I've been unable to create a ticket or even login to the RingCentral site. They are trying to charge me $400 for an unlimited line without me upgrading. I've been on their $120 plan for almost 10 years. Does anone know a number to get a human over there?

We are hosting a RingCentral meeting and users with Chromebooks are not able to join or are being kicked off. Is there a solution for them to be able to join? The meeting uses breakout groups so we would like them to join using the app.

Hello. We have an IVR setup with 5 menu selections. When option 3 is selected (for example) we want to play massage a recorded message for those callers and then transfer the call where it needs to go, in our case a call queue.Is this possible to do and if so, is possible to do without incurring an additional monthly fee?Thanks

Korea call central agent getting delay on voice from Korea customers. Has any one had this issue.

When a file is shared...I click on it...it begins downloading then immediately says "paused." When clicking resume, it immediately goes back to pause. Is there something in my setting that is off? My co-workers do not have this issue and we all use Macs.

Issue I have is while I am on the phone, people call the "Call Queue" that I am member of, the call does not show up on the display for me to pickup. Basically I would like to answer call queue while I am on active call.

Hi RC Community,I am a super admin of our RC Phone. All of our agents are still receiving calls while engaged in another call. They are members of the call queue while the next incoming calls came from the call queues as well. Is there a way we can restrict the next incoming calls then go straight to the next available agent?

I have used the assisted provisioning and manually provisioned my Polycom VVX 400 several times with several different phones. I've always been able to access the polycom admin menu using 456 or the password I set. I recently discovered that my password didn't work. I factory reset and then provisioned using the assisted and then manually. After provisioned my admin password whether default or reset to a custom password, neither works. What happened and why is RC locking me out of my phone??? How do I access the admin menu in my polycom phone after it's provisioned?

We often get calls to the helpdesk where a user has inadvertently set their Do not disturb to on and/or set the ring/call volume to its lowest setting.Is there a method via Ring Central admin to set those back to a default state?I am using Ring Central Admin Portal on Polycom phones.
