With my app, that is already promoted to Production environment, I have no problem sending SMSs to US Phones.However, when I try to use international phones, the API call fails, with this response:HTTP Status: 403 ForbiddenContent: { "errorCode" : "MSG-386", "message" : "The destination is disabled.", "errors" : [ { "errorCode" : "MSG-386", "message" : "The destination is disabled." } ]}In my account settings, the country related to the phone number is enabled.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks.Ignacio Alvarez

Hi community,I have issue regarding using sip server in C# to answer the call that has been supervised by party and send to my device.During the development phase we were using your RingCentral phone (windows) application, to automatically register device and answer the calls, that were supervised by party. During testing phase we notice that phone application is add calls on hold if there are simultaneous. So we develop and active SIP Server that will register our device and respond to the SIP messages.Issue:We successfully registering extension programmatically in code. After every call, we supervise by party and receive event “INVITE”, on which we are trying to respond with “TRYING” and “200OK (SDP)”, in order to answer the call and receive the RTP data. I'm not sure how to start, but we have a node app that was built off the example oauth app from the dev guide. It's been built out to basically monitor the presence status of an extension, updating every 5 seconds. Multiple users should be able to login and their sessions are being stored using express-session and MySQL store.It seemed to work fine but when testing with multiple users, if one user hits the /logout endpoint, then the other user(s) get logged out as well. I have no idea where to start with this or what could be causing it. When I use the team messaging create post endpoint, it posts a message with my extension as the author. Is it possible to make the author of the post a different extension user, one made specifically for using the API? The documentation doesn't seem to show a parameter for specifying author of the post. If it is always the "logged in" user, is there a way to change that user? I'm using JWT authorization flow and Node.js client libraries. We are trying to Register a SoftPhone using the Register Device API available in RingCentral. However, we are getting the "device is not allowed for other" if we are using the SoftPhone device id as the Input parameter. Please refer the screenshot below:Here, we are using the "WSS" transport type to register the Ringcentral Softphone. Also, we noticed that if we are not providing the device id, api gives the 200 Ok response code. It returns the SIP Information of the WebPhone instead of the Softphone (already assigned to the user) . Kindly help to resolve this issue.

I did a research on available sdks and libraries for Golang and i like this one: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-go/blob/master/ringcentral.go although it is not mentioned as an official sdk on the https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/sdks. Is it considered obsolete? If no, then why it is not on the sdk page? I need something well tested, reliable and simple.
