How do I log into ring central through google account?

How do I analyse the call volume handled by each individual member of a ring group?

I am trying to set up a shared lines group. When it asks me to select an existing number or add a new number, it says "no existing numbers found". I have 4 numbers and each number has an assigned phone that is provisioned with Ring Central. I have the premium account.

There is a list of available music on hold files within the web interface. I would like to be able to download all of them to create custom music and message on hold. Asking RC Support I was told that this was not possible.However, this post: https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/hold-music-sg4jkrw3i48lmSeems to prove otherwise. If anyone knows how to download the files, please tell me. I would appreciate it.Thanks

I see this occasionally, but in particular, this morning I'm having a hard time getting into Glip via web browser. I'm clearly entering the correct code, but it's not working. Have tried multiple computers, browsers. Any ideas?

We recently upgraded from standard to premium so we can get rid of gotomeeting and use Ringcentral for online presentations as well, but it turns out we are still limited to 4 attendees per meeting which is really frustrating...All I got from support is that they are aware of it, which doesn't mean anything.I just wanted to find out any details. I do software development myself and I try not to commit to deadlines, but I would like to understand if this being investigated currently, somewhere on the road map for this sprint, next sprint, or just somewhere at the end of a mile long queue in Jira...

Corporate Operations has selected moving our telecommunications system to RingCentral in the "cloud." We are a customer of yours and noticed you changed your primary email domain to ringcentral.biz from ringcentral.comYour email SPF Record is not correctly setup for ringcentral.biz, which is causing your emails to be rejected in our email security solution. Several of our employee profiles at all of our locations randomly had their 911 addresses removed, disabling outbound calling. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Speed Dial: No contacts listed under Presence. When I try to setup speed dial and go to Users and Presence it does not show anyone to choose to add. My name and extension are the only ones showing.

When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?

On the auto-receptionist default company greeting it is just saying 'my company name' instead of our actual company name. What am I doing wrong? The correct name is set up in the company profile section.

Does anyone else have an issue with the presence feature either not working or showing delayed results? I blamed our firewall for year, but since lockdown we hace all been working from home with standard home grade routers and it's just as bad. Either not displaying people on the phone at all or there is a lag. It's really annoying when everyone is working from home and we have no visability of their status.

Chat contact made to resolve repeated spam/hack of voicemail service with no response. The email referred for xyz has not responded either. How can we have the repeated charges removed from the client's account and receive reassurance that this will not reoccur?

Why doesn't the call archiver work properly?Every few days I have to go into the Archiver and check for Failed calls over the last week or so and then manually do a Bulk Retry. This has been going on since we joined RIng in 2017. Can this not be resolved? We need all calls archived to Dropbox for Compliance.

I am using a monthly subscription and was asking to reduce the number of lines. I didn't use all the lines anymore since due to COVID-19 our business size reduced dramatically. They anyway told me that I can't do it until the next renewal contract date. Unfortunately, RingCentral the only company that doesn't care about customers' satisfaction.
