Can a RingCentral call be initiated from a browser on an iPad much like it Chrome on a desktop with the extension installed?

The RingCentral API allows only 99 call logs at one go to be downloaded , is there any way that I can download the entire call log during a period of time of a company in just one go?

Do we have a concept of delivery reports (like read receipts in emails ) in RingCentral ApI's. If so, I would like to integrate the RingCentral SMS API in my C# based program and want to receive delivery reports of the SMS sent . Can I be helped with a sample code where such a case was successfully integrated .

The current RingCentral FAX API allows only to enter the recipient phone number and documents list . I would like to mention the Recipient company name, Recipient name as well . Is there a possibility to enter these fields? If yes, please guide me with tutorials.

Hi,We are facing an issue where the text (SMS) messages sent with Portuguese special characters such as "é","á","ê" via API are not delivered.If we remove the special characters it works like a charm, however, it is very bad to send with them.Any suggestion?

U.S. based Ringcentral Cisco desk phone connecting to a Mac.So I just received my Cisco SPA508G phone. I have a Mac. Due to wireless issues I am running a hardline from our internet providers modem > our router > my computer. How should I connect the phone to the internet AND the computer? Should the line running from the router go directly into the back of the phone, with the computer "jumped" off the phone? Or should I run the hard line to the computer then "jump" the phone off the computer? In either case which port does the computer and hard line plug into the phone? . I see an "SW" port and a "PC" port.

I get the following message when I click on the > (play) button. I can play messages on my Android phone but not my Win 10 laptop. "cannot play the voice mail message because audio file is invalid" Release: 10.3.5.34099

During this period with only the desktop RingCentral Phone app, will presence and status set in RingCentral (mobile or desktop) sync with the RingCentral Phone desktop app? I'm forced to use the RingCentral mobile app while the office is using RingCentral Phone on our desktops (much better interface with the HUD than the desktop RingCentral app has for our needs, frustrated by its retirement), and it seems the two different apps don't communicate.

Trying to change the Presence numbers on my desk phone (VVX 411). The changes take and show while in the configuration setup online (https://service.ringcentral.com/application/settings/settings/phonesAndNumbers/phone), but don't make it to the actual phone whenever I select a reset of the phone to push those changes. Any thoughts?

This is NOT a "question" and it CERTAINLY is not "praise"! RingCentral conference call disaster! I tried to use the conference call feature for a telephonic conference. It was a disaster. Intermittent crosstalk from some other conversation drifted in and out, rendering our conversation unintelligible. After a frustrating and embarassing minute I had to shout repeated suggestions to the other participants to pursue alternative arrangements. Never did succeed in reconnecting all participants. Terrible! How can I ever use this "service" again? How can I "invite" people I need to confer with to a session of pure frustration and embarrassment? How can I know that's not what I'm doing whenever I try to use RingCentral? Conference capability is part of what I am paying you for. You have one very unhappy customer. And this "posting" is supposed to substitute for a complaint policy? You have one very doubly unhappy customer.

I would like to add Pager Message authorization in my existing SMS , would that be possible ? My app is coded in C# and integrated with RingCentral SMS API

Is there a way to read SMS messages from multiple accounts from one logged in account (i.e. can the admin/superuser log with their credentials to read messages for all of its employees?).

Does RingCentral API provide webhooks ? Custom or standard ? I was unable to find information regarding this , please guide me through.

I am getting 50+ fraudulent calls a day each from a different number. (No one is ever on the other line). It seems that through this activity they are also gaining access to my account to make calls, tons of them I guess because Ring Central has now billed me twice in 3 days for call overage charges. The chat line has no idea how to deal with this except to change the phone number I have had for 7 years. There must be some technical way to deal with these fraudulent incoming and outgoing calls??

My basic question is, if we have multiple Extensions in our account, then how to get the details of the Extension or User which got the call. A call can be received by a particular User or Extension, but how to check which User/Extension have done that? Any API which can reflect that?

Can ringcentral integrate with office 365?I didn't find any link or reference on this

I just tried to have a conference call with some colleagues in our London office. I dialed in using our local conference number and they used the UK number, and even though we had both dialed in, we were all placed on hold and the conference never opened up. and I made sure to check out Enable Join Before Host, so it shouldn't have anything to do with using the host code.WHAT IS HAPPENING?
