With Quality Assurance Planners, can a supervisor see what is in another representative's tasks in the event the rep is out sick that day? Can these tasks be reassigned to another representative to take them over?

I need to add a loud ringer to the yealink phone but i am really struggling to find anything, i have a body shop and need a ringer to ring in theworkshop as i cant hear thephone in the office, putting a phone in the garage is not really an option.

I am interested in using Ringcentral for my business but am not sure if I need a specialist to help me get things going. So far the university and the videos on youtube have been very helpful and easy but I want to make sure when it comes to installing the phones.

I am trying to get multiple limited extensions in a ring group. Is this possible? I have tried Shared Lines, Call pickup, Call monitoring, and queues, and it appears you have to have an MVP license to be added to these groups. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

I keep getting this message everyday."Courtesy notice from RingCentral Archiver - You Have Files Failed To Be Archived"How do I prevent this from happening? It's been ongoing for about a month now. I've already reconnected my Drive. There's really no other settings I can see.Seems like the Google Drive archiver tool is broken. How do I fix this?

I have a user that randomly on her mobile app and desktop app the call queue call will ring only once and then immediately move to the next member in the group. The apps have been uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times but this does not seem to fix the issue. Sometimes the issue lasts for 20 minutes and sometimes hours. As randomly as it starts it randomly stops. During this time direct calls to her extension/DID go through normally. Also during this time the other members of the call queues do not experience this issue. How can I troubleshoot this?Any information would be appreciated.

Is there any way to audibly distinguish between an incoming call to a group vs a call transferred to an extension internally.

My PC app is using 450 MB of memory. Is that normal? How can I reduce it?When I look at the task manager on my PC it shows (11) subprocesses. Is this part of the problem?

When our primary number receives a call, multiple recipients' phones ring simultaneously even though we have that account set to ring in order. The idea is for calls to roll from one recipient to the next, but people keep answering calls that should be ringing only to the first recipient.We have Incoming calls for that line set to ring in order and two total lines set to receive the calls. The first line should be the only one to ring, with the second one set to start after 6 rings (30 seconds), but yeah they both just start ringing at the same time.

How can I recieve incoming calls without the caller having to dial an extension?

Prior to moving to RingCentral in March of this year, our legacy Avaya phone system routed customer calls to our payment service provider without issue. Since migrating to RingCentral in March and having the Contact Center IVR [Nice InContact IVR] route the payment related calls----we have received many customer complaints about their digits or key entries (account numbers) being duplicated. Testing, if we bypass the InContact IVR and have an RC extension forward the calls---no problems. After many hours of conference calls and test calls, we seem to be getting no closer to a resolution. As others have noted with other issues, the troubleshooting and coordination relationship between RingCentral and Nice InContact seems to be dis-jointed.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any resolution?

Where is the email address set for the system mailbox ?

I use ring central for running a support help desk. I'd like to add a standing conference call as an option for IVR when our call volumes are very high during a service outage. Rather than having tons of users calling individually with the same issue, I'd like a live conference led by a single person who can field lots of users at once. I'd like a solution that stays entirely inside RingCentral and doesn't require a handoff to another call provider.

We are using RingCentral's computer app with the phone icon with bluetooth headsets. We have this super long terms and conditions text we have to read the customer and then wait for them to say "I agree". I thought it would be really great if we could just play a pre-recorded terms and conditions audio which asks them at the end to say "I agree". At which point we know they have accepted.What would be the best way to do this? I've been looking around trying to find the best option but most are super complicated and I think they will cause issues for our sales people.Has anyone had any experience with this or know a good possible solution?Thank you!

We use OBi302 ATA's for our fax machines. When you first set up the ATA the login is admin and password is admin. Once it is connected to Ring Central you can not get into the ATA with that login and password. Does anyone know what the credentials change to once it is connected to Ring Central?

Scenario:We use RC MVP with live reports licensing.I have a call queue configured and a supervisor has noticed on the live reports that a specific user goes from ringing to available while the other reps continue to stay in ringing statusI can recreate this behavior in live reports by being available for calls but pressing the red ignore button on the incoming call. Other users still see the call but my status in the live reports does the same thing (ringing to available while others remain in ringing status).I am looking to see if there is a way to pull this info from the logs. As this may be used for corrective action purposes, I need to be able to verify this is what the system sees this user doing.Happy to provide as much detail as I can

We are a new user of Spectrum Business RingCental VOIP customer. I am trying to get the system programmed to put into use. I have recorded a custom message that is supposed to play when calling the main number. The call routing is dial extension at anytime, dial 9 for directory, or 0 for operator. I have called Spectrum Business support multiple times and they can't solve the problem. As far as I can see, the portal is configured correctly. All phones have been tested and ready to install and port our AT&T number over for the main number. I need help to solve this problem, before we go any further. Is there a way I can talk directly to someone at RingCentral to get this problem fixed?

In our organization we have many tasks with similar names. Is there a way that when a task is created it can be created with a unique number attached to it?

I've deleted the app, but I still get calls through my cell phone. I only want them to come through my desktop app. How can I remove the connection between the Iphone and my ringcentral incoming calls?

Is there a way we can have 'short' extensions set up for transferring within a site?We have a large number of clinics each who usually only transfer between themselves: Each site has a 3 digit cost center, so for the most part our extensions are always costcenter and then the 'true' extension number.We sometimes have requests to try and shorten them, but it isn't really an option: Particularly for users who want to have reserved ones like extension 1 or 0.I did however come up with an idea which might be possible to implement: Site extensions.The idea is that each user (Or queue, etc) can have an optional site extension: This only has to be unique per site, and should ideally be turned on per site. It doesn't have to be related to the main extension.When the user wants to transfer, they hit the transfer button, and dial * or # before the extension itself: The * or # tells Ring Central that it should try to use a short extens

I used to be able to add Limited Extension into the Call Handling area on users as I would create a user called Ring All that would allow all phones to ring in a location. As of 12/20/22 I have noticed that I can no longer add Limited Extensions in to the Call Handling so they will ring with the rest of the phones in the location. Is this a new bug or a restriction that has been placed on limited extensions?

I have the call queue setup to ring all phones simultaneously. I'd like the calls to go to voicemail if no one picks up after 10 rings. Is that possible?
