Hi, recently I submitted a ticket regarding this issue and I don't know if anyone had the same problem? One of our users tried to call a customer in Ghana and after whitelisting and having it previously active in the billing section, we still get a message saying "The destination you dialed is disabled for your account. Please reach out to your admin or customer support." I was wondering if there was a documentation on the RingCentral Support page for references? I checked the RingCentral Engage Voice Admin documentation, it might be a outbound compliance tools?

I am in Authorization Code Flow to get access token. i tried to sign in with Google but it gave me an error: "Authorization Error Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy. If you're the app developer, register the redirect URI in the Google Cloud Console." so How to setup correct redirect URL for Google? or what should i do to solve it?. Thanks

What is the length of time when a user is dormant will their status change to Away. Also when the status changes to Away will that remove them from ques?

There needs to be a toggle or option to allow Admins to set defaulting out of a menu at one playing instead of three. This is a standard call center process. There is no way to prompt callers to "stay on the line and you will be connected". This doesn't make sense.

I was able to call Ring Central Analytics API for the user performance, such as missed calls, aggregated by user by a fixed date range, for example, from 2022-03-23 to 2022-03-24. trying to write a Fax APP interface in python(3.9) using the ringcentral package and the sys module. Is there a way to set a user template to be applied by default? Like when a user is created it will apply the default user template automatically?

In ringcentral admin we create multiple users & all have same numbers.So when dial any number than ringing to all users but when any user on call than i want to stop new call for that user.So how can i configure that in admin panel or any handling event for that?

As the question suggests - we are able to enable call recording so how can we do the same for SMS and Notes? It is off by default so if a user does not configure this, it is manual and missed.

We haven't been on RingCentral for that long and am still working my way through a lot of features. It has been decided to record all inbound calls for all extensions in our service department. All of these same extensions also belong to the same Ring Group. Since recording is enabled at the extension level is it necessary at the Ring Group level?Any help/guidance would be appreciated.Thank you,

I'm using the API to Get Call Queue Members for all the call queues. However, some of my clients have a lot of call queues (600+), so I'm hitting the request limit, and can't pull them all within a reasonable amount of time. It looks like the API doesn't allow batch requests for Get Call Queue Members.What would you recommend?

Client wants to make it easy to send a page. Either add the page to the Company Directory or Forward an extension to a page extension. Although there is an option to add the Page extension to the Employee Directory, this function does not actually exist. You cannot add a Page extension to the directory (confirmed with RingCentral support).So the second thought is: Can we forward a virtual extension to the page extension?
