We have been experiencing SMS delays for the past 2 months now. Usually starting around 10AM CST our driver's messages start getting delayed by 15 mins up to over an hour. Some messages that were sent later are received 1st creating very confusing communications.  Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Tech support hasn't been much help as they themselves haven’t figured out what is causing the delays. The majority of the delays have come from contractors who utilize T-mobile, AT&T and at least one on the Verizon network.

We have been troubleshooting this for two years - is anybody else having this issue?We use Ring Central desktop app (doesn’t matter if you use the browser version of Ring though), and use Plantronics Voyager 5200 and 4210 headsets.The first outgoing call made of the day for users, IF they have not received a call yet, always starts with about 5-10 seconds of a full dropped network connection.You can literally see the dial pad taking about 5-10 seconds showing “No network” on the connection bars, and then it clears up and for the rest of the day there are no further issues.This has been frustrating to say the least, and we have apparently uncovered that this is a Microsoft issue in how it is handling Ring Central calls. At least, that is what Ring Central support has finally determined. Is anybody else having this problem?? We have 15 message only extensions setup as efaxes and am trying to generate a report that lists each one of the efax extensions and gives a total for each for a specified date range. I've tried utilizing the call log but it only allows me to select one extension at a time which is quite time consuming since this will be run on a weekly basis. I've also looked under the analytics reports but am not seeing any criteria for message only extensions. Am I missing something? Is there a better way of doing this?

We have 3 extensions.  Only 1 of the 3 receives faxes, although all 3 can send faxes.

I use chrome and gmail on a mac. Voicemails are forwarded to my gmail as attachments. All of a sudden all incoming audio mp3 attachments (voicemails) will not open - error message - there was a problem playing this audio file. Nothing changed on my end. Cannot seem to get it working - frustrated.,I use chome and gmail - all of a sudden when I click on voicemail attachment it says there is a problem playing the audio file and cannot listen to the attachment voicemail - help!!

We have turned on call screening for calls without caller ID because we’ve been getting slammed with malicious anonymous calls.  When testing the call screening using we’ve found that RingCentral will prompt the caller for a name, but that name doesn’t seem to be being played back to the person answering the call.  It doesn’t seem to show up anywhere.  Does someone know what the reason for this would be and what to do to get these screened call names to play?

How can I turn off voicemail for our efax numbers?

Hi, we have white PolyEdge 350 IP phones.  Some of the phones are wall mounted and we keep losing the handset clips.  Does anyone know where we can order them and a part number?

Does the RC Connect replace the RC app I have on my iPhone?  We are a small business, there are only 2 of us, at the moment who need to use RC.  We do have a white page lic. version of GHL for CRM, I am also having issues integrating the RC Connect 2.0 beta that I just added via Chrome extension.  Bryant just finished a great demo.  I just thing we need some 1-on-1 set up support and settings adjustments. I know that we have been having issues answering calls through the app on our iPhones.

As far as I can tell the new AI Assistant note taking and transcription features are only available if the call is taken on the desktop app or phone app. What about calls that are made or received using a physical desk phone? 

Hi, Is there a way to easily see the data for which phone numbers were dialed/called for a time period? We have several numbers we use for different marketing. Don’t see anywhere that we can break down how many calls were dialed to each. (these are extra $5 local numbers)Thanks

My Shokz headset is not able to answer my Ring calls. I can use the Shokz speaker and microphone when I answer on the computer with my mouse, but not able to use the headset controls to answer.

I preformed the correct steps to complete a conference call, and it did not work.  The first person got disconnected when calling the 2nd person.  This process has happened on other teammates desk phones.  I cannot complete any conference calls from any desk phone which is a new event.  The phones always let us do conference but in the last couple of weeks we cannot complete.  These are the steps I am taking. Start a Call: Begin by calling the first person you wish to include in the conference. Initiate Conference: Once the first person has answered and you are on an active call, look for the "More" softkey on your phone's screen. Press it, and then select the "Confrnc" or "Conference" softkey. This will put the current call on hold. Dial the Second Person: Dial the phone number or extension of the second person you want to add to the call.

I have my contacts from Outlook linked to RingCentral.  I’m having two issues with notes.First, Notes field seems to be limited to 100 characters in RingCentralSecond, Notes field removes all new-line characters which makes the notes hard to read.Is there a way to work around these limitations?

When I am already on a phone call, when an incomming call comes in, the new call is answered instead of going to the next extension or to voice mail.

We will be using our own non-provisioned phones, the Poly Rove40’s.  Our main number will be ported over to Ring Central on Tuesday (1/27) at 10 am CST.  This is in the middle of our busy time.  Can I provision the phones ahead of time (a day or two ahead of time) to where I can just unplug our old phones and plug in our new phones once we get confirmation of a successful port, and not miss any calls?

When one person in our office answers a call, their notes automatically begin taking notes as intended. When they either transfer that call to another person in the office or place the call on hold and another person picks it up, the second person to accept that call is unable to start taking notes. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

How can I turn off email notifications for calls and texts?

As per title.I've got the MSI latest version installed, and tried with local administrator credentials on the pc, along with regular user, tried running the teams desktop plugin as admin and teams as regular user (then the reverse of that), tried the latest teams versus teams classic (with same admin/non admin or full admin) and in every scenario, this is what's happening:Teams opened and logged in, click on ringcentral embedded app in teamsManually opened ringcentral for teams desktop plugin, appears to be runningGo back to teams and ringcentral embedded app says 'Loading RingCentral desktop plugin...' with no further informationTried checking logs (windows event viewer, rc logs etc) and not sure what exactly is stopping it.Were I to guess, something is stopping the embedded app from 'seeing' that the desktop plugin is running, but I don't know how else to get around that (having already disabled a
