TCR Help with Rejection- Clarify

Hi,I need help please with submitting my TCR registration. I have tried 4 times now, and still is rejected, but it is unclear why. I am a small business and trying to use the ringcentral phone for basic communication with my customers. How can I get specific help with how to complete this for my industry? There seems to be confusion on what is prohibited or not, and looking at the guidelines what I do is not prohibited, but ringcentral keeps telling me it is, because I don’t have a person who is looking at my account, and seeing what has worked with businesses that are similar in my industry. Other phone carriers (not ringcentral) are approving businesses in my industry and I really don’t want to have to switch my phone # to another carrier (what a hassle after purchasing the phones, and setting up the system and porting my # to ringcentral this year!) just because I can’t get help with how to complete for my industry. Thank you for your assistance!

Ringcentral Message Dialogue Opening at Windows Startup

Ever since the most recent update to my installation of Ringcentral, the Ringcentral message window is opening when Windows starts (refer to the attached example). I don't recall authorizing this behavior, nor even being given an opportunity to authorize the behavior. Please let me know how to disable the autostart of Ringcentral – Message

2 separate companies

I use the Ring Central for my current company and I'm starting a second job that also uses Ring Central for phone service. Can I have both companies set up to work on my smartphone simultaneously? I am the owner and admin for the first, but only an employee for the second.

Forwarding calls to an external number

I cannot seem to be able to forward calls to an external number. I get the following message : “you cant forward calls to a number assigned to your account. To forward calls to another extension, please select the extension directly.” Note : the external number I am trying to forward to has been scheduled to be ported into RingCentral next week. Thanks

Mobile App contacts out of sync with company contacts

HiWe have users who are reporting their RC mobile app and RC desktop app are out of sync with the RC company directory(what I see in the Admin console).The mobile app is still showing "dead" users with no way to re-sync with the main company directory to get the latest company address book.The Desktop app lists a mixture of existing, new(added in the last few days) and staff who have been removed from the Admin console and no longer active.Thoughts?ThanksMike

Hi,So, I’m basically looking for a possible option to see if we can text certain clients giving them an option to have us contact them if it’s something they’re interested in.For instance (just an example):Hey, we’ve got a great sale going on right now and we wanted to know if you’d like (insert person’s name here) to give you a call back about your options. If you would, press the button and someone will get back to you soon....and then have a button inserted in the text, that if the customer/client pushed, a notification would be sent via email or text back to the number we set up within the button to call the number that the push came from.Does this sound like something that could be done within the options we have currently on the messaging/texting capabilities via RingCentral? Thanks

Pause before paging over intercom

When our receptionist tries to page over the intercom, there is maybe a 30 second pause before she can page. Can that pause be removed? This is making it harder for her to page over the intercom quickly and get back to a incoming call.

SMS in call queue

We want to port in a number from a cell phone that is primarily used for sms with customers with customers sending their orders. Currently the physical phone floats between several people in the office so we’d want to create a queue (I assume) and then have the people that use the physical phone currently be in that queue. The problem I see however is there does not seem to be a way to respond to SMS in the desktop app from a queue number or see SMS received by the queue number within the desktop app. Thoughts on how to get this done in a functional way?

Volume low after pressing keys

When I’m calling a call center or customer service, as they navigate you through the innumerable menu items, after pressing each key, the voice of the other person/machine is lowered for about 3-4 seconds, making it impossible to hear what they are saying, especially if I need to press another key. Is there any way to disable this behavior? I want the IVR on the other side to be on full volume the entire time. Thank you.

Transferring to VM using Yealink T57@

We just received a desktop phone through Ringcentral (Yealink T57W) and I don’t see any feature to transfer callers to an employee’s voicemail. When using the Ringcentral App, there was an option to transfer to vm when the employee was on a call. Is there any way to transfer calls to vm using the Yealink T57W desktop phone?

voice quality on app

I’m not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue or if there’s a solution for it.When we answer phone calls through the app, the call quality on the client’s side is poor. By “poor,” I mean it feels like the client is talking to an agent located somewhere far away, like in Italy. It can be described as a combination of talking on speakerphone and having some sort of echo. As a result, the quality differs significantly from answering a call on a regular landline phone.The internet connection is good, and I’m on WiFi in the office.Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what are the potential solutions?

Calls Not Ringing, Results in Missed Calls - RC App

Some users just suddenly started not receiving calls but instead calls are just showing up as missed calls. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app temporarily fixes the issue but it returns within a short time. These same users are also experiencing the issue with their RC apps at home on their laptops (work laptops at home and desktops in the office). They are not set for call forwarding and don't have any after hours set up.Any suggestions on how to correct this issue? It's been working fine for a few weeks then this started happening this morning.
