When my user with a manager role in RingSense, try to create a custom tracker in RingSense, they do not have the option to do and create one.

Hello everyone, I noticed that since yesterday, incoming calls are received either in the smartphone application or in the desktop application. Moreover, if the call comes from a queue (where several operators receive calls), it always comes to the desktop, and if you close it, the call will come to the app on your smartphone. I think calls used to come simultaneously before.

I would like to be able to view whether it was an employee or customer that ended a call for quality assurance, is there a way to do this through the admin center?

We recently migrated to RingEx from the cloud phone platform formerly known as Shoretel Sky and we have made the unwelcome discovery that the firmware that RingCentral upgrades us to shows us random pictures of architecture. For us, this is a big problem because we are architects and the work isn’t ours. It’s a bit like if you went into Nintendo’s offices and the phones were cycling between pictures of Crash Bandicoot, Sonic and Master Chief.I’ve looked in the firmware and tried to find discussions online for how to change what is displayed in the screensaver and I haven’t yet turned up anything useful. I also emailed our rep, but he’s just emailed other people. There has to be a way, so any help finding that way would be appreciated.

I’m trying to set up Ringcentral for our company. I’ve enabled the app in Teams admin and it pushed out just fine to our desktops running Teams. I’ve even made calls through the app. But for some reason it isn’t coming up in the Teams mobile on my iPhone. Has anyone ran into this?

When inbound calls show up on the caller ID I’m seeing both my company name and the caller ID of the inbound caller.  For Example: 4POINTS DENTAL-John Smith 

We have a free account with an application in production and use it for our business.Our customers retrive from or send to Ring Central their contacts, call logs, sms, ecc.. and these requests are done by API with many parallel processes so it is complex for us manage the request rate limit with a waiting mutex.The question is: is it possible to increase the limit for example with a not free account? Eventually what are new limits available?Thanks.

Hi there, I’m trying to find an average number of fax pages that are sent in the past 30 days from my company. I can see how many faxes are sent or received, but I need to know if Ringcentral can tell me how many total number of pages were sent in those faxes. Is there a way to audit this from the admin portal?

What is the timezone in the call logs? No timezone is specified.

I have a Yealink T42s with 6 programmable soft keys (DSSkey).  I have 2 phone numbers.  I would like to be able to dial out on either of the numbers by selecting the line on the phone so that my caller ID will show the selected line.  How can I do this?Currently when I log into the yeallink phone and go to the DSSKEY tab, I can see that only one of the softkeys are programmed to LINE 1 and the rest are empty. A drop down shows I can pick line 2, line 3, line 4… but those lines are tied to any numbers in my ring central account. So I guess I need to know how to make line 2 the second number that’s already in my inventory.  Also when I use the PC app, I want to be able to select that 2nd line from which to dial out from. Currently it’s not an option.  Thank you

I’m trying to find a report that I can use for digital reports.  I would like to be able to track the number of online chat that come through and of those chats, how many were answered by agents.  If the report can also include other details like if the customer ended the chat while in the queue, that would be helpful.  I tried using the Queue Performance report and filtered it for the digital chats, but it doesn’t seem to separate the information that I needed.

Phone number format alternatives are###-###-#### # ###-###-####Dial/call logging works for the phone number 214-555-5555. (obviously using a real number)Dial works for the phone number 1 214-555-5555. Call logging does not work, it cannot find the contact.If I change the Phone number format alternatives to 1 ###-###-#### then 1 214-555-5555 works. Is this the expected behavior?  

Hello! We are using the RingCentral App Connect extension with NetSuite and have enabled the “Opportunity Logging” option under NetSuite Options.When logging a call, the extension shows me a dropdown list of active Opportunities from NetSuite associated with that customer/contact. I can select one (e.g., Opportunity #OPP1529). However, after saving the log, the resulting Phone Call record in NetSuite does not show any value in the native “Transaction” field nor does it show any information in the message/detail field that it was associated with OPP1529. Details: The call log itself is created successfully with Summary, Notes, Contact Number, Duration, and Recording link. The Opportunity I select in App Connect is not written to the Transaction field in the NetSuite log. The user role has Full access to Phone Call, Task, Event, Customer, Contact, and Opportunity records. Testing with the Administrator role produces the same result (Transaction still blank, no note in the details o

Does RingCentral offer an AI Agent for SMS text messages that could intelligently respond to inbound text messages?

Server side logging keeps logging calls under the Admin account only. Also, the new User Mapping section is only showing 14 valid end users. We have around 300 end users. I’ve tried enabling server side logging fresh and re-entering the credentials. Will it only log correctly for those listed in the User Mapping section?

In app connect, what is “Enable one-time call logging” and how is it different from “Log calls automatically” ?

I need to set up automatic SMS for missed calls and voicemails to a different phone number than the main phone number.  I have it set up for the main phone number, but I need it set it up for our second line 24/7 please.

I need incoming callers to hear the phone ringing.  Then I want the receptionist to answer the ringing phone.  My customers are just getting dead space so they are all hanging up.  I want them to hear the ring, we answer the phone and then transfer to the appropriate extension.  If the receptionist does not answer the phone on the 4th ring then I would like the phone to go to voicemail.  I get everything figured out and then one day it just changes all by itself.

Anyone know how to easily cancel a RingCentral account?  I’ve grown tired of their terrible support.  

We’re using the new RingCentral for Hubspot integration with the auto-logging call integration. Everything is going great except for voicemails. The voicemail recording is not attaching to the record (or the transcript). Is there any setting we can enable to fix this?
