I believe there is missing a folder and file (s) in the RingCentral directory of Github for the Python SDK. I follow this tutorial (SMS Quick Start): https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/messaging/quick-start#pythonI follow the steps outlined:I am creating an app. Everything is fine.I am importing the Python RingCentral DSK. Everything is fine.I create and edit my sms.py file. I would like to have a shared text line (same as my main phone number) on every users application. Or have multiple operators that are assigned to a text phone number.

Hi,We would like to use Google's 2FA SMS feature with our test accounts, but don't want to use individual phone devices.Is there a way to use RingCentral to provide a shared phone number we can use as the Recovery method for all our test accounts.Would it be possible to then have the text messages sent to a Slack channel?Thanks!

As a company we use many providers, and it would be helpful to be able to add these to a company directory so people don't need to save/update the number individually.

We are having some trouble getting our app graduated to prod. We know we have enough successful requests to graduate (according to our dev team), but the dashboard hasnt updated in 3 hours and wont let us submit it for review. Is there a way I can force the dashboard to update or a way to manually get the app into prod?

Is it possible to use C# to download fax confirmation in pdf or image after it is sent? I went through API references and it looks like I can only download the metadata. I am wondering whether the pdf or image of the confirmation is available or not.

The "Start a Revision" option is missing from our published RingCentral App Profile and as such, unable to request an update to publish to Avaya App Gallery and other approved partners. The application was originally created for ALL RingCentral customers and promote options were previously available in the development console. Any suggestions?

The application for a municipality is this: Outside caller dials a 10-digit phone number. The call rings multiple phones. Someone answers the call. And immediately both sides of the conversation is heard overhead through paging. So far Algo and CyberData say it cannot be done.It would be great if I can use the existing overhead paging system that consists of amplifier and speakers/horns. But if I need to completely replace the overhead paging with IP units that is ok.

We already have the High-volume SMS number from RingCentral, a paid subscription from HubSpot, we are using the Chrome Extension of RingCentral for HubSpot.We would like to send Bulk SMS to our HubSpot contacts, and keep the record on the CRM.I read this can be done through API , but how? Please help!,We have a high-volume sms account with RingCentral, already dowloaded the Chrome extension for HubSpot, but would like to sync the SMS sent through RingCentral with HubSpot, so we the SMS can be registered in the CRM.How can we do it? I cannot see any way to Administer Glip as a Super Admin for our RingCentral Account. I can make changes to RingCentral Phone and Meetings, but Glip feels like a standalone product that I have no control over. For example, if a user asks me to rename a Glip Team, I can't do it. If a user asks me to delete a Glip Team, I can't do it. I have to be a member/admin of that particular team, even as a Super Admin of our entire RingCentral account. If a user has just created a Glip Team with a misspelling, they ask me to change it and I can't. I don't even have visibility of the team. If I need to rename a team but the creator/admin of the team is absent, I can't do it.Can someone please help me find out where as a Super Admin of our RingCentral Account, I can administer Glip as a whole and see a list of all of our Company Glip Teams, and make changes to them, when my users need a change made?

I've been trying to follow https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/team-messaging/manual/local-bots I have followed every step as written in the guide, but when I make it to step 7, I get an error saying that my oauth redirect url didn't return a successful response. I setup the Oauth redirect URL as outlined in the guide, pointing it at my ngrok URL. I am able to access the Oauth redirect URL from the internet (on another computer) on my own, I can also see my request in the console of the node app. But I never see the request coming into the node app when I perform step 7.I noticed that this guide is about 4 years old, has something changed? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps?

Curious what you think about RingCentral Engage (which appears to be new) vs. Salesforce or similar software with a longer history. Putting features and functions aside, is Engage ready for prime time? Is it robust, stable, etc.?

Hello, I have a custom app that is using cURL. I have worked on a couple of end points and all seem to be working perfectly. However when I test this endpoint:https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/mmsIt does not want to work. When I go to the RingCentral API website and try the end point there via the interface it complains about a wrong phone number, even though it is correct. It is the same phone number i use on the SMS end point and works perfectly.

We're in a Citrix/VDI environment running Windows Server 2016 and trying to get Glip and RingCentral Meetings to work.When we installed RingCentral 64-bit, it would load a white screen and not work for users. It also installed to app data rather than to the C drive of the server.We then tried RingCentral Classic, but it would take really long to load (if it would load) and slowed the server down too much for users to function in other applications.I called the support line but wasn't really given an answer about terminal server/Citrix compatibility.The use of the phones won't be needed in the VDI -- we're looking just to functionality of Glip as the main function.Thanks!
