We don't do large texts or use short code. Really there is no way for a mobile company to know we are a business, so why do we have to register? We have 1 line and 1 person using the system.

I have an EIN but use a dba for my business website. How can I register for TCR under my dba?

When we visit the TCR website the first registration option is to get setup with TCR as a CSP. This also requires that we pay a $200 registration fee. Neither registration as a CSP nor the required fee were specified in the RingCentral documentation for this process.We are a freight forwarding company...not a communications service provider. It seems to us that RingCentral should be registering our business and providing a portal for us to register any campaigns we wish to undertake.Would someone kindly shed a bit more light on this process and why RingCentral is passing the cost of registering RingCentral phone numbers to their customers?

I'm having trouble finding information about how to extend the limit of 49 lines on a single "campaign".Does anyone know of a work around for the extension limit or must I create multiple campaigns to cover all of my extensions?

We don't text customers, we mainly receive texts, very minimum (i.e. 2 step verification type texts), do we still need to set a SMS campaign?

Why are users down with SMS if all users have until 3/31 to comply with the new rules? The fix should not be case by case and “we are investigating” just open it up globally while you then fix individual issues. We are literally losing business. @Becky-Community_Manager

Confused on the registration. Is Ring Central charging $40 do facilitate the registration process of registering my SMC? They provided me the attached form to fill out for the registry process. Is this all I need to do? is fill out that form and send it to Ring Central. Also, why can't I just submit the form to the csp.campaignregistry.com or should I use Ring Central because there advantages of using you guys to facilitate this process.

After registering your SMS phone number business name with the registry, Will consumers now have caller id when you text them to see who is calling. For instance if your company name is Billy Bang Shrimp company. Will the customer automatically see that name when receiving a text. I do not want my callers to see the company name because I use one phone to service three of my companies and it would confuse them to get a caller id call form a different company

Hello,I'm new to RingCentral and a little confused about the best practices around managing the Client ID and Client Secret.I'm building an integration for an e-commerce platform to allow transactional order messages to be sent to customers via SMS. In the past, with other API integrations, I've created an interface in the platform's Admin panel where the merchant (owner of the store/website) can configure their access credentials that are used for retrieving the API token.If I understand RC correctly, however, I must first create an App and then somehow provide the merchant with its Client ID and Client Secret. Those values, in turn, would be used to collect the merchant's access credentials (in the Admin panel) via OAuth or a JWT.Is it safe to store the Client ID and Client Secret in my integration, or is there a better way to provide them to the merchant?My intention is to make this integration available publicly to merchants and have it be as simple as possible

I have a phone in a common area and I need to have it automatically dial the receptionist when the handset is picked up. This is a pretty common feature among phone systems, however I have not been able to figure out how to accomplish this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

We are using Consumer (P2P) MessagingMy question is how to find whether i am sending 2,000 messages per month to T-Mobile subscribers or not?

Since the new phone view, I've had several issues where it takes almost a full minute for the phone tab to load at all, and sometimes 2 or 3 minutes for a recent call to show up in the list. It used to be instant. Is there a way to restore the previous version?

We utilize texting by texting other business' who agreed to receive text messages from us via a business contract. We are a transportation company who texts drivers if they fail to provide updates on the loads they are handling. If the business doesnt want to receive text/call, we do not do business with them.The issue is understanding how to fill in the TCR as we don't have any Opt in/out messages nor do we qualify for any high volume texting. How do we fill out that portion of the document as we are really handling the approval prior to receiving the phone number. It seems the document is geared towards consumer protection but fails to address any business to business related text messages.

I am using company call logs sync api to get all the callLogs and storing them in a table. Sometimes I am getting exception because the table schema requires every session Id to be unique but callLog of same session Id is being retrieved occasionally. I am using latest Isync token for every api call.

Hello,Happy New Year!I am trying to send text sms from the desktop app and from mobile device but not able to send text sms and not receiving them as well. The + option for new texts is not visible on the desktop app, neither is the option to send a new text available in the drop-down options menu on the top-right. We have a very low monthly volume of received messages (5 to 10) to our RC business phone number (we don't send out messages). What fees are we going to be charged each month with the implementation of this upcoming TCR stuff?
