Hello! I have a few questions about scheduling video calls.1. Can you create meeting templates?2. Can you schedule a meeting in a different time zone / is there a way to select the timezone you want the meeting scheduled in or does it always default to the time zone your comp is in and you have to convert manually?3. On the Meetings page, if I don't connect my calendar can (and schedule using the "Meeting info" feature), can I still see all my meetings on the RC app? At the moment nothing is showing up there.Thank you so much in advance!

Does anybody know the feature code to turn off DND on a Avaya j169 Deskphone. Tried going through the menu then to features and i can see the DND but no options. When you try to use the select button it does nothing.

Dear Community,I develop an application that creates webhook to monitor various call states using /restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions event filter. For the development I use sandbox account. I got credentials (Client Id, Client Secret) for my application. My application don't have UI and supposed to run on the server so I use chose JWT Auth flow and create JWT token for my Developer account. So in order to authorize I need to provide all 3 above parameters to initialization and authorization functions. All works fine with the sandbox account.As a next step I would like my application to be able to monitor call states of different customers that have account at RingCentral platform. In this regard, I have a number of questions:1. Do I have to set my application type to 'public' to make it accessible by RingCentral customers?2. we can create a subscription through our app with the newly Graduated App. But even though the subscription is listed as active, we do not receive any event coming into the address from Ringcentral when a Fax comes to our company number.

I currently have a webinar scheduled that 157 people have registered for. However, our plan only allows 100 attendees. Am I able to upgrade the plan to 500 attendees so that everyone can join while NOT having to reschedule and re-invite all 157 webinars to a new webinar?

It is as my title says.My company likes to change color tags on events but do not want the events to be changed in any other way. We do this to denote changes in the event wither changing the type of work needed or marking it as urgent.Recently we have not been able to change the color without providing an end date that is forced to be present day or a future date. This is annoying as it makes for a cluttered calendar of events when we prefer just having it stay on the assigned day.

I've been bring my clients over from Jive to Ring Central and they have a simple holiday calendar that auto updates for the holiday. When will ring central add a calendar for holiday hours? Constantly updating several tenants is extremely annoying when it could be solved with a simple calendar. Also when adding a Custom Answering Rule why can't I copy a previous rule that would make it so much easier to create the same damn rule over and over instead of starting from scratch.

Is there a way to detect if a call queue member did not answer a call when it rang their extension, even when another member answers the call?The goal is to detect when a call comes inbound to one of our call queues, we would like to kick anyone out of the queue who has their phone ring from the queue, but does not answer the call. I've been trying to do this with event notification subscriptions, but with testing it doesn't seem to detect that the initial call queue member that received the call notification but did not answer. It simply proceeds to the next member and if they answer, the call status goes to an answered status for them.

It is also mentioned that one may provide either explicit accountId or use the simplified syntax of a tilde (~). A tilde instructs RingCentral to use the account id associated with the current authentication context. I'm trying to figure out a use case for explicity providing accountId for the request. So far at this forum people are recommended to use `~` in every place instead of accountId.Can you please give an example of a situation where accountId parameter is really needed?Best,Nikolai

When I first set up the call forwarding to an external number (years ago), I was able to add 3 digit number before/after the the caller number to distinguish the call. Is this feature still available? If so, how do I add the 3-digit number?

I created an app to send SMS, it's already in Production. I'm using the Operator extension, in my case it's 101, to login to API. It has been impossible to sign on to RingCentral from a web browser all day today. The message is "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact RingCentral support." RingCentral support requests work only if you're signed in.
