Ring Central's Admin Portal is a scam and also the Setting up TCR registration and assigning numbers to your SMS campaigns (ringcentral.com) where it doesn't even say anything about the delay it would take for provisioning numbers. In Admin Portal, it says it would take a couple of hours but how long does Ring Central's "couple of hours" take?I already assigned the numbers to the campaigns which are already registered, so I waited for the ETA that the 4 Customer Support from the TCR Ring lines that I've talked to which they said 2-3 hours. And guess what? It is still not even now (7 hours) and we can't use our SMS on Ring. Now, talking to their supervisor and they told me it would take 72 hours. What a scam.It affects a lot of businesses when you are not correctly saying the right time it would take for them to use a certain system/product. I plan to loop through the pages of result sets using the nextPage object URI within the navigation object.Let's say there's some error that occurs, and I'm able to preserve the nextPage URI in my error logs. How long will that nextPage URI be valid for, so that I can resume fetching the rest of the result set?

I have been using the API to fetch message data, but I noticed that the API response does not include any information about message reactions.I could not find any information about reactions in the API response or the reference documentation. I noticed there is a field named `iconEmoji` in the API reference, but I am unsure if it is related to reactions.My questions are:Is the `iconEmoji` field related to message reactions in any way?Is there an endpoint or method in the RingCentral API to retrieve reaction data for messages in team messaging?If the API does not currently support reactions, do you have any plans to add support for them in the future?I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide on this matter. Hello,I am trying to implement rich text to the messages presented on my app's frontend (bold, italic, strikethrough, increase/decrease indent, bulleted/numbered list) by converting message body text received through RingCentral into html strings.I am receiving message text in a tweaked type of Markdown in my get requests, which I see is called Mini Markdown made by RingCentral.These message strings are very tricky to convert into HTML using typical libraries for that, such as markdown-it, marked, showdown etc. because of the specific deviations from Markdown conventions in these message body strings I'm receiving through RingCentral API. I get a lot of bugs and have to customise logic in most rich text scenarios.For example, a bulleted list whose indentation is increased by the 'Increase indent' button in RingCentral app looks like this:It is presented like this in message body when fetching messages:Markdown-to-HTML libraries can't convert this to a bulleted list,

We the registered the TCR though ring central. 1) Can and should we also register with the website www.campaignregistry.com 2) Is there like a customer portal with the TCR to show you if there any any complaints or fines on your account. What happens in the future if there are fines or issues with your compliancy where do we handle these matter. Though ring central or directly on TCR websites?

I do not understand why we need to ask for our customer permission to text them, then ask the next time they text us permission to continue to text them. Why can't we just ask in the first opt in the question if its ok if we continue to text them per scheduling service invites things related to our company services

We currently only use SMS to remind current employees that their timecards are due or if there are questions regarding their timecards. We do not currently have an "opt-in" procedure.1. Do current employees who are already texting us need to opt-in?2. Are we able to send them a text message asking if they would like to receive timesheet reminders or not and count this as their opt-in or out response?

If we are only using Ring Central for voicemail, do we still have to register for TCR?

My company is small, and we primarily use Glips for messaging; we never use SMS text. Do we still need to create a campaign? According to what I read, if we register/create a campaign, but don't use text periodically, we could (and probably) will be fined. Seems silly.

I am an attorney. Typically, I send and receive less than 100 texts per month. I am not using SMS for marketing purposes. Usually, an existing client texts me a question. I text a response. A potential client may text and request representation/legal services. Does RC want a sample of these types of texts in order to authorize my continued use of Ring Central SMS?

All inbound calls are greeted with "thank you for calling (business name), one of our agents will be with you momentarily". How do I change it so that inbound callers only hear a conventional ring tone? We are a 3-person family business rather than some mega corp.

We do not want to use the SMS text feature. We've tested and if someone texts us it looks like the text has been received, even though we do not receive it. Is there a way to reject inbound texts or send back a failed delivery notice?

I have had this account and phone number for 7 years now and use this as my personal and primary line to call and text my clients. I have been using it for years.. I don't use it as a big campaign, or send out hundreds or thousands of messages at once. My clients have already agreed to talking to me with my outbound agents. Transitioning to using an opt-in will kill my responses from my clients with them thinking its a bot talking to them and not me. I will leave RingCentral if I have to use Opt-in and opt-out for this personal business line that I have been using for 7 years. Is there a way around this or am I misunderstanding this whole process?

When applying, it says our address needs to match the address from our EIN application form, (which was outside of the US at the time of applying). However when I fill out the application it does not allow me to change the country field. Is there any way to submit an application in this situation? It says if they do not match it will be rejected automatically, so I'm not sure how to fix this.

We are a Non-Profit. We obtain donations through our 3rd-party payment processor's configurable forms on our website. Phone and Mobile Phone are among the available fields. Is it necessary that our processer's form "State that recipients are consenting to receive SMS messages...?"

In the RC portal, it states:Conversational messagesHigh volume: Frequent text messages to customers (i.e., daily or weekly)Low volume: A few text messages to customers (i.e., monthly)However, in a tutorial I watched (I think the How to Self Register Vimeo), it defines Low Volume as less than 15,000 SMS a month and up to 6 SMS per minute. They also call the other option "Standard," not High Volume. I thought we'd qualified for Low Volume, but now I'm not sure. Thank you.

Can someone at RingCentral please directly answer or give examples for how a business that is only using SMS for direct (non marketing) texting would submit a campaign application? How can we ask for opt-in from individuals who text us directly? How about vendors who use text for business purpose? A working example of the application process start to finish would be most helpful.To summarize, how does a business that is not using SMS for marketing, but rather just for direct one-on-one conversations, submit a campaign application?
