ability to have users/extensions to select language for the outgoing announcement that the call is being recorded. as of right now, announcement is only in english for all extensions. no option for selecting a different language if the user is in a different country and is not using english as their primary language; therefore, caller has no idea that the call is being recorded, or doesn't have an option to opt out because the announcement is in english.

According to this screenshot, this call was MISSED, but has a length of 4 minutes and 28 seconds. Am I reading this correctly? What does that mean?

For the last week or two, PDF previews no longer seem to work on the RingCentral desktop app. Help?Is there any way to work around this or is this a known issue that's being worked on? Thanks,

I'm not receiving calls from our Belgium team whereas two other colleagues do, we both have the same setup, when I ring the Belgium number from my mobile the other two colleagues phones ring but not mines, any reasons why this happens?

Using the softphone (RingCentral Phone 10.3.5.34099), when I park a call to a park group and then pick up the call, I can't park it again to the same or another park group.I don't experience this problem when parking to a public park -- I can park the call, pick it up, and park it again as many times as I want.Is this a known limitation, or do I have something configured incorrectly?

They are the same pharmacies. I am able to receive faxes from them but they cannot receive mine. This has been going on for two years now. Ring Central has a responsibility to make its system compatible with all faxes. Some faxes (especially toll-free numbers) may have restrictions with receiving a fax only from certain area codes which makes me wonder whether my faxes are not being rerouted through a different area code. I know for a fact that at least once, the recipient stated that my fax came form a different area code. WHAT IS GOING ON?4. A few of my users are having some troubles receiving faxes from certain parties.Some users can not receive a Fax from a party, but will have that Party send a Fax to another user and it will come through.I have tested this users account using all different types of Fax Protocols, and they all seem to work, but for some reason, this user can not receive faxes from these certain Parties.Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? Can a caller transfer out of my voice mail by dialing a co-worker's extension?Here's the scenario: I will be on vacation for a week. I want to set a Custom Answering Rule (Users > Call Handling & Forwarding > Advanced) that says for the week of X, send all calls to my VM. I get how to do this using the Date and/or Time rule to set a date range, etc.In my VM greeting I want to give callers the option to leave me a VM or to transfer out of my VM and reach a co-worker if they need help sooner than my return date. I want to say in my greeting, "I will be out of the office until X date and will return calls on that date. If you need immediate assistance, dial extension 1234 to reach the desk of [co-worker's name]."Our old Toshiba phone system did this without fail. We are a coffee shop and would like to verify an Apple ID account for our business iPads running POS. We enter our business phone number, have disabled auto attendance, and ring directly to a cell phone, but the verification call from Apple, does not ever ring thru, show in the call log, etc. Any ideas?

With an incoming call, instead of giving me the green dot for answer and red for reject, my phone makes me swipe, then enter the phone passcode, then I have to press ringcentral on the options on the phone. The other girl who uses it doesn't have to do that. She just presses the green dot and it gives her all the options for the call such as transfer. Please help. Thank you

US / no case #I want to be able to rewind, pause or fast-forward a voicemail when using the desk phone tolisten to voicemail messages. Currently you have to listen to the entire message again. I shouldn't have to listen to the entire voicemail multiple times in order to get the info I need because the person leaving the message spoke too fast, unclearly, etc. It's ridiculous that the phones don't have these options. This should be given HIGH Priority for implementation!

One Iphone RingCentral App user having difficulty with clarity of phone calls. Other users not having issue.

I found a few things on Google about inserting the image, then attaching the link TO the image but those are older articles and Gmail must no longer allow that since it doesn't work for me. How do i modify a play announcement so when my call que rings for a phone number 1 i want to hear incomming call from company 1. and when phone number 2 rings it says incomming call from company 2 ( with the company number being the name of the business they are trying to reach due to the fact that i have 3 companies all working in the same building with 1 phone per receptionist instead of having separate phones for seperate companies

When I have people fax to my number, how do I know it is a fax so I don't answer Then where do I go to find the faxes?

When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification? Does Ring Central not store in the cloud? I have used this product for several years and I could always review sent file documents and save them. All of my files are now gone.

Looks like the RingCentral Phone app for Android has been removed from the PlayStore. RingCentral still has links to download on their website, but the URL isn't returning anything from Google. Is this planned or a hiccup?
