I am looking for a report that shows the fax usage by user using the desktop app or the mobile app. Does anything like this exist?Thank you

Every morning I pop out my phone HUD so I can monitor what employees are answering calls. For some reason it vanishes after a couple of calls and I have to pop it out again. I never close my ring app. Any idea why this keeps happening?

Hello, is there an app that we can use that allows us to take notes during a phone call and in addition if a note exists for that customer and they call again then the note would pop up. Is there an app that does that?

We have a user that uses a Destop app at the office and when he makes an outgoing call there is no dial tone. This happens intermittently. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesnt. We reinstalled the app, tested on new computer, different headsets, ran driver/windows updates.

Is there a way that users can log into and out of a call group/queue themselves without having to contact an admin? We have a revolving list of people who are "on call" and answer an emergency line. We would like for them to be able to log in/out of the call group without admin intervention. Thanks

I've had a couple of Ring Groups setup for years that ring five desk phones. One staff member has been working from home so adjusted the settings to ring her desktop/mobile app. The calls are coming through but in looking at the billing all inbound calls to these Ring Groups are now showing up in the Mobile Users History. Why would a valid licensed user extension be considered as forwarding to an external number?

Our company uses a blend of MVP and ringCX. Our inbound calls get routed through MVP into ringCX. Currently all of our agents are not setup to allow Off-Hook Calls. To use api generated calls agents must be set up to allow Off-Hook calls. Will this affect our inbound qeueu's? If so, how?

Hi, I'm pulling data from the /completed/contacts endpoint of the NICE reporting API and I can't find a way to see whether an outbound call (isOutbound = TRUE) was answered or not. If I base a non-answer on when the agentSeconds = 0, I get really high answer rates (98%) I believe because agentSeconds includes time spent leaving a voicemail which I don't want to count as answered. If I base a non-answer on when the primaryDispositionId is not null, I still get very high answer rates (98%). The only values in our data for dispositionNotes are Busy, Invalid Number, and No Answer. Is there a way that outbound voicemails or non-answers are tracked in the /completed/contacts data that I'm missing? Do we need to reconfigure our API to begin tracking that? Thanks

Is there an API to unassign phone numbers/ move phone numbers to inventory? I tried this POST command to remove a phone number from an extension: https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Phone-Numbers/addNumbersToInventoryV2 but it gave a forbidden warning saying I'm out of licenses. Is this the wrong command and is there a right one?
