Where is the email address set for the system mailbox ?

I curranty have a ring central account and I use the window desktop App to bulk text my customers invitation to join our service list. I am aware that ring central will require all ring central users to register the phone number with the Registry. Will the Desktop Text feature continue to work the same. I am able to bulk text and blind copy my clients 10 at a time . Will Ring Central continue to support this app or will you for me to migrate over to your enhance texting program?

We already uploaded the SMS Registration form to your Dropbox, but we didn't receive any confirmation. When can we start sending SMS in a normal way again?

I use ring central for running a support help desk. I'd like to add a standing conference call as an option for IVR when our call volumes are very high during a service outage. Rather than having tons of users calling individually with the same issue, I'd like a live conference led by a single person who can field lots of users at once. I'd like a solution that stays entirely inside RingCentral and doesn't require a handoff to another call provider.

We are using RingCentral's computer app with the phone icon with bluetooth headsets. We have this super long terms and conditions text we have to read the customer and then wait for them to say "I agree". I thought it would be really great if we could just play a pre-recorded terms and conditions audio which asks them at the end to say "I agree". At which point we know they have accepted.What would be the best way to do this? I've been looking around trying to find the best option but most are super complicated and I think they will cause issues for our sales people.Has anyone had any experience with this or know a good possible solution?Thank you!

We ported over our main phone number and what was our fax number previously. Am I able to assign what was our fax number before to the company fax in RingCentral? How do I do that?

We use OBi302 ATA's for our fax machines. When you first set up the ATA the login is admin and password is admin. Once it is connected to Ring Central you can not get into the ATA with that login and password. Does anyone know what the credentials change to once it is connected to Ring Central?

Scenario:We use RC MVP with live reports licensing.I have a call queue configured and a supervisor has noticed on the live reports that a specific user goes from ringing to available while the other reps continue to stay in ringing statusI can recreate this behavior in live reports by being available for calls but pressing the red ignore button on the incoming call. Other users still see the call but my status in the live reports does the same thing (ringing to available while others remain in ringing status).I am looking to see if there is a way to pull this info from the logs. As this may be used for corrective action purposes, I need to be able to verify this is what the system sees this user doing.Happy to provide as much detail as I can

We are a new user of Spectrum Business RingCental VOIP customer. I am trying to get the system programmed to put into use. I have recorded a custom message that is supposed to play when calling the main number. The call routing is dial extension at anytime, dial 9 for directory, or 0 for operator. I have called Spectrum Business support multiple times and they can't solve the problem. As far as I can see, the portal is configured correctly. All phones have been tested and ready to install and port our AT&T number over for the main number. I need help to solve this problem, before we go any further. Is there a way I can talk directly to someone at RingCentral to get this problem fixed?

In our organization we have many tasks with similar names. Is there a way that when a task is created it can be created with a unique number attached to it?

I've deleted the app, but I still get calls through my cell phone. I only want them to come through my desktop app. How can I remove the connection between the Iphone and my ringcentral incoming calls?

Is there a way we can have 'short' extensions set up for transferring within a site?We have a large number of clinics each who usually only transfer between themselves: Each site has a 3 digit cost center, so for the most part our extensions are always costcenter and then the 'true' extension number.We sometimes have requests to try and shorten them, but it isn't really an option: Particularly for users who want to have reserved ones like extension 1 or 0.I did however come up with an idea which might be possible to implement: Site extensions.The idea is that each user (Or queue, etc) can have an optional site extension: This only has to be unique per site, and should ideally be turned on per site. It doesn't have to be related to the main extension.When the user wants to transfer, they hit the transfer button, and dial * or # before the extension itself: The * or # tells Ring Central that it should try to use a short extension within the site of the calling pho

I used to be able to add Limited Extension into the Call Handling area on users as I would create a user called Ring All that would allow all phones to ring in a location. As of 12/20/22 I have noticed that I can no longer add Limited Extensions in to the Call Handling so they will ring with the rest of the phones in the location. Is this a new bug or a restriction that has been placed on limited extensions?

I have the call queue setup to ring all phones simultaneously. I'd like the calls to go to voicemail if no one picks up after 10 rings. Is that possible?

Hi, I am a super admin user and I can't send text messages using our company number. I can receive text messages but I can't reply to the conversation. Text messages using my direct number works fine but having troubles with company number. Thanks!

Hi Team,As discussed, with one of your ref and supervisor name Richerd, escalating the same issue from last two months.Still the missed calls issue persist however, it is just not an technical issue, its impacting my business. Still as you requested we have shared you the sample Nos.for the same missed calls issues.Please note the behaviour expected from the Ring Central account if our customer calls the ring central TFN it is should get route to the particular campaign and with in 3 to 6 rings my advisors should get notification & he should be able to answer the calls. However which is not happening the moment customer is calling to on out TFN without any notifications to the assigned extensions under Brosecure campaign calls are getting dropped which is reflecting in the systems as missed calls. We keep getting a message from RingCentral saying "this number has been disabled. please contact your admin or ringcentral support" and I never disabled a number. I have no idea how this even got disabled.Any clues on how/why RC disabled outbound calls to a number?

Hello all, New to RingCentral Engage Voice (not Digital). Question - some of our agents are commenting that the system is hanging up on them while in the process of leaving their customers a voicemail on a manual outbound call. I know there are various timers associated with manual outbound calls, but cannot seem to find any information about what may be controlling the amount of time the agents have to leave voicemail messages.Any light that can be shed on this is much appreciated.Happy Holidays!Thank you!Selena
