Hi ​@ByrneReese When we implemented AI Transcription we realised that we needed to enable our non admin (Enterprise Standard User) accounts the permission to update notes in Bullhorn. Previously non admin users were only allowed to create new notes. Since we enabled server side logging, we have reverted the permissions the change so that standard users are only allowed to create, and not update notes, as the connection was going to be established by the API user account (which has admin permissions) and allowed to update as well as create notes.However, we have discovered that calls are now being logged, but AI transcriptions are not being added, even though server side logging is enabled and connected through the API users. I have tested the credentials, and logged into Bullhorn to establish the connection through the API user account.AI transcription continues to work for Bullhorn admin accounts.The server status shows as Offline on clients, even though the API user appears to be con

I attempted to connect App Connect to NetSuite (Version 1.6.0) with our instance of NetSuite (Edition: Canada, Release 2025.1). The integration works perfectly when using an Administrator role.However, when I try to connect using a user account assigned the role "RingCentral Unified CRM Extension" (or any other role within the company), the connection fails without any error message—the page simply disappears without loading or redirecting.Could you please assist in identifying the issue? 

I want to change the hold music for the main phone line. I have figured out how to change it for each person’s extension, but this only applies after that person picks answers the phone. I want to change the music that plays before an extension is picked up. 

A group message was created by someone else who does not use Ring Central. When a ring central member went to reply in the group message stating only his name in the text message “John Smith”- an error message then popped up saying “unable to send message. Exceeded maximum recipients for a group message MMS.” But the other guy in the group message that was ring Central user could send a message just fine. Also when a photo was sent in the group message the other Ring Central guy who had no problems sending a message then could not receive the photo that was being sent into the group message. And the guy who couldn't send a message in the group message WAS able to see the photo.

Hi all,I’m just getting started with this project whereby I need to pull in Caller wait times for a specific department.  I would be using C#; but don’t know where to start.  Rest API’s, Database schema, permissions, etc.Any help would be appreciated.  

When I add different information to the historical dashboard, such as the agent average handle time, I would like to edit it so it doesn’t the columns I don’t need (i.e. Agent Group, Agent ID, Agent Group ID).  I see there is a configuration button when I edit it, but it doesn’t give me the same ability to add or remove columns or pieces of data like the historical report do.  Is there a way to do this in the historical dashboard?

I hope I can explain this in a way that makes sense:We have a user who manages and makes calls for multiple offices. Is there a way to grant this 1 user access to several other phone numbers/accounts so that if someone in Office A is out, their calls automatically ring thru to our User and they can manage them? And if 5 people are out in 5 different offices, can their calls all can also be answered by our User?We can’t create call queues for all of this and we know we can add users to accounts, but I am not sure how the call routing is handled in that situation.These may be in cases where it’s only for an hour or multiple days, so to go in and set up forwarding each time, and to do this for multiple people would be too much to manage for one person (me).

We use Yealink T43U phones in our environment. When they provision through RingCentral the upper three buttons display the users name, and I’d like them to display the user's extension number. RingCentral can apply a custom config to the phones through professional services, but I’d need to do this everytime I added a new phone. Is there another way to accomplish this ?  Without changing the users name to ext in profile. 

I can never seem to find where my conference call number is hidden. I’d like to send it to clients so we can have a conference phone call, but I have been looking on this site for 20 minutes and on my phone app and I still can’t find it. Where do you all put this? I can tell you it’s not in a user friendly location. It’s not intuitive. I’ve run out of search words looking for it.

I’m receiving this message recently.  It is new as prior to a few days ago I could send pictures.Pixel 9, Android version 15, RingCentral App version 25.2.35.450029 I attempt to send any picture, either from gallery or taken directly through the app this message is displayed.  This is a new issue and I’m trying to figure out if this is a setting that changed or if there is some new restrictions I’m unaware of.

We just switched to RingCentral and are trying to utilize the intercom system with the Yealink T48s and Expansion docks. We have gotten the intercom to work by pressing Intercom on the Yealink T48 then entering the Extension Number we wish to use. However when we add someone to the expansion hotkey and setting it up with Intercom to a specific user it just rings the user.How do we get this to work on the Yealink T48s with Expansions?

Hi,I saw in this thread that there’s no account-wide SMS notification event. I set up my event filters as per the thread - thanks ​@PhongVu for that! But you mentioned that you need to login with SuperAdmin credentials. I think I’m running into an error that relates to that.I had my boss help me setup the application, since he’s logged in under the Owner account with SuperAdmin permissions. I had him check off every single scope that didn’t require approval, so I’m almost certain that ‘ReadMessages’ was included in the scopes, but I messaged him to help me verify.I used the client ID & secret from the application he set up, and then also switched the JWT to the owner account too. I saw when I switched the JWT from mine to the Account Owner’s that the ‘owner_id’ returned by RC during my auth flow switched over to his user ID as well.So it feels to me like everything should be good? I thought about trying the 3-legged OAuth flow instead but I don’t really think that’s the issue, so I

I have a user who has access to Analytics and we have assigned her custom role to have access to the company call logs and user call logs.    She only shows access to pull analytics for 26 users of the 211 that we have in the organization.    She doesn’t need full access to the 211 but there is at least one user that should be available to her that is not.   I’m needing help understanding what I need to look at to get this missing user into the proper settings so they will show on the Analytics report.

Can I filter agents by queue in the RingCX Agent Supervisor tab?

Hi,I’m building an integration with RingCentral and JobTread for a client, and I’m trying to configure the RingCentral settings so that Automatic Notes & Transcripts are always enabled at an organization level. Since there’s no organization-level option for enabling this, I’m wondering how else I can accomplish this.I originally thought I’d have to do this by instructing each user to go to RC App → Settings → AI → Automatic Notes and Transcripts and enabling it, but I saw that there was a new setting on the admin panel, where we can go to the RC Admin Portal → Users → User List → Users with Extensions (or without) → click a user → Expand the AI section → click the AI assistant heading → Enable AI Assistant and Automatic Call Notes. I thought this would at least allow the company administrator to be responsible for enabling this setting, but when I made the change I saw that the Automatic Notes & Transcripts setting was still disabled on my (user) RC app instance (in RC App → Se
