+Ring Central - Glip and Office 21.2.15https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/voice/uri-scheme

Have made some 86 API calls where the requirement is to do 20. The stats show correctly on the dashboard but the "Status and Review" page shows NO API calls made so far. What am I missing ? OR is this a defect in the UI or something else?

Hello,We are using a ring central call service with a webhook subscription. At present, we are getting different types of call log notifications through webhook subscriptions (No Call / Ringing / CallConnected). When any incoming call activity occurs, we are getting call log details through notification from ring central using webhook. Now We would like to get "Missed Call" log details through a webhook subscription.Is there any way to get a "Missed Call" push notification from ring central to webhook?Regards,Keyur

According to https://ringcentral-api-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/basics/uri-schemes/,rcapp://r/{phone-number}is the url format that will "Launch the RingCentral App, and initiate a phone call to the phone number provided."As the old RingCentral app will no longer being supported, I tried to set up usage of this url. This format will launch the RingCentral app, however it will not pre-populate the phone number. This is important functionality for our business and this is a large new limitation that previously had been supported.Is there a technical reason that this is not currently interoperating?
