We have a free account with an application in production and use it for our business.Our customers retrive from or send to Ring Central their contacts, call logs, sms, ecc.. and these requests are done by API with many parallel processes so it is complex for us manage the request rate limit with a waiting mutex.The question is: is it possible to increase the limit for example with a not free account? Eventually what are new limits available?Thanks.

Hi there, I’m trying to find an average number of fax pages that are sent in the past 30 days from my company. I can see how many faxes are sent or received, but I need to know if Ringcentral can tell me how many total number of pages were sent in those faxes. Is there a way to audit this from the admin portal?

All incoming calls are answered live on desk phones (Poly Edge).  How do I program the RingCentral system to display Custom Caller ID information on incoming calls from non RC users such as clients or employee cell phone numbers.IE - if cell number 973-222-2222 calls our main phone number and the user of that cell number has chosen to display only the phone number, I want to program the system to recognize it as “JOHN SMITH CELL” and have that text displayed instead of or in addition to the caller id information being pushed by the carrier.

Has anyone had any success registering their numbers on the Free Caller Registry to fix caller ID discrepancies? Some carriers still won’t show our caller ID or will show someone else’s name (who is not related to us at all) for the caller ID so we need to get the Caller ID fixed but I am a little concerned that the Free Caller Registry is going to open us up to getting a lot of spam calls. Or does anyone have any other suggestions to fix Caller ID?

From the Company Contacts I can see if a contact is available when I hover over the contact. How can I see the status of ALL contacts without hovering over each contact?I am an Admin but it would be nice if this capability were available to all users.Correction to Question:RingCentral app: How do I view the status of all Company contacts?

We have 40+ Yealink W70B basestations in use across the business and are finding they all need to be restarted every 6-8 weeks to fix issues with one way audio, static, crackling etc.  The web UI for the basestations doesn’t have a feature to schedule a reboot and RingCentral doesn’t have the ability to remotely trigger it either. Our staff are stubbornly refusing to learn to reboot them before raising tickets about it.  I’ve never encountered this with any other phone system. Is RingCentral aware of the issue, otherwise what can be done to address this?

I can't seem to find the option and I am an admin. When an employee leaves the company, it would be very helpful to have the option as the admin to copy all the faxes to another employee that would be taking over the role until the position is filed.

I would like to be able to automatically send all unknown callers to voicemail. Is it possible to accomplish this with a rule? Yes I am aware that I can block callers, and I also have call screening enabled, but that does not stop nuisance callers from distracting me all day long.Thanks!

iOS app v 20.1.22.0.60385 app not ringing for incoming call; for the person calling it just rings and rings then goes to voicemail. The problem is I an missing calls. I have to watch the call log or wait to I am notified about a message. I have an extension and a direct line and it has happened on both. This just started happening this week and 2 others at my office have experienced it also.Any idea as to the cause and if it can be corrected? With us working from home we have to have this working. How can I disable the beep when using HUD call monitoring feature so they do not know they are being monitored . They are hearing a crackling sound when I click the monitoring button. We are just monitoring NOT recording . Help

Looking for descriptions on the following Call Results - vm/Abandoned & vm/Missed

I have a Yealink T42s with 6 programmable soft keys (DSSkey).  I have 2 phone numbers.  I would like to be able to dial out on either of the numbers by selecting the line on the phone so that my caller ID will show the selected line.  How can I do this?Currently when I log into the yeallink phone and go to the DSSKEY tab, I can see that only one of the softkeys are programmed to LINE 1 and the rest are empty. A drop down shows I can pick line 2, line 3, line 4… but those lines are tied to any numbers in my ring central account. So I guess I need to know how to make line 2 the second number that’s already in my inventory.  Also when I use the PC app, I want to be able to select that 2nd line from which to dial out from. Currently it’s not an option.  Thank you

For the past several months, we've had our users adopt the new RC app to replace RC Classic. However, the RC Classic app somehow keeps reinstalling itself within hours or by the next day (after a reboot), and then becomes the default app that opens at startup instead of the new RC app.How can we fully uninstall the RC Classic app from Windows 10 systems? This is taking up way too much of our bandwidth. I have started just leaving RC Classic installed on our systems (been through this loop four times myself), though that is really not the solution we expect.I do have an open case on this, but it's been on PKI Hold since January.

I have been with RingCentral since 2009 and have generally had a positive experience. However, recently (since Sep 18th), I have been receiving about 10 SPAM calls per day on my Toll Free Number from spoofed local numbers (never being used twice) and I was just charged for extra minutes for the first time in about 10 years. Each call lasts from about 2 to 10 minutes, but nobody ever hits an extension or leaves a message and they always show up as missed calls. It seems to be computer driven due to the volume.Does anyone know what is actually going on here? Who might be doing this and what is their goal? What is the point in someone - or a computer calling my number and staying connected to the auto attendant for 5 to 10 minutes at time. How do I prevent someone from doing this going forward?The auto attendant is scheduled to cycle 3 times and then hangs up, but this does not prevent the call from lasting up to 10 minutes.RingCentral tech support is completely useless as far as providin

Hi everyone,I’m trying to port out my RingCentral number to a new provider. According to the instructions, I should log in to the Admin Portal and go to Phone System > Company Info to find the details required for the port-out request.However, in my account, the Phone System menu doesn’t appear anywhere — I can’t access the Company Info section or any related options. I’m logged in as a Super Admin and have an active subscription, so I should have full access to these settings.I’ve attached a screenshot from my account’s home page to show what I’m seeing on my end.Has anyone else encountered this issue recently, or could there have been a change in the portal layout or permissions? Over the last week, people calling me can now leave 10 or 15 minute long voice messages if they want. For years, there was a 3 minute time limit and the message would get cut-off, which I prefer. How do I go back to only allowing a 3 minute max voice message?

We currently have SSO login to RC setup using Okta/SAML and when users click the RC app link on the Okta web portal it auto logins (using IdP SAML flow) and takes the user to RC Web Admin/My Extension portal. What I would like to do is add a new bookmark link on Okta/SSO web portal to allow users to auto login to app.ringcentral.com web app, does anyone have an idea if that is possible? Maybe with a specially crafted link (ex: "https://app.ringcentral.com/sso/login?email=<user email address>" or something similar)?

Is there a way to find a report that shows the chats that an agent has completed, and it shows the disposition they selected for each chat?  I’m looking for something similar to the Inbound Call Detail report, but it shows the chat information.

I set up an automated reply for our main office number, but it doesn’t seem to be working. How do I get help to make this work?  Thanks
