Are there plans to bring back the “dial from clipboard” function? For me, it’s preferred to click to dial and is muscle memory. 

How do I get my incoming calls to ring on our overhead paging system (Algo and CyberData)? This is for our retail stores where it’s hard to hear the diminutive ringers on our Poly desk phones.

Hello!I recently started using a call queue with 5 virtual managers, and I’m trying to better understand their individual performance, specifically how they’re performing within the call queue.When I look at the queue’s performance report, it shows 113 total calls, with 88 answered and 25 abandoned (I’m assuming abandoned means missed calls?).However, when I switch to the performance reports for the 5 individual users and filter by that same queue, the numbers don’t seem to match up the way I expected. The total calls, inbound calls, and answered calls are all the same across users, and together they add up to the 88 answered calls from the queue report. I also thought the “refused calls” metric would show how many calls each user missed, but those numbers don’t add up to the 25 abandoned calls shown in the queue report.What I’m really looking for is a clear and accurate way to evaluate each user’s performance based on the call queue, including:

Hi, Completely new to webhooks but had hit a issue with my code. I have set up a webhook that sends a notification that a new call is presented (This works fine)I then have another Webhook that will tell me the status, the callers number and Handled by, The handled by is where I’m having an issue. I have a new team member joining my team. I want to reassign a previous employees line to the new team member so the new team member can use the same number, extension and setting of the previous employee. What are the steps to do this?

So in the RC app we are testing the meeting function so we can get rid of our existing software. We created a meeting for the next day, and for some the meeting doesn't create. For some the meeting creates and shows online, but does not show in the RC app (desktop).The meetings are created through the RC desktop app, as that is what the staff is using. Trying to figure out why the meetings are not showing for 'within the next few days' on the schedule. Thoughts? Also when the invitations are created, why is it always UTC for the time? We have set our timezone.

It recently came to my attention when I spoke with a manager at RingCentral that they do not offer a spam flag remediation service for their numbers as other similar companies do. We would pay for this extra service as part of our plan if it was available. With this service, RingCentral would monitor numbers and pro-actively negotiate with carriers to remove spam flags. They would also use analytics to discover issues with answer rates. We are a small company and it is very important that we keep our main business line free of spam flags. This service is essential and I’m very surprised that it is not offered.

Can anyone clarify what the billing period is for SMS?  I’m trying to zero in on what we are actually using and what we are paying for.  I was originally told it was from the beginning of the month to the end of the month but the math didn’t match up.  This month I have been taking screenshots of the Usage page for the past several days at different points during the day.  As of last night, 4/29, usage was pulling from my SMS Bundle and “Included SMS Usage” Available was $0.00.  When I went to a screenshot this morning the “Included SMS Usage” had refreshed along with the SMS Bundle. In looking at last month’s invoice the SMS Bundle Start Date was 3/29 with an End Date of 4/28.  If the End Date was 4/28 then why was the usage still being pulled from the SMS Bundle on 4/29 and “Included SMS Usage” still at $0.00 Available. The SMS log is not helpful since it just gives times and dates.

When I did my onboarding, I was told that there were "no rules" (or guidance) for what info can/should be entered into a CSV file to upload to the knowledge hub but even after 2 weeks the AI is not able to correctly respond to information I’ve uploaded to the knowledge hub.

Hi Everyone, I have Mitel 485G phones and we use RingCentral. A few months back, I was following this guide to set up my phones in RC. These steps are no longer working for me. After I set the configuration server, the phone reboots and hits me with a “no service” message.  Does anyone know of any other ways to add the phone to RC? Thank you.

For something we need to access multiple times a day it would be far more convenient if we could make a button for the home screen. Having trouble assigning delegates, I get a message stating that “You have no assigned delegates. Please contact your administrator for assistance.” But for the delegator, I have gone into Presence, under Permissions and checked the box for the user under “Select users permitted to answer my calls:”Under that delegate, I have checked the box for “Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold”But going back to the delegator and selecting the Delegates option, it gives the error message above.Am I missing a step here or doing something incorrect?

Hello,  Can you tell me if RC AI Notes can be programmed to detect keywords that would then prompt an end user to pause the conversation, so we are compliant per PCI DDS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)? 

Our AI Receptionist is gathering information from the customers (e.g. name, email) We didn’t ask her to, but that’s what she’s doing.    That information is not being passed along to a human.  I called support and they said the only way to see the information is to log into the portal and go call by call in the call log to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed.According to support there are no integrations (e.g Zapier) for the AI handled called.   This seems to make the whole system useless to me.  With customer information going into a black hole, we will have upset customers who think they left a message but did not receive a response.Amy I mssing something?   Has someone found a solution on how to handle the information gathered?

I am trying to add a user to the SMS campaign (It has been Approved).  Sometimes it will add them, and it says “Setup in Progress,” but as soon as I do anything they drop out of the list and my user count goes from 33 to 32.  Most of the time, however, when I click Add, nothing happens at all.  I am not sure if the UI isn’t working correctly and my user is being added, but I am not being patient enough, or if there is a problem and the action just keeps getting terminated.  It shows in the log that I am adding someone, but they are not in the list, and definitely unable to send/receive text messages.  Soooo, any tips, or further insight anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
