Client wants to make it easy to send a page. Either add the page to the Company Directory or Forward an extension to a page extension. Although there is an option to add the Page extension to the Employee Directory, this function does not actually exist. You cannot add a Page extension to the directory (confirmed with RingCentral support).So the second thought is: Can we forward a virtual extension to the page extension? So far I am not seeing a way to do this.Thanks in advance.Zak

Hi @Phong Vu,We are unable to Graduate our app as it says we haven't exercised all the requested permissions. I've re-run my web hooks multiple times and still they are not registering. The permissions tab shows no WebhooksBut on the response times tab you can see the requests. I invited a user to join RingCentral with an incorrect email address. The invite is pending but the user will never answer. I need to revoke the invite and delete the contact. How do I do it?

Recently installed several new OBi302 ATA to connect a few fax machines. When faxing to a RingCentral Digital Line the fax rings the person's Deskphone/Desktop App/Mobile App for several rings before the fax goes through. We have a handful of the same devices that are configured the same way in RingCentral that bypasses the ringing the users apps and goes directly to fax. Is there a setting on the OBi302 ATA that controls this?

Hello,Is there a way for the call to be transferred to an extension when the number is not the same? For example, the extension for user 1 is 101 but I would call to dial 1 to reach that extension. Is this possible? Same for 102 (2), 103 (3) etc.

We have RingCentral integrated with Zoho CRM and when phone calls come in, the RingCentral extension displays an incoming call pop window. In the window is information about the caller (if it matches a record in the CRM database) and offers options for typing in notes into a 'description' text field.My question is: could another function be added to this dialog window? Say, an attach file function?Thanks in advance for any help.

When I did the admin course at some point there where videos I viewed for manual provisionning, a RingCentral associate was showing each phone interface from web gui to how to provision, I'm triying to find them but seems the're not available anymore, anyway to find them.

Hey all -- I was wondering if there was a way to get the incoming phone # (copy it to the clipboard?) so the user can paste it into a search field in their database applicable? Right now they have to type it in so they can transfer the caller to the appropriate person...Also - is there a method to also permit the user to double-click or click a button to copy a phone # from within a database field and auto-dial out?

Is there a way to toggle the call queue availability of a user without having to log into the Ring Central app as an admin?Use case right now: RC is just a call handler and router for us. All inbound calls to line 1 hit a queue that rings each rep simultaneously. Goal: I would like for the sales manager to be able to turn off reps easily without having to log into the admin account to do so.

When I was setting up my transfer of number it said something about a temporary setup until the final number is finished. The guy on the phone doesn't seem to know anything about this. Is there a temporary number so the transfer works quicker or did I miss read something?! Can you send the same text message to multiple outside phone numbers (20 to 30) but keep the numbers confidential - kind of like a blind copy email? I have to send the same text message to multiple clients, but their phone numbers have to remain confidential.

We are a medical office, and we NEED to know the ID of the caller without having to log into a computer app or website every time to retrieve messages. We NEED this function as we had it previously.

Our company used Zapier + Ring Central to send out an SMS to customers who request information. Other than the name of the customer, the SMS is identical each time. Does anyone know if this gets blocked by carriers?

Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. But sometimes I'd like to use a "speakerphone" --- actually my Logitech webcam mic and the computer speakers.RingCentral remembers the different default audio mic/speaker source between phone and video. I'd like to have a way in phone settings to set default audio sourceA and default audio sourceB. I'd like to have a one-button toggle to switch between the headset mic/speakers and the Logitech mic/computer speakers while on a live phone call.I know on a live call I can hit the 'audio button' and then select a different mic/speaker source. But this is cumbersome on a live call.

Hello,since I use RC desktop app, I cannot move and share files directly in the message window (via drag & drop). It was possible in the prior browser version, but not in the app. Now I have to select every file via the attachment button and choose path. Another problem here: I cannot select any files from our business server to be shared on RC. Why is that? Sorry I'm a noob and my co-workers couldn't help at all. Thanks for any reply!Laura

Please forgive any ignorance on my end as I am very new to the RingCentral platformWe have a need to pull all account data for our institution from RingCentral and I have found an API provided that pulls account data. However, this only pulls data for a specific given account and we need to do a "wide open" pull of all accounts. I have seen some evidence that this ability is in the works. Is that true? Is there a workaround, or another preferred method to pull all accounts?

I have my phone forwarded to one of my coworkers while I am out of the office. While testing this, he tried to forward me back to my voicemail but it did not work. There may be times that a caller gets to him, but prefers to leave a voicemail for me. How do we do this?
