Hi,I received an email about All customers using SMS must now self-register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) or their SMS traffic will be blocked by the mobile carrier.When I was cheking TCR registration fees page it says Brand vetting fee ($40) - Businesses sending more than 2,000 messages per month to T-Mobile subscribers (without vetting T-Mobile will block your messages once you’ve reached this threshold).And We are not using A2P, automated SMS. We are using Consumer (P2P) MessagingMy question is how to find whether i am sending 2,000 messages per month to T-Mobile subscribers or not?

Hello, I'm trying to send an SMS on our sandbox account and I'm receiving the following error code MSG-242. From the other posts it looks like you are manually giving sandbox accounts the ability to send SMS. I didn't see any automated way to enable that.

Since the new phone view, I've had several issues where it takes almost a full minute for the phone tab to load at all, and sometimes 2 or 3 minutes for a recent call to show up in the list. It used to be instant. Is there a way to restore the previous version?

If we are currently up and running with the sms feature, should we anticipate losing the feature for a while after submitting the TCR form?

Why does extension-to-extension missed calls affect the total number of missed calls?

We utilize texting by texting other business' who agreed to receive text messages from us via a business contract. We are a transportation company who texts drivers if they fail to provide updates on the loads they are handling. If the business doesnt want to receive text/call, we do not do business with them.The issue is understanding how to fill in the TCR as we don't have any Opt in/out messages nor do we qualify for any high volume texting. How do we fill out that portion of the document as we are really handling the approval prior to receiving the phone number. It seems the document is geared towards consumer protection but fails to address any business to business related text messages.

I am using company call logs sync api to get all the callLogs and storing them in a table. Sometimes I am getting exception because the table schema requires every session Id to be unique but callLog of same session Id is being retrieved occasionally. I am using latest Isync token for every api call.

Hello,Happy New Year!I am trying to send text sms from the desktop app and from mobile device but not able to send text sms and not receiving them as well. The + option for new texts is not visible on the desktop app, neither is the option to send a new text available in the drop-down options menu on the top-right. Hello!Currently, I am setting up the scheduled job that is using the API: https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/message-store to get messages and sync them to my system but it is inconvenient. I need a method that can sync the SMS immediately whenever the message is sent to the Ringcentral number. Is there any method that can do it, such as webhook? Please advise.

I'm trying to retrieve the call log for an account in Contact Centre. I have an integration that already works with MVP, using the "/account/~/call-log" endpoint. Will this also work for Contact Centre?I don't have an account against which I can test this available to me, unfortunately, and am not clear on which type of developer account I would need to test this. Apologies if this is something covered in any documentation, I've not managed to find information covering which API is supported for which product.

I am applying the send fax on javascript api and I get already the status of 'Queued'. So, I am wondering how can I see the status like if it is already sent. Do you guys have an example to easily understand where to get the status? Thank you so much for answering everyone :)

I curranty have a ring central account and I use the window desktop App to bulk text my customers invitation to join our service list. I am aware that ring central will require all ring central users to register the phone number with the Registry. Will the Desktop Text feature continue to work the same. I am able to bulk text and blind copy my clients 10 at a time . Will Ring Central continue to support this app or will you for me to migrate over to your enhance texting program?

Good morning, I have a problem with a widget that I am developing with ringencentral and it has to do with SMS, the problem is that I can't send SMS when before I could.The strange thing is that the number I use to send messages have permissions to do it, and when I send the message I get a response that it was sent but does not, I try sending message to different numbers and the problem remains the same.Then I decided to try on the ringcentral page: https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/ and discovered that the documentation to send a message (Send SMS) no longer exists on the page.Are they going to update this api or replace it or why it does not allow to send messages and disappeared from the documentation page?

Hi we are using RingCentral widgets to build the customized SMS chat application. I see that application using pubnub for notifications. When I read about pubnub, looks like its paid version when we have many users. Is this something we have to do or handled by Ringcentral already? Please confirm.
