Our organization is currently seeking assistance with the following NICE API.https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/InteractionAnalyticsAPI#/We would like our call transcripts from Interaction Analytics to be pulled into HubSpot associated with our already current integration. We currently have all our calls logging but we are interested in having transcripts as well.

US Account - Is there a way using Ring Central to schedule text messages to send at a future date and time?  We would like to schedule text messages to go out over the weekend when we're not in the office.  Thank you!

I’m working on a PoC for SMS Opt In/Out with our CRM. I'm performing the following request in a Java app using the latest SDK. My app is authenticating using Client Id/Secret and JWT. var response2 = rc.patch("/restapi/v2/accounts/~/sms/consents", body); This is the response body I get back.{"errorCode":"CMN-408","message":"Unauthorized access","errors":[{"errorCode":"CMN-408","message":"Unauthorized access"}]}I have confirmed that my app has the SMS scope and the SMSSending Feature Flag is turned on. Can you help me troubleshoot what permission/access I might be missing? I have already gone through the getting started tutorial and performed a successful “Ring Out” request, so I know that other REST requests do work.

Call used to ring on the desk phone and RC Mobil App, now it only rings on desk phone.  Its been like this for a couple of months.  Is there a resolution?  I am mobile most of the day not at my desk and don't want the calls forwarded to my cell number because I loose the caller ID.

If I am using a third party SIP application how would I park a call?From a deskset there is a call-park button but from an app I need the proper feature access code.

Hi All,For context, we’ve recently migrated our organisation from Mitel to RingCentral, and our users are utilising the Microsoft Teams plugin.Previously, in the Mitel system, Reception could enable a “Night Mode” to forward calls to a specified location. In that setup, calls were directed to the Reception extension rather than a call queue.In RingCentral, we’ve moved away from direct extensions for Reception and implemented call queues for better control. However, Reception is finding it difficult to forward calls—they currently need to log into the RingCentral portal, which involves multiple steps and is cumbersome.Is there an easier way to allow Reception to forward queue calls without accessing the RingCentral portal?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Many thanks,Jacob

Hi All,I’m looking for a better way to configure User Groups so that managers can view analytics for the employees who report directly to them. In some cases, multiple managers need access to the same set of users.Is there an easy way to achieve this, or do I need to create separate User Groups for each manager even though the users are identical? Ideally, I’d like to have a single User Group with multiple managers assigned.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Many thanks,Jacob

I am trying to retrieve all  Transcripts , for the entire account, that occurred in  a date range, or possibly where the AI was completed in the date range   i would like to just use  http requests as opposed to the Ringcentral library.  is this possible?   

Hi Team,I believe I may have identified a bug affecting the RingCentral RingCX Salesforce integration when calls are handled through the RingCentral Phone via the RingCentral for Google Chrome add-on.Issues observed: When accepting a call through the Chrome add-on pathway, the Mute button within the RingCX Salesforce Widget becomes greyed out and cannot be selected. If I select any option within the Chrome add-on (e.g., Messages, Dialpad, etc.), the active call exits and can no longer be accessed from within the add-on. Business context:We are encouraging agents to remain within the Salesforce environment so they can: Add the Client ID and Case ID to the call Complete the dispositions accurately

Is anyone else getting emails that look like authentic RingCentral notifications except instead of coming from a notifications@RingCentral email address, they come from your own email address? There are a few of us within my company that are getting these emails that look like they’re from RingCentral alerting us to a voicemail. They contain an attachment. However, when we log into our RingCentral app, there is no such call or voicemail. It is happening daily, and sometimes multiple times a day. RingCentral should look into this ASAP and users be cautious about clicking links or attachments.  

Is it only possible to get call summaries if you take calls on a PC?

Hello, my Ring Central App doesn't ring at all. I just get a message pop up informing me of a missed call and voicemail is usually left. Sometime my phone lights up as if I touched a button then goes dark again, but nothing on my screen at a to show me it's ringing until it's too late.I use an i Phone iOS 10.3.2. it's a US account but I use mine in the UK when i'm on good/strong wifi. It did used to ring when I first had it but stopped a few months ago. I'm hoping you can help.

Hello,I have a user(s) that I will add to an existing campaign for SMS access and the process will go all the way to “Setup in Progress” and then will disappear from the campaign without an error message or completion. Once I go back to check the user is not in the list, nor can they send a text message. 

As per title.I've got the MSI latest version installed, and tried with local administrator credentials on the pc, along with regular user, tried running the teams desktop plugin as admin and teams as regular user (then the reverse of that), tried the latest teams versus teams classic (with same admin/non admin or full admin) and in every scenario, this is what's happening:Teams opened and logged in, click on ringcentral embedded app in teamsManually opened ringcentral for teams desktop plugin, appears to be runningGo back to teams and ringcentral embedded app says 'Loading RingCentral desktop plugin...' with no further informationTried checking logs (windows event viewer, rc logs etc) and not sure what exactly is stopping it.Were I to guess, something is stopping the embedded app from 'seeing' that the desktop plugin is running, but I don't know how else to get around that (having already disabled a

What is the difference between Glip Unified Presence Service (GUP) and RingCentral App - Desktop/Web. I am running the audit trail, and these are popping up as my users' endpoints. Can someone help explain this difference to me? 

How is it possible in 2025 that I cannot have all of my Salesforce Accounts, Clients, Leads sync to RingCentral RingEx as Contacts (for all RC users)?This wasn’t even part of my vetting process because it’s so obvious this should already exist as part of the Salesforce integration.My users literally don’t know who is calling and texting them without manually searching Salesforce to find the name that matches the phone number.What am I missing??

I have a script that I run every 30–45 days to update company and user-level call rules with additional phone numbers gathered from our CRM. We are receiving and paying for numerous voicemails to our 800 numbers that last for 10-15 minutes and no one is leaving a message. Even though we block the caller, they call again using different numbers each time. How can we limit a voicemail message to 2-3 minutes?

Does anyone have a step by step guide to configuration of a VLAN using unifi network hardware and ring central phones?  Using poly e350 phones, I changed the VLAN id to 10 on the phone, I believe I changed to VLAN id for the switch port to 10 in the unifi controller.  The trunk port to the unifi switch is set to allow all VLANs, and the unified controller has a DHCP server (enabled) for the given VLAN, i.e. 10, so I am at a loss why the poly e350 cannot get an IP address via DHCP, when set at the phone and the switch port to VLAN 10.  Surely someone that has unifi (ubiquiti) network equipment has figured this out?  Any help greatly appreciated.

How to set advanced settings after poly e350 phone has been assigned to a user?  The admin password directly on the poly e350 phone as like 456 or 789 but now that does not work.  The phone has been assigned to the user by now web page login nor the direct on phone login to advanced settings fails to work.I really don’t want to have to do a factory reset just to change something like the VLAN id?  It makes no sense to me that the administrative access to the phone is disabled once the phone is assigned to user.  And the admin portal appears to allow no device settings at all, i.e. change the VLAN setting?

I move from Ooma to RingCentral becuse I was told it was better, but one thing I can’t find is Notification when you have a voicemail or a missed call, it did always show with the Ooma app.
