Can I get a list of the countries that I cannot call via Ringcentral ?

I am migrating my aging ShoreTel system to RC and going through the onboarding process. After configuring my network switches and firewall according to the Network Requirement for Ring Central MVP, I've tried booting up my first three phones, all of which give a "No Service" warning on the display. I opened a ticket with support but only got a few suggestions before I was asked to take the phone home and try it there.The phones in question are Yealink model T42sOn the phone itself, in the status menu, the message is "Account Unregistered", and in the admin console, the icon next to the phones changed from Order in Progress to Offline, so I know the phone is communicating, at least to some degree. A packet capture from the phones web interface shows this as well. Also from the web interface, I am able to ping the provisioning server "yp.ringcentral.com" and the Outbound Proxy Server "sip131-1111.ringcentral.com", but the Account Status says Re

What is the benefit of purchasing Live Reports licenses? We have multiple licenses that I was told we needed to have, they are not assigned to anyone but users are still able to access the reporting area along with the Live Report dashboard. I assigned myself a license but am not seeing any difference in functionality with/without a license.Any additional information would be appreciated.Thank you

We have had many of our Yealink phones become unusable until they are rebooted. I am requesting an engineer to help us find out why 20 or so of our phones are doing this. The latest happened yesterday. The phones touch screen would take 20 - 30 seconds to respond to user input and the dial tone would take 30 seconds to come on once the handset or speaker option was used.Once the phone has rebooted, the issue is resolved. We have had several phones have the issue more than once. Some only happened once. Has anyone had this issue or think of a way to resolve it?

Hi. I accidentally shared a Note to the wrong Glip team and deleted it, not thinking it would also delete the original version. Is there a way to recover this? Can I ask the Admin to go into the Portal and retrieve it? Please assist.

All i get is a red dot and no flashing or pop up messages or anything. curious why the flashing isn't happening on the app when i have it turned on within the notifications section. trying to make it easier to identify when there is an unread message.

As of Monday we have noticed a change in how the web portal messages page works. We download faxes in batches by customer from the web portal which works best for our volume and workflow. We filter by name (of customer) and status: Unread.Prior to this week, when we would download a fax it would automatically be marked as "Read" and filter out automatically as we download that batch.There were two behavior changes which are slowing down our process:1) Downloading the fax no longer marks the fax as "Read". We have to check the ones we downloaded manually and then click "Mark Read" on the the top bar. This happens no matter how we view/download.2) You can download by clicking on the three dots under "Action" and clicking download which is a two click process. You used to be able to click on 'download fax' icon under message for one click download. This now takes multiple clicks to download. I checked settings to see if there was any w

I have read the feed for "How to remove Missed Call Notification on Yealink T48S" but we are having the same issue on the T48U. Specifically, my issue is that default admin user name and password. Again, there have been feeds for default passwords on here but those have not worked for me. Even looking on the web, I cannot find a way to gain access to the phones to disable miss call notifications. Please help me.

Right now emails are sent to my staff with a TIFF attachment of the fax. I'd like it to be PDF instead of TIFF. Is there a way to change this somewhere?

I have set up an AA to have the company after hour message and key features. I set up 2 as "Transfer to the voicemail of" which is the receptionist voicemail. That phone is set to business hours for the AA.. so you go to the AA for calling after 5pm and press 2 to leave a VM but loop through the AA again because of business hour rules.Is it even possible to do the AA with business hour rules applied to a receptionist's phone? Note: this is not the main company line. It's a secondary office so that phone IS the office main line.

We have 20 users w/ physical phones, and all of them have to log in using the same extension(SITE SMS RECIPIENT) to reply to sms. This is horrible from a security standpoint. Please make a way to share sms like call queues. SO users only have to log in to their user account to reply to company messages w/ the company number.

Do the different colors of incoming calls to our queue have any meaning? We have seen blue, brown, read and green.

Hello. Asking for some help with our small business, which includes just three people.When people call our business line, I want the call to start with Employee A (who has a dedicated digital line and extension and has RingCentral installed on their desktop and cell phone.) After about five rings, the call should then go to Employee B (who also has a dedicated digital line and extension and has Ring Central installed on their cell phone.)After about five rings and still unanswered, the call would then go to Employee C's personal cell phone number.I'm hoping not to have to add another user as Employee C would only serve as a backup on the rare occasion the other two are not available.I'm appreciate of any and all suggestions.Thank you.

Can you do a template for Ring all at Once? Or do you have to go through 100+ phones of the company doing it manually?

When an employee leaves the company, we disable them in RC and move the number to the number inventory. Some of those disabled users receive a lot of calls, and we do not want customers calling and getting a message that the number is not in use. How can I forward the number to still ring to an IVR menu after the user has been disabled and deleted?

I want to use the RingCentral create IVR prompt API endpoint, but I keep getting an error. Do I need to add permissions to my application in order to go to the next step? (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/IVR/createIVRPrompt) in my PHP application. The code is working fine and I am able to send the request to RingCentral.
