Presence webhook does not work on production

I have created an application on sandbox with Subscription and Read Presence permissions. Created a subscription to listen for inbound calls and send a webhook request to our server. All worked fine in sandbox (i.e called the sandbox number and received the payload as expected). I have graduated the app to production and registered the same webhook, but it doesn't work. I am not getting any hits to the registered endpoint, even though calls are constantly being made to the company

Webhook subscription error C#

Hello,I am getting an error on my webhook subscription.,sub-521 WebHook is not reachable, even though I can see that the webhook is being invoked because it hits the breakpoint inside the if statement shown in attached; see error below that. I get a Status 200 Ok response when I invoke the webhook from PowerShell or Postman. I am using ASP.NET/C#. I've also included the subscription code. Thank you for your help.

SMS from Salesforce (SFDC) Enterprise inside Chrome

Using Enterprise Edition of SFDCUsing Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (x86_64)Using latest RC When attempting to SMS from a button on the Lightning page the button will execute a pop up with the phone number of the contact record, but then nothing happens. Noteworthy, I can successfully SMS using the Phone bar at the bottom of the page. Any suggestions?

Issue with fax in sandbox account

I have previously created an internal app for automated sending of faxes from our back end system which I did in my previous sandbox environment where I had no issues sending faxes from sandbox to my production number during testing but recently I had to make a minor change to the app and wanted to test it in sandbox. My previous sandbox has been deactivated due to inactivate so I created a new one but noticed that any faxes sent from the new sandbox to either the sandbox number or my production extension fail every time. I'm not even talking about sending faxes from my custom app as sending a fax from sandbox extension admin web page fails as well.I hope dev team is looking at this forum as at this point my sandbox is unusable for testing anything with fax in/out and I did not receive any reply to my email I sent to dev team days ago about this issue :/

Building and deploying without Maven or Gradle

Our use case prevents using Maven or Gradle as we have to deploy our Java class as an extension to another application. We need a stand-alone JAR to deploy and have not been able to utilize the JAR available via the SDK due to dependencies.Is it possible to obtain a stand-alone JAR that includes all dependency libraries?

the RingCentral app for D365 Sales Hub is not showing the sidebar panel widget

hello, we have D365 deployed with the Ring Central app to make phone calls, add notes, etc.one of our agents recently discovered that his Ring Central app within D365 Sales Hub is not displaying. he was using google chrome and the sidebar panel would appear intermittently. to resolve the issue, we tried MS Edge and it appeared to work correctly at first, but now it's not displaying for him. please help.

I would like to be able to send the state when I call LoginWindow. I can not find any documentation on the SDK. How do I enable the conference group setting to an account?

Hello, I added a new account with a new number on my admin portal. I'm using the RingCentral embeddable widget dialer. In the browser console, I'm getting this error: Conference group is not set for current account - it's posting data to this endpoint https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/conferencing. I'm getting a 503 Service unavailable. My other 2 users don't have this issue except for the new account.I can't seem to find how to enable this account with the conference group setting.Anyone seen this before?TIA

Does anyone have success with a high quality third party Text-to-Speech Engine? I have tried IBM Watson in Beta mode. It was excellent and now it is gone. I need something simple, quick and prefer it free. I cannot find anything. Help appreciated.

Hi I am using my company Ring Central Account to test the API but every time I get Content: { "error" : "invalid_grant", "errors" : [ { "errorCode" : "OAU-140", "message" : "Invalid resource owner credentials" } ], "error_description" : "Invalid resource owner credentials"}I am using the correct username and password. I tried username with the account user name, my phone number, main company phone number but every time I get the same error.Do we need to 101 extension always or the extension number of the account of which we are using credentials.Thanks.

Glip Sandbox timing out on token to nordigy.ru address

I am trying to log into https://app-glipdemo.dev.glip.net/ using my sandbox credentials. It is bringing up an error Sign in failedSorry, something went wrong on our end and we weren't able to sign you in.When I look in the developer tools in the browser I can see it is making a web request to https://api-glpbocams.lab.nordigy.ru/restapi/oauth/token which is timing out. Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

I try to call my personnal cell number, I always get this message:"InProgress"in the daskboard of the sandbox, i don't see any stat about the call.Do you get a sample code that work.
