In the last few weeks we've noticed support@niceincontact.com keeps getting marked for quarantine - I've while listed support@niceincontact.com & help@niceincontact.com - but still intermittently getting caught in quarantineanyone else having this issue?

Why are some cases being closed due to "customer no response" when I have been responding via email and/or waiting for updates from the support staff. This is extremely frustrating when I am assuming a case is being worked on only to receive an email saying it was closed due to no response.

We have several site numbers that I would like to have the faxes go to one extension and SMS go to another. Is this possible? Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you

I am running a new forecast for a team that has only 3 skills attached. When looking the the forecast data, I can only see the summarized volume, and when going to bulk edit, same issue.Is anyone else having this problem and what have you done to correct?

I've had an unusual charge appear on our last billing statement. I've attempted to open a chat but no agent ever appears. I've attempted to open a case but get an error message. I don't know how else to get a response from RingCentral. Can someone please call me?

We have a user who's status shows as "offline" even though she has repeatedly changed it to "available". She has logged and back in and it still will not budge from "offline". How can we fix this?

We manage RingCentral accounts for various clients. I'm not sure why, other than retention, but I find it inconvenient that licensing can only be removed throught the following criteria:1. You are within 30 days of contract renewal2. You must contact RingCentral support or your Account ManagerEven more confusing is the fact that I can purchase as many additional licenses as I want, but in order to remove any, I have to get a sales pitch and discounts offered. It comes across as disingenuous considering 99% of SaaS vendors we use allow you to manage your own licenses, both adding and removing. It always leaves a bad taste in my mouth after the support agent says we should keep hundreds of dollars of licenses on our account as a backup even though I can add one in ~2 minutes if I ever actually needed an additional license.

I reassigned an account from an old user to a new user. I am unable to send her a new invite. Any idea on how to fix this?

Having issue with RingCentral MVP. It is locking up and will only closed after End Task in Task Manager. Screen is frozen. Just started in last week. Reported from many user.

Our objective is to prevent internal agents from receiving transferred calls unless they are available. Presently, calls are being transferred to agents who may not be ready to take them, causing customers to wait on hold or get stuck in a queue if the agent logs off. To address this issue, we aim to allow transfers only when an agent is in an available status. Implementing a warm transfer process could help avoid these problems. However, we are also exploring the possibility of introducing a system setting or enhancement that would automatically check the availability of agents before enabling the transfer function. This way, the transfer option would only be available for selection when the intended agent is ready to take the call.Is this possible?

I am looking to replace a Yealink W60P cordless DECT IP phone with base station, which stopped functioning 3 days after warranty expired. Does anyone have a use-based recommendation for a brand and model of a cordless/wireless handset to be used with our fairly basic RingCentral setup? I don't need anything fancy - just something that sits on my desk so I can pickup customer calls.

How to track my hours worked on RC? Our company bases our calculated Time Stamped hours on payroll How can I as a remote agent see my hours worked in real-time or at the end of the day?

One of our numbers is associated with the wrong town. Is there any way to edit this? I am viewing this on the Phone System tab after selecting the number. thanks

Is there a RC forum community for buying/selling used equipment?

We are having issues with a ring group (not call queue) and want to watch calls hit the ring group and see what extensions are ringing. I am only finding that I can report the call after the fact using the call log. In this case I want to see the actual extensions ringing. This is a remote location and they use deskphones and am being told they aren't ringing so troubleshooting is a bit difficult.Any information would be appreciated.

Hello-I set up a shared line for one of my users, who will be working from home occasionally as well as in the clinic. Goal is for her to have the same experience in either location.Now that I have her set up as a shared line, all her park locations disappeared off her hard phone, and I cannot add her extension as a member of the existing park locations.Is this a supported function within RingCentral?

How do I recover a deleted phone number?

I am the account holder on our company account. I am leaving at the end of the week so want to make my replacement the main account holder and allocate her my extension. She already has a different extension allocated to her and it won't let me change my extension to her as her email is already in use. Can you help? Thanks

I am the admin/owner on our account and I don't use the system at all. However I would like to add one of the team members to the account to make calls and I would like them to have a separate username and password. Possible without paying for a separate user?

Before migrating from Mitel, I could program quickdial extensions on my M695 and it would show me if that extension was on the phone, DND, or available. Is it possible to program those features on my IP6920/M695 on RingCentral? I can get something similar on the HUD, but I would like it all on the single screen of the expansion card.
