Chat Compliance Exports Not Working

Any one else have compliance export requests in RingCentral app that never complete? I requested exports on 12/23/19 and they're still sitting under a "submitted" status. I've also reached out to support for exports and its taken nearly 3 weeks to get the exports we requested. Whats going on?Version: 19.12.1 (E. 5.0.12)Build: 7 (rev. 825554e5)

Presence feature. Need the ability to answer a call after it was forwarded to another extension.

We have a call tree setup so if our main receptionist is not at her desk it will then ring the 2nd receptionist. I have enabled presence and set the permissions appropriately so they can answer for each other when needed.The issue we have is if recept 1 just misses the call and it goes to recept 2, receptionist 1 cant answer the call. Recept 2 shows up on her display but the extension will not light up giving her the ability to answer that call.Presence works properly on recept 2 where she can see the original call come in to recept 1 and can answer before it transfers to her extension.I'm sure there is an easy fix or explanation for this but I've been unable to figure this out. Any suggestions or help that could be given is much appreciated.

Disable auto purchase

How do you disable auto-purchase?We never want people to be able to make 411 or international calls (or other tolled calls) from our phones, so we never need call credits.We've just been charge $20 for a 0 second 411 call that someone dialled on our phone.

Web version keeps logging out

I am using Ringcentral Web version and it logs out after certain period of time without auto-filling password so I have to manually put in password each time and log back in all the time. You should make the site NOT log out until the user choose it to log out.

New user unable to log in with phone number

A new user is unable to log into the Ring Central website and desktop app using their phone number, however, if they try logging in with our main number + their extension, they can get logged in.

Delay in change of status

When users change their status from Available to Busy or Do Not Disturb quite often there is a delay until other users can see the status change. This obviously is confusing for the other users.Is there a way to fix this?

Auto renewed without notice/can't reduce lines/no one answers or actually helps me!

I have a critical urgent issue. I was auto renewed without knowing, with 20+ plus lines that I don't need. I can't speak with anyone that can actually help me. Spencer, our account manager, doesn't answer emails, has been in and out sick. I can't reduce my lines, speak with anyone that can actually help me. I'm stuck in the most frustrating loop ever!!!!! I need someone to help me get this resolved asap.

I called to DISCONNECT an 800 number ( because i constantly got people calling me looking for other companies!) today and after 30 minutes!! of going back and forth with Diane extension 0468 i come to find out that she never disconnected my line and just made another line the main line. The only reason i found this out is because i asked for a prorated refund on the annual charge that they took from my account. Diane couldn't figure out why i should get a partial refund if i still had ALL my numbers!! I told her not to touch my account and I am currently waiting for a phone call from the supervisor, which apparently will be in 24hrs!!! what the hell!! Can someone please call me?!! worst experience ever!!

Can't login on my account. IN ALL OF MY DEVICES

Hi All!I can't sign in on my account and I keep on receiving that my account is disabled. I tried to talk to the chat support and the only thing he said to me is that I need a card verification for my account BUT the account that I'm using is connected to my Gmail account. I'm using Ring Central for FREE. So, I'm logging in using my gmail account. But last week, I can't login on all of my devices.Anyone knows how can I fix it?Can't contact all the support numbers - I don't know why? Is it because I'm in PH?

Suddently unable to Log in

I've been using a Free Glip account for a few months (I'm the administrator of our little team), but now I am unable to log in from my desktop, Windows 10 app version 19.04.8 (E. 2.0.14) Build 922 (rev. 74530b7). I get either 'RC request failel' or the following message:The *my full email address* company is already on Glip with a different RingCentral Office account (UID *10-dig #*) than yours (UID *different 10-dig #*). Please contact customer support and provide them with a copy of this message.Also, tried from browser (Chrome) - same thing. My mobile devices (Android phone, iPad) are still connected luckily!

Ring Central Toll Free billing

Toll free billing increments seem to be some of the highest I have ever experienced. Previously I used AT&T and then Birch/Fusion. Both charged for 30 seconds minimum per call but then 6 second increments after that. RC rounds up every 30 seconds which i feel is a terrible way to treat customers with high volume toll free. My telecom service expenses have almost doubled due to toll free costs. Having IP phones in a cloud PBX with some additional features does not outweigh the cost of toll free being charged. Shopping around...

Call Parking

On the softphone, there is no indicator to remind you that you have a call on park. Lets say you park a call and then need to click elsewhere on the phone, a call could sit in park forever. There should be some sort of indicator or reminder.

J'avais besoin de 3 lignes tlphoniques virtuelles (que j'avais dj achet un autre client prcdent) et que je suis en vente, je voulais que mes clients puissent maintenant changer de choix. directement au service de la clientle pour que je travaille et que 2 devienne directement moi et pour les nouveaux futurs clients a dj t affaire avec moi. il m'a fait un prix 765 $ tx incl. pour l'anne que j'ai acquitt avec ma carte de crdit d ' un seul coup. Puis 1 mois plus tard j'ai reu une facture de 45 $ ?? I am a dclar to a one time to a decay to a decay. Finalement sur moi, un nouveau contrat d'un an sur moi charge un extra de 340 $. et 2 jours plus tard je reois encore une autre facture de 75 $. On m'a expliqu les 2 factures mais je ne les comprends toujours pas vraiment. J'a
