Several of our employee profiles at all of our locations randomly had their 911 addresses removed, disabling outbound calling. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Speed Dial: No contacts listed under Presence. When I try to setup speed dial and go to Users and Presence it does not show anyone to choose to add. My name and extension are the only ones showing.

When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?

On the auto-receptionist default company greeting it is just saying 'my company name' instead of our actual company name. What am I doing wrong? The correct name is set up in the company profile section.

I have a U.S. account. When I click on the billing tab I get the following error message "109. We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time.Please try again later."Any ideas on how to fix this?

What is the best way for 4 customer service reps to add and remove themselves from queue when arriving and leaving work for the day?Also we are recording all incoming calls for quality assurance. We only want Admin to be able to listen to these recordings.  Any ideas?Thanks,Tyler

Does anyone else have an issue with the presence feature either not working or showing delayed results? I blamed our firewall for year, but since lockdown we hace all been working from home with standard home grade routers and it's just as bad. Either not displaying people on the phone at all or there is a lag. It's really annoying when everyone is working from home and we have no visability of their status.

Chat contact made to resolve repeated spam/hack of voicemail service with no response. The email referred for xyz has not responded either. How can we have the repeated charges removed from the client's account and receive reassurance that this will not reoccur?

Why doesn't the call archiver work properly?Every few days I have to go into the Archiver and check for Failed calls over the last week or so and then manually do a Bulk Retry. This has been going on since we joined RIng in 2017. Can this not be resolved? We need all calls archived to Dropbox for Compliance.

I am using a monthly subscription and was asking to reduce the number of lines. I didn't use all the lines anymore since due to COVID-19 our business size reduced dramatically. They anyway told me that I can't do it until the next renewal contract date. Unfortunately, RingCentral the only company that doesn't care about customers' satisfaction.

Is there anyway that the Admin of the account can manually toggle user extensions that are part of the Call Queue from Unavailable status to Available status since user extension have activated their account on their own and there is no way that we can get the login credentials from our users?

I believe Ringcentral changed their policy recently on this. I need to add two users to Ringcentral but they'll be operating from their mobile phones in most cases. Will I have to pay for the full cost of a digital line or just the phone number.

We are trying to add a user to our company's RingCentral system. This particular user is not an employee (a vendor/consultant) so he should not have access to our main company thread where all users on our RingCEntral account is being added automatically. Is there any way to do this?

Is there a way to mass apply a company wide holiday greeting or rule to all users/numbers? I have one set through the auto attendant but it only affects our main line. This leaves me updating another 20+ users rules when we have a holiday come around. It is very time consuming. Surely there is a better way?
