Hi, does anyone know if missed calls to the RingCentral Embedded dialler in MS Teams should show up as a missed call on the MS Teams icon on the start menu or do you have to click to the Ringcentral app in Teams to see missed calls?there is something about notifications hereRingCentral for Microsoft Teams - Embedded App | RingCentral SupportNotifications for missed calls, fax, text, and daily unread itemsbut for us its not workingThanks!

Hi all,How do I setup user coverage on RingCentral?  By coverage I mean that if a user is getting a call and she’s not able to pickup, then whoever is assigned to cover his/her phone will start to ring and able to pickup call, then if nobody can answer the calls, then it goes to the voicemail of the first intended user since that is the destination the caller was trying to reach.Thanks 

We use an SMS prompted RingOut workflow for after hour emergencies. The RingOut works, but we need to change the incoming caller ID to our RingCentral phone number and not the recipients number. Our after hours team has our RingCentral number saved as an approved number on their phones so these calls aren’t missed when snoozed after hours.Just to clarify, I’m not referring to the ID the recipient (person initiating the workflow) sees, but rather the number that shows up when RingCentral calls our team. Is it possible to change this? 

I’m trying to use this to update a phone, and have been struggling with my automation to get it to work. It keeps giving me “Parameter [phoneLines] value is invalid”, so I decided to try it through that website with the same exact data - it also gave me the same error.  Where can I retrieve the proper phoneLine ID? What I’ve been using is the same as what’s in the URL when looking at the phone number at service.ringcentral.com, for example: service.ringcentral.com/application/company/numberDetail/[THISNUMBER] That number is also the ID under “phoneInfo” on “List Extension Devices”, which is what my automation is using.   Thank you! 

Hey there!Is there a way to sort call recordings by call duration?For example, in the admin portal’s detailed view, I can filter by inbound or outbound calls for a specific extension within a given time frame—but I don’t see an option to filter or sort by call length (e.g., calls between X and Y minutes in length). Is that possible?Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you! 

How do we turn off the AI assistant for all users at once? ...it’s causing a lot of call disruptions and we don’t want it enabled by default. 

I recently set up RingCentral App Connect with Clio and it works as expected for matching numbers in the E.164 standard for call-pop, contact matching, and call logging functionality. Very cool!However, it does not seem to search or find numbers in any other format, including those which have been manually defined in the “Phone number format alternatives” section, e.g. (***) ***-****Any ideas? I am an admin and have tried to override the number format at admin (managed) and user level.  No results.  I have already reset, logged in and out, etc. 

I am trying to submit a suggestion for new RingCentral Automator work flows.  I hope this is the correct place.I would like to see the Automator fully automated to support the TCR requirements.  Specifically:send the opt out verbiage with the text message record the customer preferences to ensure text messages are not sent when the customer has opted out or are send when they have opted in

I currently can only add one extension under the “Deliver faxes to” section in from our main fax number. I need to add more than one user to be able to receive mainline faxes. Whats the best way forward for this?   

I know how and where to listen to our employees calls to customers. My question/issue is this: I pull up a five minute call, start the playback, but the recording only lasts for as long as the receiving caller is talking; once the caller is put on hold to transfer to another employee, there’s no more recording access.Is there a way for me to get the remainder of the recording?

From our current testing, server side logging is still logging the author as the admin user who has it enabled. Is this true for everyone else, or is there a setting I am missing?

I have attempted a number of times to get a OTP (one-time-password) from Amazon to my SMS. I know my SMS is working but why is this one not coming through? Is there somewhere a blocked SMS setting?

RingCentral app and MS Teams ring together, how to stop this simultaneous ringCurrently if a user is using both the RC App and MS Teams is integrated with RC, when a call comes in, it rings on both RC App and Teams.Is there a way to stop/chose where the user wants the call to ring, i.e. either the RC App or MS Teams.The only option I currently see is to disable the RC and Teams integration for the user.

I am getting the OAU-250 error when attempting the JWT Authentication Flow. I am basically using CURL to attempt this. We are a new account, but had all of our numbers ported from Spectrum to RingCentral. The lines that were for fax are now just numbers in RingCentral, but every time a fax comes in to this digital account, it is also leaving a blank voicemail message. All of the settings look similar to another account where faxes are coming into the app without leaving a voice message. Am I missing something? 

Hi, I have an iphone and when ringcentral is active on my phone it shows the phone log in the Ringcentral app but all the calls are also coming up on my normal phone app in the recents. How do I stop this from happening?

Tried looking through the KB and at past community postings about this but wasn’t able to come up with anything. We recently migrated over from an older phone system to RingCentral and my users were very familiar with the old system so I’m trying to recreate some of that familiarity. On the old phones when a customer called in, it would display the number that is calling in and also the Company Name that was associated with the number the customer was calling in for. This allowed our scheduling team to quickly identify how to handle/greet the call since we are comprised of several businesses. The closest I’ve been able to get with RC’s system is by setting the display number to be the dialed number under User>Phone>Incoming Call Information. This is really meant to be a stopgap since now our schedulers are referring to a company sheet of numbers to identify what company a customer is calling in for. I’ve looked at the Display Settings as well under Phone System>Call Queues but

I'm close to giving up on getting through the SMS Campaign process! I was approved to send SMS, with the same phone number, when I was with Zoom. I switched to RC in order to use BeeTexting. I’ve resubmitted my application at least 10 times (probably closer to 15 times), each time with RC customer support, and I keep getting rejected. The utter waste of my time has become so frustrating that I’m beginning to regret switching. Also, I’m paying for BeeTexting, and can't use it.I have a very small business, which is all referral business; I have never done marketing, much less SMS marketing! I’m beyond frustrated and getting close to just giving up….Help!

I have users who are members of multiple call queues.  If they accept a call from one queue, is there a way to prevent other queues from attempting to put calls through to their extension?  Can other queues recognize that extension is already on a call?  I already have Maximum Concurrent Calls set to 1 for each queue, and “include direct calls” selected, but the system does not seem to be able to recognize when a user is on a call from a different queue. 

 I need wall mounts for about 3 of the phones we set up in our warehouse.  Does RingCentral sell those, or should I find them elsewhere? We have the Poly Edge E350 phones. Thanks!

Is there any roadmap for the Hubspot integration? My users are asking when the AI features available on the RC App will be available from within the RC for Hubspot Chrome Extension. 

HelloOur office is having trouble making RingCentral recognize our Clio phone number. We are looking to add notes to our calls and have those notes appear in our Clio call log. Since RingCentral has not recognized our Clio contacts, we can’t have our call notes appear in Clio. Attached is a screenshot of me calling my personal phone and adding notes. You can see that RingCentral does not recognize it as a contact. Yet, in the screenshot with Clio, I am, in fact, a contact within our Clio system. Kind regards, Kennedy
